I am pleased with this nail strengthener so far. It looks clear on my nails with just a slight sheen. It goes on easily too. It is a little early to say whether there is much improvement in the strength of my nails but I’m hoping so.

I basically destroyed my nails after using my own gel nail kit a bit too much and after seeing the reviews for this, I gave it a go. It’s so good, you do need to have patience because obviously the nails won’t grow instantly but ordinarily my nails are really weak and bend easily but with this they have grown really strong, they feel as strong as they do when I’ve had several coats of gel on which is amazing. I’ve seen they do strengtheners in different colours too which I’ll be trying next because I do miss having colour on my nails. I used a cuticle oil regularly with this as well which probably helped. It’s a little pricey but I do think you get what you pay for so it’s definitely a worthy splurge

I’m blown away by the difference in my nails after using this. My nails were so incredibly weak, it was impossible to grow them at all as they were so soft. They had to be filed right to the nail bed. I’m not exaggerating at all when I say my nails were weaker than paper. I’d tried oils and treatments for the last 2 years with no success. I’ve used this for about 10 days now and the difference is insane. They’re so much stronger, even when I remove the product, that it’s a similar level of strength to when I use UV gel – maybe slightly softer than when it’s builder gel but definitely stronger than when wearing regular UV gel polish. Im so shocked by how much stronger and less bendy they are, I am actually growing them without them tearing, without needing gel overlays for strength! The polish does peel a lot – I had to touch up quite often as it lifts easily – so I definitely wouldn’t use it as a base coat – but as a strengthening treatment I cannot recommend highly enough.

My nails had been damaged by builder gel, thin, flaky and peeling. I used Opi Nail Envy for a week as instructed, and then removed it, and I could see a massive improvement.
When you remove it, it feels like a lotion rather than polish.
I am going to use it for another week, before I have my holiday nails done.
Well impressed.
Tip, I put the polish over the tips of the nails to help prevent chipping, which seems to work.

Have used the product for 2 weeks now as instructed. Whilst I would not say it strengthens or ‘makes them
grow’ the fact that it covers the ends of your nails well & does not make them snag or split enables them to grow so yes, they are longer.
I have had so many problems with the above mentioned but not since I have been using this Nail Envy so I would say it works.
I recommend but follow the instructions to the letter.

This stuff is amazing, I’ve been using it for 3 weeks and im so impressed. It’s quite glossy for the first few days then starts to dull and shows a slight yellow tinge making it look quite natural. The strength in my nails improved massively within 4 days. Quick and easy to use, apply 2 coats day 1, apply 1 further coat on day 3 and again on day 5, remove and re-do day 7. The instructions advise to use it for 8 weeks if for treatment only purposes.
I have been using Blue Cross cuticle remover once a week and CND solar cuticle oil 3-4 times a day. Once my nails are at a good length i will continue to use this as a base coat with whichever coloured polish i use. This is worth every penny!

I bought OPI Nail Envy ‘Bubble Bath’ to recover my nails because, unfortunately, I damaged them with a UV lamp/gel kit at home. My nails are naturally very strong, but I had paper-thin nails (weak and very soft) due to the gel kit. I’ve been using this product for three weeks and I must admit that I’m quite impressed by the quality of this brand. Before the treatment my nails were weak, with red spots and uneven colour underneath.
After three weeks of use, I can see the difference because now my nails are stronger and they have the usual healthy colour, no red spots. Also, I love the delicate pinkish hue of “Bubble bath”. I definitely recommend OPI Nail Envy.

Really good as a strengthener — I can really see/feel the difference after a couple weeks of use! Is shiny and sheer too!

However — it is less good as a base coat. Even when leaving it an extremely long time to dry before adding colour polish and a top coat, my nail varnish chips quickly and easily. Usually my nail varnish lasts a week with only one or two chips. With this, my nail varnish is almost totally chipped after two days — to the extent where I just take it all off.

I would recommend using this when you need strengthening and *don’t* paint your nails at the same time, leave them natural. And then once you are happy with that, use a different polish as a base coat!
