First impression – good at blocking out noise and very comfortable to wear. I would note that loud noises can still be heard while wearing these, but they are muffled down. Does not completely block out noise altogether. Very good and comfortable for the price.

Ear defenders are for hubby to use on plane when we go to Greece. He has trouble with his ears so hoping they’ll help alongside ear plugs.
I will further review after trip.

I bought these for woodworking and they are fantastic! I use loud equipment, planers, sanders, routers and circular saws. Super comfortable and definitely save my ears and save me a headache too! And a great value for money.
    Thank you so much!!

These work surprisingly well, better than some electronic noise cancelling systems. They block out most sound to allow you to concentrate and fold up relatively small into their headband. A really good value option.

Got these for tube travel, but also later used to sleep during hospital admission as I just couldn’t sleep through the constant alarms, beeping machines, busy staff etc. These certainly aren’t perfect, and quite uncomfortable top – but definitely better than nothing.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our Userseally good. got for my adult son with autism .. i don’t know about how much sound they reduce but all i can say is i’ve bought many ear defenders and he loves these and he’s tolerating the sound world better than he ever has. i’m going to multi-buy

Great ear defenders for my little boy we upgraded from the kids ones as he complained they were starting to get too small and he loves these there compact and not too bulky and cancel the noise enough for him to tolerate fireworks panto’s etc

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersHighly recommend. A bit tight on the head for an adult; wouldn’t wear for hours on end, but my 11 year old daughter is delighted as it does cancel out external noise in the classroom environment. Perfect.

Golden Review Award: 6 From Our UsersBought these as I have sensory issues. Does it block out all noise? Definitely not. But it does help by muffling out a lot of noise? Yes. However, any big noises are definitely still heard, even with these on. It also can be used in a different way as I have really enjoyed using these with my TOZO mini wireless earphones. Blocks out a lot of noise and allows me to listen to my music more peacefully. Now I know I don’t need to buy pricey noise cancelling headphones. I can just pair my mini wireless earphones with these!

Golden Review Award: 7 From Our UsersWorks great. I personally got them for sensory reasons, and I wasn’t too sure due to a few reviews saying they did nothing, but I’m not sure how as they work perfectly for me. I tried them outside and it was great! I even took my little sister to a children’s play area with them on and it was amazing, she was super happy she got to stay longer as I wasn’t so overstimulated. When I first opened them I wasn’t too sure they would fit as they didn’t stretch by hand, but when you slide it on your head it magically stretches over your head. They fit comfortably, and I do consider my head to be a little wide. They of course don’t block out all noise, but they do muffle a lot of it to a comfortable level, and you can still hold a conversation. Only point to make would be is to be extra cautious when crossing roads, as it makes it harder to hear cars

5.0 out of 5 stars Works perfectly, comfortable

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersThese have been a great investment. I get easily distracted/irritated by sounds, these are very effective at blocking out noise. I can wear them for an hour and immediately feel calm, and I really notice an improvement in my concentration levels. They’re quite comfortable for regular use.

I have a few pairs of cheaper ear defenders and decided to buy these as a upgrade. When first tried them they did seem tighter than the other pairs however when I adjusted them they are fairly comfortable.
They block out a considerable amount more background noise then the cheaper pairs I own, when I ran 2 air purifiers on full blast these completely block out there noise. I can also comfortably fit wired earbuds under them.

Save yourself money and buy these if your child has sensory issues related to noise. These look fantastic on him, the army green colour is very cool. They are very comfortable and are the best at reducing noise out of all the ones I have bought my son. The package arrived on time and I can find no fault with these ear defenders. They looks so good on!

I have a son that’s on the lower ASD
Before I purchased these my son would leave the room if was more than 2 people talking an he,d do alot of intense humming
I purchased these an wow he managed to sit in a room with more than 2 people talking around him comfortably an his humming hardly ever happens I cannot ask him how they work for him as he has communication problems but I’ve noticed a big difference so I’ve rated these highly recommend worked brilliantly with my so

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersNot the most attractive thing to wear in bed . But sometimes the husband snores so loud that it’s impossible to sleep They just do the job of dulling the snore noise meaning I get a good night sleep and not a divorce!

Bought these for my 12 year old and they fit him now when fully extended but they’d be a bit small for adults. The headband could do with being just a inch or so longer for them to be good for adults.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersWow I cannot believe for the first time in a very long time that I’ve had a good sleep! I have very troublesome and noisy neighbours…..I suffer with C.R.P.S so I don’t sleep great as it is but with neighbours shouting, slamming doors and 2 big dogs barking all through the night I was lucky to sleep maybe 2 hours! I wore these to bed last night and unbelievably slept through…..an absolute god send they are….no more dogs barking, no more slamming, shouting and screaming. Ok so I obviously had too sleep on my back but that was the last of my worries. I would highly recommend these to anybody.

I’m in my woodworking shop almost all day, everyday and have various machinery in operation for most of that time. I had a cheap set of ear defenders which were putting pressure on my ears where my glasses sit, so I took a punt and randomly bought these to see if they were any better… and they are… much. I have them on all day and have no issues with sore ears. The top cushioning band prevents any top-of-the-head pressure soreness and the noise reduction is adequate enough to make working in close proximity to squealing routers and saws, quite comfortable.
If I needed a second set, then I’d be back to buy these again.

Golden Review Award: 63 From Our UsersI brought these headphones because I’m an autistic woman and wanted something to help make life easier with the cheeky sensory processing disorder that comes along with autism.

    Positives:
-Overall, they are great. They block out a lot of the surrounding environment and make concentration and relaxation much easier.
-Seemed uncomfortable and too tight at first, (but this was just the SPD talking). After giving about 1 week’s time to get used to them, I find them perfectly comfortable and have even slept in them a few times.

    Negatives:
-Of course, they do not block out everything, but they block out enough to make the quality of life much better while wearing.
-They’re a bit bulky if you are worried about looks. But who cares what other people think anyway.

These have made it so much easier for me to concentrate and not be exhausted every day from noise. For 15 quid I would definitely recommend.

Golden Review Award: 33 From Our UsersOk so these are comfortable, they do stay placed where you put them.
They do provide some noise cancelling quality and I must admit I like the price.
The only thing is they do not cancel as much noise as I thought they might so am a little disappointed.
I live in a ground floor flat, one neighbour slams their doors all the time, another neighbour has a very loud, awful voice that incessantly spews forth and keeps their window open so I get no peace, the person above me has a child that never stops banging above my head and when they go to bed the parent plays loud music.
I can’t afford to move but hate so much noise and so this is all I can do.
Anyone has a spare island they wouldn’t mind letting me live on please let me know.

Golden Review Award: 13 From Our UsersI use my ear defenders when I need to concentrate on working on my computer in a loud environment.
They sit very tightly on the head -initially a bit too tightly but loosen sufficiently with some use and fit around my ears snuggly.
Obviously noise cancellation isn’t 100% (they never are) but does the job for me as the noise reduction is sufficient that it is a struggle to hear a person speaking at a quieter tone so they really help me concentrate, being very noise sensitive.

I love the design and colour so they would be perfect e.g. someone who wants to protect their ears commuting in a loud environment -they almost look like large headphones.
The headphone part also folds into itself to make them smaller when not in use so handy for putting in your bag etc.
    Definitely recommend.

Golden Review Award: 15 From Our UsersI use these ear defenders whilst using a 50cc back-mounted petrol strimmer/brush cutter. They fit very well (some may find them a tight fit which is necessary to be of any use) blocking out most of the noise, in fact, they even block out my wife when she talks to me (not that I really want to do this) which shows how effective they are. I worked in an industry that was very keen on H&S so it’s second nature for me to use all available PPE whilst carrying out tasks that have any form of risk to my well being. When finished with them they fold up neatly for storage.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersGreat noise cancellation but can be a little tight on the head. Only sound that comes through has to be very close and even then is very muffled. Would be great if you could adjust the size as it doesn’t pull out as much as you might want it to so could be tight if you have somewhat of a larger head… (not me though)! Perfect for my small head!
