Bought them to replace lights which were much poorer light quality, cannot complain at all! These lights are incredibly bright and flood my large garden with light effectively.

Wired them up to 3-pin plugs and attached to smart plugs so they’re controlled via Alexa! 🙂

These lights are nicely constructed, slimline and quite bright. I’m using them indoors so can’t comment on their outdoor capability but there is a proper cable gland so are probably waterproof. I bought the version without motion detection as I only needed a straightforward floodlight. Quality of light is typical for low cost LED i.e. a fairly harsh bluey-white but perfectly suitable for the job. They arrived quickly and both lights were in 1 box which was overpacked with an Amazon box so arrived safely. I can’t comment on their longevity as yet as they were only installed 2 days ago but I see no reason they shouldn’t last a long time, certainly longer than several halogen bulbs.

I’ve the 20w 2 pack version and they’re bright considering, with a great spread of light. Really like the long lead too. So far, completely weatherproof.

The light fittings are well constructed and look to be sealed to the stated IP65 rating. CE approved and with a heavy duty fitted cable, these are excellent value for money. The LED modules aren’t what’s called COB (chip on board) but the SM2835 type, which (in theory) is less efficient than the COB type. LED technology changes every third Tuesday and these SM2835 luminaires are way brighter than the COB types I bought a few years ago. However, measuring by lumens, the 70x SM2835 LED’s have a combined output of 2,500 lumens; not the 5000 lumens claimed. However, measuring lumens is a bit like trying to work out the cost of an Ikea kitchen – no two calculations will be the same.

So, do I recommend these? I certainly do. They represent good value for money in a well constructed and super-bright, outdoor luminaire.

Not the brightest of floodlights but adequate to avoid trip hazards etc within 10m or so.

I had a quick look at the price of these as I was given them for review and at the time of writing they are just under eighteen quid. That’s not even beer money really.

And for that eighteen pounds of Her Majesty’s coinage you get a couple of well made, very bright and clean coloured outdoor lights. There’s literally nothing bad to say about them at that money.

The colour temperature is 6500k which is a cool blue white and ideal for clear vision. It’s also the colour temp used in machinery spaces because it gives a cleaner look to everything as well as making vision easier.

Overall, these are excellent for a small outlay.

Put these inside my shed/garage for when I am working in there – provide a very good level of light (30W).

1.5m wire is okay I would have preferred longer as had to run a cable form the house but not a massive issue.

Easy to adjust and easy to fit.

Cant comment on the waterproof of them as I have them inside but seem robustly built so cant see why they wouldnt be waterproof to the level described.

Heat dissipation – I have found working for a few hours the space warms up which I put down to these – its not a massive amount but a gradual increase in the temp so I think it does work but in a limited capacity

Here are my main pros and cons for this product:

    Pro:

Efficient LEDS, giving high brightness for given wattage
Decent alu+glass build quality, modern heatsink
    Wide light throw

    Con:

White/bluish colour temperature, not ideal for permanently-on residential floodlights
    Price is a little high
    Short power cable

    ——————–

This lighting unit is generic and can be found under many different brand names. The pricing varies but they all function the same.

The water sealing on this seems to work, but I have not yet had a real storm and downpour to test it in. I threw a bucket of water on it and it’s still kicking, so that’s good enough for most weather. If you are in an exposed area with a lot of direct wind then they might not perform so good, as the wind pressure can force water inside. I would go for a unit with the highest water resistance rating possible.

The body seems to be aluminium and should therefore be light but the glass panel is quite thick and that makes it overall a mid-weigh lamp.

Setup is easy and even a beginner will have no trouble. You only get a 1.5m mains cable, at least 2m would be preferred.

The light has a very wide spread, and so they are useful for almost any layout of garden or building.

At time of review these are priced at 34, which I think is reasonable given the quality and performance.

I was a little surprised at the size of these, they were to replace to legacy lights in the allotment and when I unboxed them I thought how are these tiny lights going to offer enough light compared to my existing ones, well I didn’t need to worry, as soon as I’d set on of them up and turned it on the light was super bright (almost blinding!) and this was during the day! The lights do get a little warm but nothing to be concerned about, they are easy to put up due to their size and weight, the light it provides is extremely bright and would be perfect for any garden, yard, garage or allotment, they feel well made (all metal construction) and have been a perfect upgrade for my lighting needs.

These flood lights are really bright they light up the whole garden. These do not have motion detection so be aware of that. I got these just so I can manually turn lights on in my garden, so when I let my dogs out I can see them. As I used to have alot of trouble with pir lights because of the amount of trees in my garden so decided to have a light that I can turn on and off when I want.
Most floodlights come with a very short cable which normally has to go on a junction box outside of the house but these come with 1.5 meters of cable which I thought was really good. Super bright. great value for money. Thankyou!

5.0 out of 5 stars Really bright.

Bought these to light up the back yard where I’m building a shed. Great spread of light and nice a bright. The 5k lumens is a good brightness enough to work in. The heat sink seems to work well but its -1 to 5C at the moment so that will help.
How long they last – will have to wait and see.

Ingrikt’s 20W floodlight is an easy to install and bright LED floodlight. All you need to do is to either connect it directly to the power source or to put a 13A plug on the end of the cable provided (already cut and made ready to connect). Two screws are needed (not included in the version I received) to connect it to the wall.

The claimed rating is 2000 lumens. I tested it with a light meter and it registered 500 lux at a distance of 1 metre dropping to about 80 lux at 3 metres. 80 lux is just about good enough to read by. This reading is also comparable with an existing 200W halogen floodlight in my garden. The 20W LED floodlight should give good illumination in a 12 x 12 foot yard.

Work well and will wait to see if they are weatherproof.

So the description states this is a:-
30w Led floodlight outdoor, super bright 3000 lumen LED security lights. IP65 waterproof, 6500k cool white outdoor flood light with 1.5m wire for doorways garden garages, 2 pack.

I was glad to test these out as one of our garage and drive outside lights was damaged. So it was easy to replace both lights as the electric cable was already worked up to a switch on the wall.
All we had to do was to join the cable internally.
These have a 180 adjustable bracket to attach to the wall, ceiling or floor if needed. We were able to attach to the garage wall either side of the door and have it angled so the light covers the space between the garage and the back door, Because it has a wide beam 120 angle.

It’s lovely and bright, the only thing that could be better if they were motion detection aswell.

    So far so good.
But I will update this review if needed.

    10-Watt LED Floodlights (x2)
These are a pair of LED floodlights, rated at 10 Watts each (2 in the box).
Stated brightness of 1000 Lumen’s which to be honest does not mean much to me, probably around the same brightness as a 30-Watt fluorescent tube.
Waterproof for outside use, has a small detachable bracket already on the back so it can be fitted to walls etc.
It doesn’t come with rawl plugs or screws, so you need to provide your own.
Has 1.5m of good quality cable with crimped ends for easy fitting to junction boxes or terminal blocks.
In use, very surprised how bright these lights are. I compared them against my 500-Watt halogen garden lights and although not as bright they did illuminate the garden very well. (Bear in mind the halogen lights use 50 times more power).
I have fitted a UK plug to one of them so I can use it as a semi-portable light. Was under my car using it as an inspection lamp and it is fantastic for that job.
I’m thinking of getting another set to put into my garage over my workbench as they would be are ideal for this purpose.
They produce a very white light, and after a few hours of use, were barely warm to the touch, so very safe if you forget to turn it off.
    Excelle

5.0 out of 5 stars Much brighter than expected for just 10 Watts

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersWe have quite a large rear garden and needed some lights to light the bottom of the garden-not only for our own personal enjoyment but for added security as well.

These 50w LED floodlights did the job brilliantly. They are made from a cast aluminium body which is designed to dissipate the heat given off from the lamp. With its tempered glass they are quite heavy duty yet keep a subtle quality look about them.

We have them at the bottom off the garden and with the amount of light they give off they light up the whole garden.

We’ve mounted them on each side of the bottom shed so they were easy to put up but if being mounted on a brick wall it might be easier to remove the bracket and screw this to the wall then mount the light on to it.

Fortunately we have power to our outbuildings as the wire is only 1.5mtrs long otherwise you will have to run an extension lead to them.

Assembly was very easy only took 5 minutes to mount and run the wiring, also the wire was fairly long so no extension or replacement wire was needed.

As you can see it’s (3rd picture) very bright, it’s so much better now that there is light in the night time makes it far easier to see my dog when she needs to do her business (like to make sure she is safe) or when I need to get something from the shed at night.

I do wish there was some brightness control and sensor but it’s advertised as such so I don’t have an issue.

Overall I’m happy with the item, haven’t had any issues so far I can happily recommend the light for outdoor use.

4.0 out of 5 stars Wonderful for the back garden.

Younger two 50w floodlights here which are very bright indeed. The body is well made and it all seems solid and easy to work with.
It mounts with a couple of screws and the cable connects up to a standard connector block on the main light ring.

They are pretty big but easy to handle and lightweight so can mount to anything really. There isn’t a PIR on these so they will need a switch somewhere along the line to control them.

The angle of the light is adjustable on the bracket up and down and can point almost straight down so it can be put high up.

The light coverage is very good, they are so bright and are good value flood lights

Not that many years ago a 20watt light was a pygmy bulb in your cooker or fridge!
These days 20watts can light up most of your garden, 2 lights (40watts) will light up your whole garden!
If you leave both lights on all night (Or lets say 8 hours per night) it would take more than three nights before you have used 1kwh of energy, so if you pay 20p per kwh these lights cost about 20p per week each to have on all night, which is if you think about it, remarkable. A true security lighting bargain.
It is true that the light is a cold light but it is undeniably perfect for security lighting.
The lead may well feel too short at 150cm but it is much more than I have had on similar lights in the past, I would like more but even this did make it a lot easier to install these.
I would suggest you take the lights off the brackets and fix the brackets up on their own first, the lights get right in the way of where you need to hold a screwdriver otherwise.
If you have any old security lights with incandescent bulbs you should bin them and buy these, they cost a tiny fraction of the money in electricity and will pay for themselves in next to no time.
Considering there are two of these in the box, I would say they are excellent value for money. HTH

I recently bought a house and in the Back Garden there are 2 Floodlights, sadly neither of them work 😐 They are classic lights with a standard bulb, and rather than change the bulb I decided to swap them out for these LED flood lights.

The wiring is easy, 3 wires as with most electrical devices, and luckily we have an ON / OFF Switch indoors, which turns the lights ON / OFF. As they are so light, there was little pressure on the small screws, and so super quick to fit.

The light they emit is good, and as they are LEDs they are cheap as chips to power. Very nice indeed!

These incredibly robust 30 watt LED floodlights have been a game changer for me as the dark nights draw in earlier and earlier up here in the north of Scotland, where, just shortly, we’ll be in darkness by 3pm. At nigh time, getting to my shed was one thing, but I have two combination padlocks on the shed door, and seeing them clearly enough to open them was a major problem, unless of course, I wore a head torch or some other portable light. Enter the Ingrikt 3000 lumen LED floodlights.

Specially designed to be operated in an outside environment, the lamps, which are manufactured from die-cast aluminium and tempered glass, are weather proofed with an IP rating of 65 ensuring (hopefully), that the worst of the snow and rain that the cairngorms can throw at us, will not affect their performance.

I’ve mounted one of the lamps above the shed door and using the moveable bracket, which has an adjustability of 180 degrees, pointed the lamp slightly downwards to illuminate the path to the shed, and furnish enough light to be able to read and alter the combinations of the locks. 3000 lumens produce more than enough light for my purposes and clearly lights the path leading to the shed and beyond. I think I’ll site the other one of the pair above an outside cellar near my back door.

In summary, these are fantastic floodlights which, being LED’s, are both super bright and energy saving and at a cost of a tad under 22 quid, are simply great value for money. Thoroughly recommended.

I have these attached to my outside wall on an indoor fixed light switch.
The two lamps flood each side of the house.
You could possibly attach to a external motion sensor.
I have motion sensor on a couple of lights already and it is nice to just flick a switch and have the light on.

I have to say that in the age of solar lights I hesitated about ordering these. They have the advantage for now that with two lights in the box are cheaper than similar solar products. Equally, they were easy to fit, although a drill hole to the wall for cables was required. In terms of brightness, they are unbeatable. The could light up the audience at Glastonbury. Very powerful beam and good coverage.

A basic floodlight: The rear bracket means they can be mounted on the floor, beneath the eaves, or on the wall, and they can be wired into a system or attached to a plug. There are no controls, and these are apparently switched on from the plug

They are very sturdy, but I would imagine home users would prefer something solar powered and light-reactive. These will take a lot of work to attach to an electrical system, and you will have to remember to physically turn them on every night.
