This works well. Prefer more in the memory (30). Small size is good, feels it could slip out of hand easily, but the sling is a good idea. The angle seems accurate, the spirit level additional indicator.

This is a great little tool for measuring relatively large distances with very little effort.
To be honest, it will unlikely get much use but i am very pleased with it.
The operation is simple and the readings are clear.
Another tool that achieves it role well.

Would recommend, if you have a need for it.

It’s tiny, accurate, fast to measure, but it doesn’t work too well in bright sunlight. As I use it mostly for measuring the distance between a pole and the house for running overhead cables, outdoor performance is important. It’s OK, works in daylight, but not when the sun is shining directly at it. I can’t fault it for that.

Easy product to use, like the fact that the memory stores measurements as you do it although doesn’t save them if you turn it off.

Laser could be a little stronger but for the price, I’ll let it be. Use it regularly enough to find value from it.

Old age is catching up with me and I bought this to help measure the windows for new blinds. It works very well. I needed a little practice to use it initially but I soon got it working accurately. Recommended.

This unit is accurate as stated, and for the casual user fulfils all most required measurements without a problem. It can be used outside at dawn or dusk when the laser can be seen, outside these periods outside use is not really possible, so if you require to measure outside get the zoom camera version, which also measures horizontally point to point but it does cost two to three times the price of this one depending where you buy it.
This unit is comparable with the low to medium end Bosch units.

I’m a professional land surveyor and I’ve used Leica Disto’s all my career for measured Building surveys and floor plans

I think this is equally as good, if not slightly easier to useI fully recommend i

Golden Review Award: 6 From Our UsersWhat’s not to like about this tool. It’s reliable – I tested it by measuring a fixed distance three times, using the add function to total these readings, then remeasured three times and used the subtract function. The final reading was 1mm, not too bad when considering each measurement was over 4m. I checked the accuracy of this distance with a good old tape measure and again only 1mm difference (which could be me using a tape). The readout is clear and the red sighting laser dot is easily seen indoors. Outdoors on a sunny day would be a different story, but my use is mostly indoors. The trig functions are really useful for measuring parts of a wall (i.e. skirting to picture rail) and if you are careful you get a calculated height within 5mm of the true reading. This accuracy is more than good enough for taking dimensions when calculating wall paper requirements. The area function is also really useful, but I can’t see me needing the volume function much. One great thing is that this laser level incorporates a digital inclinometer which for this price point is amazing. If you don’t have a self levelling laser, you could use this along with the red laser dot as a poor mans substitute, but it would get the job done of transferring a level mark from one end of a room to another.
All in all, there is nothing to not like about this laser measure and I would recommend it to everyone as a cheap, useful addition to any tool tote.

Has a wide range of tolerance when taking some measurementsespecially over longer distances. Even with that it is still a valuable tool to have in the box at the cos

Brilliant little tool, saves a lot of time and the accuracy is spot on. Lots of useful features and seems to be very well built I highly recommend at this price.

Very pleased with this, it does exactly what I need and more. The ability to make multiple measurements is great, as are the features like wall height and area.
I havent tried at 100m yet, but at 70m indoors it was quite hard to see or position the red dot
I tried using it outdoors on a overcast day and couldnt see the red dot over 30m.
However, overall, very pleased as it does all I need it to do.

Generally I’m happy with this for my own home use.The unit seems to be quite robust and sits easily in my (small) hand. The display is easy to read and accuracy seems to be more than okay for my DIY jobs . However trying to hold the unit firmly & steadily against a wall whilst pressing the “measure” button at the same time was something I found tricky. For walI to wall dimensions I ended up holding the unit with one hand and pressing the button with the other …. which left no hands for writing the results !

I have never had anything quite like this, always used a tape measure. Since I have had this apart from trying to use it without reading instructions I have come to trust it’s accuracy. Quite amazing for the price. No need for anyone to hold the other end of a tape, just make sure that there is nothing in the way when you press the measure button. There is a setting for most measurements and an angle measure thrown in for good measure!! There is a problem if you want to measure very long distances outside but it does everything you need for internal measurements. By changing the ref point from the front to the rear of the device you can even measure things like table tops. As I said, so far so good.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersOK, so in general this device does what it says on the tine I wont go into detail as many have before on what it does but overall I’m really impressed with it except for 2 things. Firstly, the case is not rubberised as I thought but is made from hard plastic. Not normally an issue but as this device is the size of a narrow mobile, you tend to hold it like one. Problem is the case has quite a few sharp edges/ corners around the bottom and I noticed after toying with it for 10 min, one of my fingers was getting sore from constantly rubbing on the edge which happens when you are toggling through menus and taking measurments. If they had smoothed those corners or even better, a rubber case, It would have given it 5 stars. The only other thing which I noticed is that when using the +/- button the software wasn’t very responsive and seems to take a while to toggle the sign between + and -. Buttons feel solid though. Overall I’d recommend this despite the annoying case edge. I’m keeping mine !!

Very good for the price and much cheaper than the Bosch.maybe a couple mm inaccuracy every now and then but barely worth moaning about for the price and if u wanna be spot on then I prob wouldn’t use a laser tape anyways

This is a fantastic easy-to-use laser measure. It really helped me a lot when I was measuring my new room. It is very accurate when measuring and has included batteries which is really amazing. It really is a value for money.
