Bought these for my grandson he is only two and a half but soon learned how to use them. He has had great fun random stamping. Good clear image . Pleased with my purchase.

I bought this for my 10 year old nephew for his birthday. He is dinosaur mad! I really appreciated the storage box the stamps came in. It’ll make it much easier to keep all the lovely stamps safe for him to enjoy for longer. Great product!
Brilliant, but needs a lid.

The product is typically child friendly and easy to use use.
It’s a quality product that you’d expect from Melissa and Doug.
The box though could do with a lid, as once the plastic wrap was taken away, it’s very easy for things to fall out especially in the company of an excited three year old.

I purchased this as a present for a family member and the variety of Dino stamps this set contains is delightful and such beautiful quality. A lot of children’s toys are made from plastic which takes away from the charm and sustainability of them. This item supports creativity and fulfils any child (or adult) with an interest for dinosaurs. My only issue with it is that the colouring pencils could’ve been replaced with a selection of more ink pads in different colours since almost everyone already owns pencils. That is just my preference though and I really can’t fault it other than that!

Good quality stamps but needs a lid on the box
Bought, at a bargain price, for our children to share and has been enjoyed by all three. The 2 year old soon got the hang of stamping dinosaurs everywhere and his older siblings enjoyed colouring in their creations. So far the ink is lasting well and it has been used a lot! The only downside is the lack of a lid for the kit which makes it less stackable / easy to store / transportable. Overall though, the usual Melissa and Doug quality.
good value, stamps work perfectly
My son loves this stamp set, he’s used it almost every day since it arrived.
It comes in a nice box so it can be kept together, however no lid which I think would have improved the product.
There are two stamp pads – blue and red, both worked perfectly.
It comes with a range of dinosaur stamps and a volcano which looks long lasting. It also comes with some pencils which are nicely sharpened and ready to use.
Great value for price, will definitely but this again when ours runs out!
Bought for Christmas
This item was bought for a Christmas present for later in the year. However, it looks to be just what I was looking for. Lovely for little hands and all that is needed is a sheet of paper and we will be ready to go.

Just what I was looking for as a Xmas gift for a dinosaur obsessed little boy . A change from the usual colouring books and model kits. A lovely wooden set that looks robus
It’s a great little dinosaur stamp kit. Everything works as it should be. The only thing I don’t like is that the dinosaur pictures on top are only taped onto the stamps and they keep coming off. I thought the dinosaurs were printed directly on the stamps.
Hours of fu
Purchased as a gift for my nephew. Hasn’t been used yet but I know he will love it as he loves his other Melissa and Doug stamp sets and he is a big dinosaur fan.
The great thing about the stamp sets is that they appeal to such a wide age range and both girls and boys. My 2.5 year old loves stamping with her older cousins.
The Melissa and Doug ones are such great quality. The only disappointing thing I find with them though is that they come in a nice wooden box but without a lid so once the cellophane is removed they are just loose in the moulded plastic which sits in the wooden box. It wouldn’t stop me purchasing them but would be so much better if the box had a lid.
I brought this for my young daughter both to use with her wooden stamps and for us to experiment with other things we could stamp with such as fingers, bubble wrap etc. Each colour ink pad is a good size and a bright, vibrant colour. The pad includes, purple, blue, red, yellow, orange and green. Each colour pad is well inked and despite lots of use and my daughter occasionally forgetting to close the clear lid- this ink pad has lasted very well.
Most importantly with a small child I have found it very easy to clean the ink both off her and as was inevitable her clothes!
My 8 year old nephew loves them! He’s spent hours with it allready making giant dinosaur paintings.
The stamps a nicely defined, and the handles sturdy.
I wouldn’t recommend for really young kids, 4+ seems optimistic, more like 5 or 6 + because you need to apply fairly even pressure to get a good stamp.
The box looks nice, but it would definitely benefit from a lid. As it is, you can’t really take it along with you on short trips (very important in my eyes). It’s just for sitting on a desk. Also the child using it needs to be able to clean them in between use otherwise the ink colours transfer from one pad to the other and turn everything into one shade of dark grey.
Overall a good buy, but the few drawbacks stop my from rating 5 stars.
