Brilliant and worth having
Brilliant mat and reduces energy costs by 50%. Heats up quicker and water remains hotter for longer. Comfortable to sit when in hot tub. Perfect size and protects hot tub from the ground. Easy to set up, well worth investing
simple, does the job
can be a little fiddly to assemble, but ultimatley it does the job, great for the size of hot tub. Protects the hot tub from the floor and keeps the heat in.

I wouldn’t buy this again as I don’t really like that you have to piece it together like a puzzle. I thought it was all one piece. It does the job though.
Fits 7 Seater St Moritz
Essential base for the new hot tub. Snug fit for the larger St. Moritz 7 seater hot tub but I’m not sure needs to be any larger. Pieces fit together well without noticeably splitting once filled. We have however had to make a separate little walkway area for ppl to clean feet before getting in! Would definitely recommend.
Works really well.
Although a bit fiddly to put together, once it’s done then it looks good and stays together with the weight of the hot tub on it. Will be a great protection for underneath because previously the bottoms of our tubs have been filthy. Can’t comment accurately on insulation because we also have an insulation cover, but the combination of them both makes a massive difference, only losing 5 degrees in 24 hours in Autumn (34 down to 29) which means keeping it warm will save a lot of electricity.
never used as spa returned as faulty
Thought this was one piece but it is pieces and needs putting together.
had to put it together to set up spa but spa returned so it has no use and cant be returned as has been set up
A mat is a must for protecting the hot tub, therefore in my opinion should be included in the initial purchase. This mat isn’t the best quality. It is quite thin and marks very easily. Dirt clings to it. We taped the underside of ours together to ensure they stayed put.
Good mats
Mats came nicely packed.
They are thin and ok to assemble. Parts of mat curled up so had to flatten first and they try to put together.
Pieces lined up ok, but came apart a little bit. Overall, have done their job!
I bought these mats for my Lay Z Spa Paris hot tub.
They are great mats, they fit my tub perfectly and also have a mat for the pump which is nice. The click together very well and are nicely rounded easy to use and are great quality. They are even stamped with the Lay Z Spa logo – nice touch!
The downside to these mats are they are very thin, for 40 I would have expected a descent thickness, whilst being fully understanding of this is just a protector for the tub, I feel that for the price they should have been a bit thicker.
Other than that, I’d recommend these mats for what they are. There are cheaper alternatives out there which would do the same thing and be just as good, if not better. However I’m the type of person that likes buying the genuine kit for the product. Just personal preference nothing more. I could certainly have done this a cheaper way.

Had a great summer with this hot tub
Hot tub was relatively easy to assemble, the lights were a bit hard to put it but just required patience. Watched a video regarding assembly as we had no knowledge but in fact once my practical husband started, he said it all became clear and he just took his time and made sure he understood everything before actually assembling. Lovely Hot Tub but probably only 3 to 4 people comfortably, but suited us. Loved the lights in the evening. All put away now but cant wait to get it out for next year. We got a mat for it, and feel that it was required and so glad we did.
Just OK
Got this for under my lay z spa to essentially prevent heat loss through the floor. It seems to have done the trick in that regard, and feels nice underfoot for the little space around the tub. It was easy enough to put together but some of the elements don’t fit together as cleanly as I’d have liked. As others have said, you could probably find much cheaper alternatives and you are paying for the name printed on the item, but overall I’m ok with that.
