Does the job and is bright and battery last a while use it so I don’t wake people up at nigh
I have now used these torches many times. The light bar can rotate to about 270 degrees, very handy. Plus the magnetic base enables the light to be positioned and manipulated to shine on most work areas. The light bar has 2 light intensities. A worthy addition to any toolkit.
The torch can be easily recharged using the USB cable
I am a mechanic and use these every day. Great torches. Bought loads of these due to slim heads that can get onto small spaces. Pretty sturdy as well as do get dropped from heights often. They eventually have to be replaced as I give them a hard life but last for ages. 5 stars
I like the compactness of the unit with a magnetic base, but is unstable unless it is stood on iron base
Surprisingly durable good value for money
I bought a set for a mates birthday. I opened them to see if they were ok and right then I ordered myself a couple. Brilliant lights. I use them all the time, camping, working on the car etc. Tey’re magnetic and have a handy hook to hang them up.
Nice little light to have in your pocket. Very bright and very useful having a hook and magnet. And it can be angled to give you the perfect light at your point of work.
Good light but there is reason you get 2, the batteries don’t last long so it’s ideal to have one on charge while using the other one. 2 lights = a days use.
The brightness is much more that I first imagined. I’ve yet to test the full battery but I’m still impressed of the brightness of these. The only downside for me personally is they are a bit chunky but I can work around that. Brilliant bit of kit for a fraction of the price. 100% reconnec
ot exactly a toughest torch , but still good value for the money.
These tend to last me for about 3 months each, but we talking a heavy use as a plant fitter.
So they end up in oil, mud and getting thrown about regularly.
Id say they do the job and are cheap enough to be replaced without breaking the bank.
I have one at work and one at home. The light moves probably 180 degrees, I notice this snapped on some reviewers. I don’t see this being a problem if you take your time and rotate the light from the btm slowly and not the top. I personally find these to be good and suite my needs.
This torch is very bright with the wand option. The positioning possibilities are many. It’s bright enough to work in the dark or under a car and seems to be fairly robust although surprisingly I haven’t dropped it yet.
As a pair in my purchase I think they are great value.
Who knows how long they will last, but for now it does the job and is better than constantly using the torch on my phone. All the torches I have seen like this all look the same, so I just got the cheapest.
The difference being how long the battery lasts.
They give out good light, even on the lower of the two main light settings, and last long enough to do most jobs under a car as long as you switch them off every time you go looking for tools.
They are compact and fit into spaces a normal work lamp wouldn’t.
It’s good that they come in pairs as you can be charging one whilst using the other.
The main beam is very bright and will light a room to be able to move around safely.
I wake early in the morning and the smallest beam setting is ideal to give me a gentle light rather than putting on the bedside lamp which would be too bright.
Useful for using to go to the loo without waking everyone else up with main lights.
Magnetic base is really useful and being able to angle the torch is a cracking idea.
I purchased four and have two upstairs and two downstairs. Excellent purchase and I’m really pleased with them especially since we may have power cuts this winter!
Good value, two torches ! lightweight and relatively bright.
Rechargeable which saves having to swap batteries
Magnetic base which is useful but could do with being a tad stronger, easily gets knocked of metal surfaces.
The 3rd light on the end of the wand is a waste of time, you can hardly notice it when it’s on.
Apart from that, worth buying.
I charged them up when i first recieved them. Used them for a few mins a couple of times a week since i had them and they are still going strong on initial charge. Magnetic base is handy and strong enough to position torch on metal shelving or car body while using. Adjustable angle and 2 brightness settings plus a bright lamp on the end covers the needs for me.
Good torch to have in the bits a bobs cupboard at home other then that i wouldn’t bother. Im a mechanic and used 1 of them for work as a temp it lasted a month the battery wasnt lasting and then it stopped charging. But its handy to have at home when a torch is needed
