Really happy with this purchase! I was specifically looking for shorter hooks to reduce the wasted space. The other options had much larger hooks which means the cups would have been hanging lower and I would not of had space for the mugs standing below. *You have to drill a hole in the back to attach the black clip*. Without this the metal rack will bend with the weight of the mugs. Its a small hole and the screws are provided. If you are renting I would recommend buying some wood filler to plug the whole when you leave.

5.0 out of 5 stars Must drill hole at the back

Great product, easily trimmed down if slightly too long for cabinet. Very happy

Great buy, had mugs in cupboard that was in the way. Fitted this to the underside of my cupboard with fixing screws supplied. For the price much sturdier than I expected it hold 8 tall latte mugs. Very pleased with purchase highly recommend.

This is great and i really love it but the hooks are a little too close together so I can’t utilise all the hooks, but it’s still great, i especially liked the little hook to keep it against the underside of the cupboard

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersSeems to do the job. Have 5 mugs and all but one for as one mug is larger. That is the only thing I would say is it’s not designed for larger mugs. But I’m happy with how it looks.

It’s good but can’t use all the hooks if u use coffee mugs as it doesn’t have enough space. But if using this for spoons & laddles then it’s perfec

Not really sturdy it has to be screwed into the underside of your cabinets. Can’t fit 10 cups on it like I should be able to and it was a little bit long for the cabinet so my cupboard doesn’t close fully. I had hopes of this being a good buy but was slightly disappointed. I just hung less cups as need the worktops to be free of clutter (mug tree) as I can’t stand untidyness

I like mugs , but I also don’t really have the cupboard space to be able to fit my plates and glasses and all my mugs in the cupboard comfortably. This is a real space saver,it does come with screws but I have it slid under my cupboard with my plates on top and then the mugs. The hooks are close together so I don’t have any mugs at the front and the rack is holding quiet well so far. My mugs are novelty mugs such as donut shaped one and a Harry potter caleron mug and a penguin mug…. it maybe that my mugs are too big and that’s why I cannot fit them straight at the fro

It comes with a screw for extra support but it can be used without, it’s just a bit bouncy and hangs slight away from the cupboard when loaded. It only supports 4 super large mugs but could hold more smaller mugs

This storage rack for mugs is ok but the wait of the mugs pulls it down from the cupboard so you must put the screw that comes with it into the underneath of the cupboard but it holds up to 8 mugs so a good space saver.

All looks well. Unfortunately there is a support strip of wood underneath the cupboard so the rack can’t go all the way back to be fully in place and functional. Other than that, the rack looks and feels strong. I might have to gift it to someone if I can’t find a solution to this problem. Shame.

Fits over the shelf lovely but as it’s quite long, putting mugs at the back end bends it down slightly. However seeing as the hooks are too close together you can only use every other one. It hangs the few I wanted it to but you certainly couldn’t fill it with standard size mugs

I made an assumption that these would fit in my kitchen cupboards (my fault for not double checking) but they’re too long to go in. Very sturdy and do the job but I’ve had to put them in my pantry, whereas I wanted cups in my kitchen cupboards with tea/coffee supplies. I’d advise any buying these to measure their shelves first!

This is such a great idea, I have put mine on the bottom of a cupboard, which is above the kettle.
No more rummaging in the cupboard for cups, they are just there.
The kit comes with the strong metal cup holder that slots onto any shelf about 15mm thick.
It also comes with a bracket and the screws.
The bracket is shown on the picture, it is to sit halfway down the length of the cupholder on the cup side, and is to be screwed in place across the crossbar.
I think this is to make sure the cupholder does not slide off the shelf when pulling cups towards you, but so far I don’t think I need it, have kept it safe in case I change my mind.
I have put 6 cups on, and the holder feels sturdy and secure.

Mug holder has to be screwed into the shelf to keep it stable. I found I couldn’t store cups next to each other, they’re quite big mugs so there is a gap between each cup. For me that was fine, I only had 4 extra cups to store but if you’re expecting all 8 you might need to use small mugs.

just what I needed to release some cupboard space and get to our mugs without taking up surface space. reading the Q&A helped because I didn’t want to get it and it wasn’t fit for purpose. Now thinking about getting another or that it might be a handy Christmas gift idea.

I bought this as I was sick of my mugs falling out the cupboard every time I opened the door. On first glance it looked good and as though it would hold all of my mugs but I was mistaken my cupboard which I didn’t know until now isn’t very deep so it sticks out a little leaving not enough room to be able to use all the hooks to hang my mugs, so I am a little disappointed but I still use it. I will just have to downsize on my collection of mugs. Overall I’m quite happy and I’m still using it, it is very sturdy and was very easy to fit.

Didn’t expect the support attachment – as a renter I can’t alter the flat to that kind of a degree.
Great if you own the shelves – but not stable at the back without the added support bit.
I didn’t find it clear in the product picture and wish they’d clearly shown the additional piece.
Once I own my own home it’ll probably get used but for now it’s a piece of equipment I can only half use.

Fits pretty nicely under the cupboard I wanted it for. Need to screw into the cupboard for extra support but the piece required was included so was fairly simple to do.
The main downside if the hooks are quite close together so there is no way to use all of the available hooks. Also the back hook is pretty much flush to the wall so that makes that one pretty unusable as well.
Overall it does pretty much what it sets out to do; Holds mugs under to free up extra space inside the cupboard.

Definitely need to install the mini bracket. It’s a lovely bit of storage helper. Unfortunately, we had to bend the end to a right angle to fit our cupboard. Seems it’s WAY more shallow on the inside, than the outside. Which is what I’d measured. It was a few inches longer than the hanger, so assumed it was safe to buy. My fault. So the ten-cup hanger is now a six-cup. But it still helps and looks much nicer without so much clutter.

One star off, as the screw they give you is useless, all it needs to be is a self tapper and it would be fine, the one you get needs a pilot hole.

Other than that, great for hanging cups anywhere you have shelves. What you can’t see is there is a small plastic clip that needs screwing in at the back to hold the back up, so it’s not quite as free floating / self supported as the picture makes out. That said aside from the issue with the screw, it’s great for the money, would recommend.Plus as a bonus it takes 8 cups, not the 4/6 that the picture makes out.

4.0 out of 5 stars Great for hanging cups anywhere you have shelves

Golden Review Award: 14 From Our UsersA simple to fit “Italian-made” solution to the ever problem of where to put all our Coffe & Tea Mugs!
Took all of 5-10 minutes to fit, now we have “Free” shelf space rather than a mountain of Mugs.

Slight issue, this rack was obviously designed for Italian Expresso Coffee Cups, (see Photo) So not designed for English sized Mugs, so yes there may be 10 hooks, but within reason you can only get 6 Large sized Mugs to fit onto the rack, without overcrowding it.

The only real concern is that to fit the Mug rack its support needs to slot onto the shelf, this leaves 2 prongs on the upper surface of the shelf above.
This is a slight issue, but not a great issue, hence the 4 Stars!

Warning – fitting the support bracket screw, requires a small Posi drive screwdriver to screw in the small screw.
You need to take care NOT to shred the screw, as for some reason the aluminum screw head isn’t that strong, and I found I was stripping the screw head off!

    Recommend: Buy it! Save Space

    Pros::
+ Space saving, easy to fit

    Cons::
    – designed for Italian Express cups, But realistically will only hold 6 Large UK Mugs.
    – Screw head can be easily shredded! (Take care when fitting)
    – the 2 supporting prongs go onto the upper shelf, so you end up losing space on this shelf, care needed when placing things on the upper shelf.
