Bought this when I aggravated an old back injury, about 6 months ago. Thought it would just be a short term use thing, but I find I’m using it pretty much every day, just because…..
The different heat settings have a real difference (highest settings needs caution, as it can get pretty warm), and the auto-off is reliable.
It’s basically an electric blanket for your lumbar, or any other, region. If that’s what you’re looking for, this fits the bill perfectly!

I suffer with a really bad back and have spent a small fortune on sprays, creams and patches for it over the years. I was recommended this by a colleague and honestly it is the best purchase I have ever made for my back.
    Highly recommended.

I have hEDS, osteoporosis, scoliosis, and many other various chronic pain issues – my joints dislocate regularly, which is my main problem. Having these has been a real help! They’re big enough that one can cover both my knees / or wrap around my ankles, or its big enough to use to lay on to use on my back, or stomach (female issues) of wrap around a joint if I’ve dislocated it that day. The timer really helps, so you’re not waking up boiling hot in the middle of the night!
I tried a few before this one, but the control panel would over heat- which was rather worrying.. But this one works just fine. Different temp settings, I rarely need to use above number 3 or 4!
Also they’re easy enough to move around (good to know if you’re a pain sufferer) so if you’re having a bad night and need to move it to a different place, it’s not too hard to achieve.
Only thing you may need is an extention cord, depending on how close the plug socket is to your bed.
But a great help! I use at least one of them every night.
If you’re a generally a cold person, or have chronic pain, I’d recommend these xxx

I got this for my husband who has constantly cold feet, he described it as a game changer, absolutely fantastic.
He loves it and sits comfortably and goes to sleep.
He thinks that the warmth settings are good and its very easy to use.
Using it saves on gas as we don’t have to put the fire on to warm his feet anyway.
    This was a good buy!.

Was given to a family member after surgery & she was in a lot of pain and couldn’t move.
She used this for her back & side just on the DRY heat (not wetting the cloth) & said it made such a difference for her & had some relief.

Bought this heat pad for 13.59 at start of April and it’s brilliant! It heats up fast and can be timed on for up to 2hrs in 30 min intervals. It doesn’t say anywhere on the listing if it has a uk plug and on the box it shows a EU plug, but the pad has a UK plug, a long lead and is CE marked! It’s also not very padded so it can be rolled up small for travel/ storage.

I bought this as a replacement for my 93 year old mother’s previous foot muff. So far (6days) she prefers it to her old one as it also heats up on the top of her feet and not just the soles. It also has no massage function which most seem to have but mum never used. The remote control is simple to use for an elderly person and the heat and timer settings easy to follow.

Bought this for an old back injury and is great. My nephew has a injury to his knee which gives him trouble and he found it great. The only problem is the lead between control and pad could be a bit longer. Otherwise it would be 5 stars

Does what it says , I have it on no 4 for my back and that’s plenty hot enough, good value for money , a lot larger than the last 1 I used to have , very bendy , would definitely recommend this product.

I bought this as I work from home and suffer with cold feet. This item is brilliant. Its cosy and I don’t even have to have it on the hottest setting. It has 6 heat settings and I’ve been using 3 & 4. I bought this one as a replacement to a slightly cheaper one which hardly got warm at all. I just wish I had seen this one first. Well worth the money.

I purchased this for my husband for his bad lower back. He is a big man so I was very pleased with the actual size of the heat pad. The heat pad has several different settings on it and he has definitely noticed an improvement with his clack since using it. Great value would recommend.

I ordered this for an upcoming hysterectomy and endo removal, it was actually recommended on a hysterectomy support group page. I ordered the smallest one because I didn’t want to take anything bulky to the hospital. This little heat pad is amazing. It heats up perfect, small enough to fit into my overnight bag but, big enough to fit around my waist. I can’t believe how much this does actually heat up. You can change heat settings and there is also different timer settings. Me and my partner fought over this last night lol.

Highly recommend this if you suffer back and/or hip pain. It can easily be wrapped around your hip or used for your back. Heat settings are perfect ad it turns itself of if you forget. I use it everyday.

I struggle with cold feet and working from home can be tough in Winter. These have changed everything. They are literally warm enough (even without heat power turned on. When I do have them on (3-4 out of 6) they are toasty. It is 0 degrees outside in January, the house heating is off, my feet warmers are on but without power and my feet are toasty in just socks.

This heated pad works really well, helping to soothe tired and achey backs and necks. In the cold weather it also serves well to keep you warm and can reach quite toasty temperatures on full heat settings. Simply drape over your shoulders and do up the velcro belt around your body to keep it in place. The temp and timer controller is easy to reach so you can always adust the settings to suit with minimum fuss. Just remember you are plugged in when you get up to move around!

5.0 out of 5 stars Warm and effective for back and neck aches!

My in-laws have been fighting over this since we gave it to them. With the rising cost of energy they’ve been getting into local warmth and this is working well for them. It’s simple to use and heats up quickly to a pleasing level which helps keep whichever one is using it extra cosy. I was surprised by the small size of the box but that actually means the foot warmer can be fairly small and will tuck away nicely when not needed, though I don’t think that will be very often!

This winter has been the coldest for for me and my feet have felt so frozen recently. This has been a godsend for keeping my feet warm and cozy and away from drafts.
I’ve only had to keep this on for a few minutes on half power which has been enough to keep me warm for best part of the evening, so it seems it retrains heat for quite some time which is great.
The only downside is that you don’t want to take your feet out as it feels cold again.

Very comfortable, heats up quickly, doesn’t seem too expensive to run and the liner is removable so you can wash it.

It comes rolled up and you have to zip it together but it’s really easy to do. Then you just attach the liner with Velcro and plug it in.

The controls are really simple and straightforward.

Great size, covers the whole of the back. I got this item just to keep me nice and warm. I use it on my back. Love the amount of heat settings you can choose. Only negative would be that it could do with being a little stiffer material as it does collapse. Though if you are needing the mat to go round a leg or neck then the softer material would be useful.
