The Garden shovel is very good product but the exact wooden handle is a bit of problem.
Such as it cost more then the shovel and finding one any where else is difficult task.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersShovel great but as it comes without the wooden pole it is not that easy to buy correct thickness of the pole that could fit perfectly into the handle of this shovel.. Good shovel but what a shame about the handle. One pole is too thick the other too thin – had to improvise to securely fit the handle onto the shovel. Recommended if you are DIY enthusiast.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our Usersbought the 20cm version- noticible difference is that the blade is squared off,not tapered to the angles seen in the image but am assuming this is due to the size-guessing the bigger versions have that shape.
seems solid enough, not sure how the brace welds will hold up as they appear to have been tacked on by someone in a rush, but this is no major concern for me.
the hole for the handle is wider than a standard brush stave diameter so a thicker pole will be needed.
there’s no actual blade definition, not even a slight one-a quick run over with a file or angle grinder will address this though if it’s needed but judging by its weight and with a good strong handle,i can see this cutting through most garden growth quite easily. It is basically a squared off version of your normal half moon edging tool.
can see this being a handy piece in the hand tool selection of any shed-not as big as a spade but bigger than a dutch hoe. happy enough with my choice-only time and use will show if its an expensive piece of scrap metal or a cheap and handy bit of kit! if i remember,i’ll update after a few weeks of giving it abuse…
