Fuel consumption
1.43L/h fuel consumption at full load & 0.69L/h fuel consumption at half load.
To get the run time on a full tank, you can simply divide the fuel tank volume by the fuel consumption to get the number of hours of worktime per full tank.

Powerful
I purchased this generator to supplement my narrowboat’s electricity supply; top up batteries when I haven’t moved much and to run my washing machine when moored. As this will output 2kw (2.2kw for starting load) this machine fits the bill. If used very little fuel when running and is a more economical alternative to running the boat engine just to charge the batteries. Also it copes well with the load drawn by my washing machine. Generally it starts with one pull of the cord however, in the recent heatwave, it stopped working. As the maximum ambient operating temperature is 40c it may have tripped it’s heat sensor. I contacted Power Products support and they have arranged for the generator to be repaired at as it’s still within warranty. This process was incredibly efficient and stress free.
Perfect for a powercu
Owing to recent power cuts owing to storm damage and possible future cuts due to shortage of gas supply, once connected the generator is running my central heating pump, lighting and television. And it’s portable.

Came early ,we spent months looking for a generator that would meet all our needs ,if we have power cuts or the prices of gas and electricity keep going up . This generator can do so much ,Inc running a 27 inch colour TV ,230 volts ,And run 12volt lighting ,charge a 12volt car battery ,run 230 volt lights ,plus all my workshop tools Inc a 14inch elec,chainsaw ,routers cross cut saws etc etc . It has a U S B socket for charging without risk,mobile phones PC s etc .It runs for app 6.5 hrs on unleaded super grade petrol, it comes with its first bottle of oil ,an oil filler tube ,a spark plug socket and easy to follow manual , it’s easy to start ,but it’s a little noisier than I had hoped for , but that’s just me .It’s a great buy in my view ,hope this helps, it can also run micro waves and small freezer ,One at a time for most appliances ,.
Great machine and fast delivery
This generator came the day after I ordered it! I put in the oil, added fuel and it started with the first pull! Not too heavy so portable and quiet too at just over 60db.
Excellent product and I’m not sorry to have bought it. Tricky to cleanly fill with oil, but I don’t see how it could be done better. Started on the second pull (first for priming). Don’t be fooled however, it is far from silent. If you’re trying to play ‘Fallout’ during the zombie apocalypse, you will get noticed 🙂
Much quieter than we though
Bought this for being off grid when in remote locations lacking sunshine with our motorhome. Didn’t expect it to come with oil, so that was a welcome surprise. Super quiet and very efficient.
Great generato
Really good compact generator. Easy to start goes first pull. Once it’s warmed up you start it with the switch on run, not start. The start position is a choke setting. Very happy with the purchase would recommend it.
Great value product!
Great compact generator, one of the quietest I have encounted watts / dB. Well balanced to carry and not too wide. Good fuel capacity/ run time. One great litttle additions was the screw in funnel for filling the oil. Made the job of putting the oil in a breeze with no spillage! After fuelling, it started first pull – Brilliant!

Suitcase size generstor weighing 20 kg.
Easy to use, comes with oil for the first oil change after 5 hours.
Needs an earthing rod and cable.
Cannot safely be used in the rain as the power socket is not water proof and therefore needs a cover.
Excellent produc
Arrived safe and sound earlier than programmed. Works beyond expectations. Followed the pre-start up procedures etc. Started first time. Set into eco mode. Gradually loaded it up with over 2000w no problems as it automatically turned eco off to handle larger loads.
So far so good.
Ergonomic, and easy to use. Word of warning does not come with engine oil, so best to have some at hand before setting it up. Tested the generator under load and did’nt even flinch, tried it on eco-mode and then put a 2500w load onto it and coped well in responding and then settling down. It is heavy so you wont be able to carry it far but that is expected. It is very quiet and appears robust. Would recomend this generator.
Light weigh
When I received this I looked at a few generators and most of these had a small bottle of oil with it, in this case there was none so it took me another 2 days for oil to arrive before I could try it out.
I bought this during the power cuts caused by the recent storm. It arrived quickly and was easy to setup. It is relatively quiet (compared to neighbours). Easy to start and uncomplicated to use. Decent price too so very happy with purchase.
I have made sure to use higher octane fuel and have also used to recommended petrol additive (so that the fuel doesn’t go off and cause problems if left unused for a longer period).
Ironically I wanted to use it for my ‘man shed’ at the bottom of the garden but that blew away in the storm!
Bought this little generator to use with my caravan when off grid. Not tried it with the caravan yet but have used it at my lock up to run lights and power tools and all I can say is I’m impressed with the quality and performance. I’ve hired Honda and hyundai generators in the past and this is just as good at a fraction of the cost so for me it is well worth the investment. Would I recommend this generator?? Darn right I would +++++
Bought this generator to replace an older generator. Bought 10/40 oil which was easy to put in engine with funnel provided.
Easy to change oil when needed, just tip old oil out and replace with new.
Used E5 unleaded petrol to fuel generator, took 3 pulls to initially start it but after that starts first time.
Generator runs well and is fairly quiet.
It ran my 1400W tiller, 1800W leaf blower and other power tools (jigsaw and drill) with ease.
Easier to transport than my old generator and gives me the same output.
Looking forward to using it on my allotment.
Would recommend this product.
Superb power from such a small, quite generator.
Bought this model so could link another identical model together to double power output, which Hyundai quote in their manual & the generator has the parallel ports fitted, but can’t find out where to purchase the parallel kit.
Its not as lightweight as it says in the specs
Good quality build, great value for money but could not test it out of the box as there was no bottle of four stroke oil which is shown in the Amazon pictures ( would have given five stars otherwise ). Great delivery to the door but took a bit longer than expected from the seller but under the present covid times its reasonable.

Put some oil in and petrol, started 1st time. Quiet enough with some load on.
Not given it a proper work out as yet but pleased.
Delivery was next day.
Bought this to use in our home built camper, and also as a back-up at home.
It’s a great little generator, fairly quiet and easily copes with 2kw of power. It says it will run 2.2kw, so I’ll try that later.
It weighs about 25kg but is well balanced when using the handle.
I bought this one because it was the cheapest in It’s class and so far, I would highly recommend it.
Bought as a back up for power supply at home as Daughter is currently on a ventilator following a tracheostomy. Generator runs all kit needed including ventilator (C-PAP), stats machine, suction pump etc. Also despite what others say it is very quite, albeit mine is sat in the garage. I’m sure if it was sat outside a caravan you might hear it.
Bought this for my camping weekends… Well what can I say it does it absolutely brilliantly and is very quiet not as quiet as a Honda generator but then they are 5 times the price it runs my daughters twin axle caravan as well as my two berth caravan starts first time every time very economical too
