Great feeling sand that’s easy to build with
I bought this for a group of toddlers to play with and they loved it – even the one who hates the feel of sand on the beach. It is very soft and ideal for playing with sieves as well as building sandcastles. I will definitely be buying more when I need to top this up!

Great for kids sandpi
Great sand, ordered 25kg for child’s sandpit and it was the perfect amount. Read some reviews about the sand being wet however, this was perfect for making sandcastles etc. it does dry out and turn fine if that’s what you’re after but I just top it up with water.

amount is fine for our needs, its very nice soft sand.. the kids enjoyed it.
Value for money
A word of warning – this is more than enough for a table – type sandpit but probably 20th so won’t go far enough for a larger sand pit. That being said, the daughter loves it and has managed to spray enough of it around the patio already. So will be consumed quickly.
Credit to the delivery driver for wrestling with 20kgs of wet sand!
Good sand
Delivery was quicker than expected but perfect as it meant we could use the sand pit earlier!
A little wet but perfect for making sand castles/moulds with kids toys.
Colour is a little darker but generally I’d say it was a good purchase.
20kg was enough to fill our little sand pit but would recommend getting a 2nd bag if you have a pit that sits on the floor.
This is my first time ordering play sand. I heard it was the best thing for gazebo weights which is what I have used it for. I used about two thirds of a bag for one gazebo weight bag, however, I probably could have used half the bag.
You get a lot for your buck.
The sand is soft and ready to mold into sand castles if using as actual play sand.

This sand has a really soft fine texture and is very light in colour. I bought it as a safe option to place my wild hedgehog feed bowls on as a slug barrier – leaving hedgehog food out has resulted in the food being swamped in large slugs which in turn increase the risk of hedgehogs getting fatal lungworm. This sand works perfectly as a non-toxic, environmentally friendly way to keep the slugs off the hog’s dinner!
