Was recommended this by my bro-in-law and it’s brilliant. Fits on the car screen sun visor even with the mirror without hampering access to the mirror. Sound is clear and it’s super easy to use. Would highly recommend.

Used this for my classic car, makes it so easy with the magnetic mount on the sun visor to secure and remove when not in use.
Good sound quality when playing music from phone via Bluetooth.
Once linked with Bluetooth remembers phone every time its switched on,haven’t made any phone calls with it yet.

Bought to use in an old van, very surprised at the sound quality and loudness, actually needed to turn it down. Easy to pair and use.

    A good product.
However, the clip for the sun blind kept pinging off. I had to buy self adhesive metal plates so the unit could magnetise to them.

I was a little apprehensive as to what this was going to sound like, but I have to say,I was shocked!!! What a great piece of kit. I changed cars, long story, no hands free in new one and couldn’t afford to have it fitted so popped on here and found this, thought it’s gotta be easier than keep pulling over and stopping to answer calls? Simple to pair and use. Great sound quality. Even tried it out on music on my phone, surprisingly

Sound quality is pretty good for such a small thing. like the fact that I can listen to my Spotify tunes and then pop it away in the glove compartment. Strong little magnet to attach it to a clip or anything else metal come to that. Only thing I would say is instructions our little bit tiny so simple even an old Guy like me could suss it out.

This is awesome. I have a Renault Clio 2004 which doesn’t have bluetooth and I wasn’t keen on having one installed. The speaker came with 50% charge which lasted a 100 mile journey, and about 80% of the return 100 miles as well, which I was very impressed by. The sound quality is really good for the price and it helps me hear Google Maps better (I’m going deaf!). Very pleased, did exactly what it said on the box.

Sound is clear and it’s easy to use. Buttons are big what is important since you use it while driving.
It sometimes falls down but it happened only twice so far.

    It’s a good item.
Just seems very basic, no idea how you turn the volume down because it’s very muffly and trouble to hear people on the opposite end of the call.
Build quality seems good, and the magnet clip is a good piece of kit to attach to your sun viso

When used with the phone just running satnav app like Google maps it sometimes cuts off the beginning of phrases, probably because of its power saving features. When used to make or receive calls the sound is perfect, very clear and intelligible. Can’t comment on battery life, it hasn’t been used enough yet. Very easy to use and connect to bluetooth.

It does what it says. It’s handy for a car that doesn’t have Bluetooth and it’s easy to remove. However, the speakers aren’t great and it’s sometimes hard to hear what the other person is saying.

Nice speaker my only gripe is why are the buttons not painted bit bit of white paint and bob’s your uncle
Problem solved also the mount is nice but could do with an other mount to go on the car vent but all in all
A nice bit of kit well worth i

    This arrived quickly.
I bought it to replace a Supertooth Buddy which just wouldn’t pair with my newer phone. This was around half the price but with a very similar description, so thought I’d take a chance on it.
Very easy to set up and use. Speaker quality is pretty good for the price, and very loud – I do quite often bring it into the house from the car to just use as a portable speaker.
My phone uses Bluetooth 4.2 which works fine. Not sure how it will work with other versions.
    Would recommend.

Hi, the sound quality is really good providing the network signal is strong. Only issue in my opinion is that the loudness level keeps resetting to default – very loud – after every restart. It should memorise your most recent setting. Thanks

Golden Review Award: 11 From Our UsersI bought this as I use tomtom go on my s8+. I found when listening to my radio I struggled to hear the instruction from my phone. It is pretty loud when on full volume and as it uses your media volume on the receiving device in my case my phone it can be a shock when you forget to turn it down. If you’ve been watching youtube whilst out or anything like that.

Overall though it does the job I bought it for, it’s very easy to use and bluetooth connect nice and fast. I have my sun visor down all of the time and the clip fits nicely on the top part of the visor where it meets the roof. Magnets hold it to the metal clip, no risk of it falling off with normal driving (fast to detach to store in glovebox out of sight from little buggers when your not using it). Once familiar with the buttons you don’t need to take your eyes off the road although a little highlights on the all black buttons would of been nice (a thin silver marker would fix this issue tho).

With that said and done, this was a solid purchase. Does exactly what it’s supposed to do.

Not taken any calls with it so I cant speak for phone quality although I don’t see it having any issues dealing with it.

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersVery nice speaker that’s designed for the car but can be used anywhere, very portable and lightweight and takes up practically no space.
The device is rechargeable and has excellent battery life, a recharging wire and hand strap are included.
The speaker comes with a clip that goes over the sunshield of your car. The clip has strong magnets that hold the portable speaker in place while driving. It’s easy to attach and remove the speaker and it also holds steady in place while driving.
The sound quality is excellent and it’s easy to connect via Bluetooth, there is also a SD Card slot so you can play music that way. The controls are simple to use for both music and phone functions. A very good speaker that’s ideal for the car.

5.0 out of 5 stars Loud Sound and Portable

Golden Review Award: 25 From Our UsersSo,
Based on the mixed reviews of battery life, I wasn’t sure how “great” this purchase was going to be.

It’s for my 2003 Rover 25, which is my main car.

The Rover has an original CD player, but no way to play my podcasts of Radio 4 (My main reason for buying this) and occasionally I play music from my Amazon my music collection or Apple Music collection.

I bought the item in August 2019, and I’m writing this review in December 2019, to give myself time to evaluate the purchase.

    So what’s it like ?
Sound quality for voice audio (Radio 4 podcasts)= Good enough – no real issues and significantly better than the speaker of my iphone for speech.
Unexpected Bonus, if using Google Maps for directions, The podcast is temporarily halted while the directions are spoken. Might work with other mapping software – didn’t test it but I suspect it is an iphone function rather than a speaker function. I have tested with an i-phone 7 (August to October) and iphone 8 (November and December)

    Sound quality for Music:
So I’m not super picky sounds wise, but this isn’t great, but it is acceptable. It does let me play my music, but if I played it more than occasionally in te car, I would probably want something better.

    Battery life
Well – in my case – the battery has held up, and doesn’t seem to have significantly deteriorated over it’s life.
I charge it in the car – and the item lives in the car – including the high and low temperatures that can occur in the car on hot summer days (We did have some I think) and cold overnights of a Scottish Winter. (Well -10C was the lowest I think – but 0C is fairly common)

It plays for approx 4 hours on a full charge. It takes about 4 hours to charge from a cigarette lighter based USB connection that I also use to charge my i-phone.
I don’t like cables dangling around the car – so it mostly plays from batteries. (Unless I run out of charge on a drive)

In the Rover, the cigarette lighter (Or Auxiliary power socket in modern parlance) is live all the time, so – I can charge it when I leave the car.

    Magnetic mount
For me – it works well – I clipped it on the passenger sunvisor and the magnets are plenty strong enough to hold it in place – even over the potholes of Britain’s roads and motorways.

There wouldn’t be that many alternate locations with the metal clip as supplied though (At least – I couldn’t find any in the Rover). There is a downside of the sunvisor mount – if a passenger wants to put the visor down – it can be in the way. But – the magnetic mount allows easy detachment of the speaker.

    Car hands free

Works well – although for this, I find the Apple speaker also works well enough in the car. It automatically pauses the music if one is on a call (Again – pretty sure this is iphone functionality, not the speakers)

    In Summary
Sound quality is OK – if you are not too fussy, and do bear in mind the price here. Your getting batteries pseakers, bluetooth and an amplifier.

Battery is fair given the low cost of the product – and seems to be holding up. (I think it is Lithium Ion)

Speech quality for Radio 4 Podcasts is good enough (Better than Apple built in speaker on iphone 7/8)

Speech quality for hands free phone calls is good enough (Similar to Apple built in speaker on iphone 7/8)

Mounting – magnetic part is good – metal clip attaches well to sun visor, but I was struggling to find anywhere else to put it.

Golden Review Award: 14 From Our UsersGetting back in a car after many years means I need to start buying all the gadgets which included this Bluetooth car speaker.

Having 4 children and being a career to my parents I need to keep my phone with me all the time and as you know you can’t talk while driving so this Bluetooth car speaker is prefect.

Really easy to set up – connect your phone and then clip it on the driver sun visor.

It takes approx 2 hours to charge up and it states it last around 10 hours of talk time – I have used it on many occasions and it’s so clear to hear people.

You can also play your favourite songs via this but the song playing in this car is baby shark.

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersSo, I bought this on Sat 13th July. Delivery? Said it would be delivered tomorrow (tomorrow being Sunday.) Bear in mind I bought it at around 11pm Sat night. I thought, “No way will it be delivered tomorrow.” Lo and behold, I was very much mistaken and it certainly did arrive tomorrow (Sunday.) Price? Only 17.99, 22.01 cheaper than Halfords. Followed all instructions and gave it a full charge before first use. Can’t fault the delivery time. Sound quality? Can’t fault it. Crisp and clear on both sides of the line. Was almost like having surround sound. Excellent, faultless. Battery life? Returning today! Less than half an hour with full charge and used on one phone call. Charged again and tried a second time. Again, less than half an hour, without even using it the second time. Such a shame. Will reorder it, just in case it’s that particular one that’s at fault. If the second one’s the same will be on the hunt for another make and model.
