These are a must in my breastfeeding life. They are comfortable, soft , easy to use and they stay attached to the bra ( I really hate the washable pads that I tried because were just going everywhere)

Great product, doesn’t leak! Dropped a star because I prefer the shape of lansinoh pads as these have a square shape to them, so they don’t sit right in non padded bras where as the other brand is circular and fit a lot better.

Lots of breast pads irritated my nipples. I found these soft and comfortable to use with no irritation. Good adhesion to bra also so don’t slip during day. Would recommend.

They are very absorbent and wick away the moisture. A bit like a nappy, you feel them get heavy but the surface isn’t damp. I got these while i had thrush so exactly what was needed. However, in a soft bra at least, the adhesion doesn’t work so well and the pads move. Sometimes they fold, hence the scores for comfort / adhesion. Still worth it for what i needed though

I originally started off with reusable pads, but found them more or less useless unfortunately.. I then tried Lanisoh which are really great, but these are just unbeatable! Absorption is really amazing (I leak quite a bit) and they still feel dry almost 24h later. they fit so well and are very comfortable. 100% worth every penny

It works well as a pad as its absorbance is good. But not very sticky. Also quite thick. Whenever I life one side of bra to breastfeed pad either folds or sometimes get misplaced.

They are so handy that they are all individually wrapped.
Handy to stick in your pocket, changing bag, handbag without having all the fluff etc attached to it.
I will always use Medela breast pads the quality is amazing.

Sometimes when I’ve clipped off my nursing bra the pads have rolled about and the glue is really sticky but on my skin. Except that they’re really absorbent and comfy. Not itchy and also come in like sanitary wraps each.

Found it better than Lansinoh because the individual pad’s package is plastic rather than paper, so the pad doesn’t get dirty or wet when you take it outside with you.

I have tried a lot of breast pads when breastfeeding my child and I have come to grow an attachment to this one. The others leaked etc but this one did it’s job right !

Have used these since my milk came in. Helps so much with leaking! They have never leaked through to my clothes, which has saved me changing bras constantly!
Adhesion isn’t great but if you have a well fitting bra and attach them, I’ve had no issues with them slipping out of place etc. I don’t even notice I’m wearing them.

These are good at absorbing any leakage and also stopping nipples sticking to your top when you’ve got cream on them but they aren’t breathable so they can make your breasts sweaty

Having tried a few different pads, these are by far the beat I’ve come across.
They have adhesive pads on top and bottom unlike some of the other branded and store branded ones which only seem to have one adhesive pad leaving the pads to just bunch up if you’re using a nursing bra.
I’m still in early days of motherhood but my breast milk is coming fast (just a sniff that baby is about to cry and I’m lactating!).
    Absorbency of these are great!

Very good pads-comfy and absorbent. That is what you need while breastfeeding, especially in hot weather
Takes a while to get them delivered but worth it.
    Very similar to Sainsburys ones

The best nursing pads I’ve tried. Good Absorbency, easy to use. Pads are packed individualy which is realy great when you need to take a few pads when you are leaving home. Highly recommend

By far these are the best. I can wear these for hours without changing or leaking through.
With other brands I would be changing my bra and T-shirt four times a day as I would just leak through everything. These actually last all night and are saving my washing! I will never use another brand except these ones again.

No leakage so far after a week of using this product. They are quite thin so it’s compjortable wearing them in bras. Good sticky jess to them. They do fold over at the top some times when putting boob back after breast feeding. So maybe the sticky bits could be a bit closer to the edges. But that’s the only criticism I have and it’s a small thing really I would buy again and arrived quickly.

These were purchased as part of subscribe and save as it seemed the most economical way to buy given I’d be needing these for the next 12 months.

Each nursing pad is folded in half and individually wrapped with two self adhesive spots. The self adhesive spots work but on occasion, they have moved during the day.

Having tried the Lansinoh ones, these Medela are thicker and less comfortable but then they work out cheaper per nursing pad.

Overall happy with these given the price.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersBrilliant pads. They’re my favourite and I can’t get them anywhere else. I wanted to get some more but unfortunately amazon has changed these to an “add-on” item which means you can only buy them if they are in an order that adds up to 20 or more. Absolutely gutted. I’ve had to buy washable pads now so hopefully they’re just as good. Fingers crossed.

I love these pads. I have tried supermarket own, mothercare, Tommy tippee, washable bamboo and these are without a doubt my favourite. I was having to change all of the above other pads 1-4 times a day. These see me through a full day, (tested on a day when particularly leaky because my baby was too distracted to properly feed!). They don’t ruckle up, slide around (I prefer not using sticky tabs), they cover well and the shape and slight fold works great for me and they are super absorbent without feeding damp or soggy. I’m putting them on subscription order! So glad I ordered them.

These breast pads are fairly good, they don’t really leak through, I did find them a slightly strange shape but that’s a personal opinion which may be different for others. Over all I would recommend them but they are not the best I’ve used.
