I bought this to replace a gel mask that had broken after a few years of use. This new one is more comfortable due to the beads, which make it more flexible against the contour of the face. And the velvety side means one doesn’t have to put a tea towel or something alike in-between face and mask. Would recommend.
Nice packaging bag to keep mask in the fridge. It soothes tired eyes and the beads allow you to give a close fit over the eyes. It reduces puffiness and I’ve found it helpful for morning headaches
Actually a great little cooling pack for the eye/sinus area! I haven’t frozen it yet, just taken it from the fridge, but even that is refreshing and helps my sinuses feel better.
Brought this for my daughter who suffer from bad hay fever really soar eye, so treated here to this cooling eye mask it really help with here soar eyes. Great quality highly recommend

This mask is brilliant I use it when my kids have a headache or when I get a migraine it works well from the fridge .
For anyone who suffers from migraines or drinks, I fully recommend it. It’ll probably come in useful in summer too! Adjustable strap so it fits any head size. Also helps my Sunday morning recovery a ton 🙂
sometimes doesn’t freeze properly.
when it does freeze it doesn’t last long but does the job. great if you get tension headaches etc.
Bought this eye gel mask as recently had a cosmetic procedure on my eyelids. Wow ! It was amazing & did exactly what it was meant to. I put it in the fridge rather than freezer & after a couple of hours it was chilled enough for me. It’s beautifully made & excellent quality. There was a lovely little note in package too from the makers .. should of bought 2 so that I could havre a continuous chilled eye mask!! Brilliant product for the money .. def 5* from me
Bought this due to migraines and it’s been great. Lightweight and has an adjustable strap which makes it a comfier fit. Would definitely recommend to anyone who gets headaches and wants something extra to take the edge off
These seem very useful for my wife’s headaches.
The first one was so successful that I bought another one as the cold doesn’t last long enough when it’s bad. This way I can tag another one in from the freezer for some further relief.

Very soft and comfortable, but I was not aware that for these to work, they have to be put in the fridge or freezer!
After using heated eye masks for a dry eye condition for a number of years my eyes were becoming increasingly red and sore. The optician suggested using a cooling eye mask instead and, together with moisturising eye drops and new antihistamine eye drops, my eyes have improved greatly. The mask has 2 surfaces; one is soft and not quite as cold as the other harder surface. Both sides are very soothing.
I purchased this after reading a review of this eye mask in my favourite online magazine. It was the day before the insane heatwave in the UK, so after popping in the freezer for a couple of hours, it was fantastic to pop this on. The material side is lovely and soft. The instructions recommend up to 20 minutes, which I think is sufficient.
Love that it comes in a sealable bag for the freezer so that it doesn’t absorb the smell of my curly fries and chicken dippers!!
Bought this mask to see if it would help relieve the pain whilst I wait for the painkillers to work… Oh boy, does it help.
Just a few seconds in the microwave to get it ready (watch it heating though.. I popped one because I got distracted and left it in the microwave too long).
Provides warm relief exactly where I need it, I feel instantly a lot better.
Highly recommended for this type of thing.
I’ve only used it warm, so I can’t comment on the cooling function.

The material that is on the ‘eye side’ is nice and soft but the mask doesn’t lie flat and puts pressure on the eyes, dragging the eyelids downwards. I ended up using it higher up on my forehead which was more comfortable although then it didn’t block out the light. I have also used it on the back of my neck, with the elastic strap over my head like an Alice band which worked well.
The mask felt very cold after being in the freezer overnight but after being on my skin it warmed up very quickly and was room temperature again within about 15 minutes.
I wouldn’t buy this one again but it’s ok for a quick fix if nothing else is available
The item arrived well packaged, brand new and with instructions and is of a high quality.
Time will tell if it actually makes any visual difference to my tired eyes as I only began using it yesterday. It is very soothing and a comfy fit due to the adjustable strap and is a good size to cover the whole of the eye area.
The best thing about it is you can use it again and again so that’s a bonus.
It’s pretty and generally does the job. However the straps could have been longer And maybe with a tie or something other than Velcro straps which catches on my hair. Because the straps aren’t long enough it’s a bit tight and presses against the eyes so vision takes awhile to refocus after use. I have used just for cooling, straight from the freezer but It doesn’t seems to stay cool for more than 10 mins. I find I have to flip it to the side without the comfort cloth to get slightly more out of it. However it seems to feel cooler for longer if you just use it on the reverse side with the plastic side on your skin.
I put it in the fridge for 30 minutes and then placed it on my eyes and it was very refreshing! If it’s too cold you can wear it the soft way against your eyes. But as long as its not too cold the most relief comewls when you wear the cooling beads against your eyes. I haven’t put it in the microwave so I can’t comment on that part but I don’t warm on my face I’d rather cold.
The material is very soft and gentle on the eye area and the stitching and fastens appear sturdy and well done.
Fits well on my face but to get the most relief for my eyes I do have to push against the mask a bit to distribute the cold beads and massage it a bit.
All in all very relaxing!
