Screws not long enough
I never thought that you might need longer screws well I do as the ones provided are far too short. I have ordered separate longer screws, hope they fit!! Not many toilet seats actuslly tell you the length of the screws provided so if your seat is broken take the old seat off and if the screws are long then this seat will not do the job.
It seems like a decent toilet seat otherwise and will hopefully fit when the new screws come ( I have tried to use the screws from the old seat but they dont fit and it’s moving about at the slightest touch)
My old toilet seat was fine but had the top coating scratched off by kittens a few years back. Didn’t want to spent much but was surprised how cheap this was. Decided to give it a go and it arrived next day . Easy as pie to fit and very sturdy and comfortable. The seat cover is a tiny bit bendy when you sit on it, but overall just very very happy with it.
Good value for money but not very sturdy
Very good value for money, perfect for a guest bathroom or accommodations where needs to be replaced often, not very sturdy due to the quite flimsy fittings. Also, the plastic fittings make it slightly more difficult to clean with all ‘the nooks and crannies.’ Nice and cheap, would not buy again as it is for my home and spending 20 more I would get a seat lasting 15 years + .
Good quality
Good quality seats, soft closing, very smooth, price is great and they were super easy to install. They was packaged well and had everything needed inside for a swift change. Not much price difference but much better in regard to convenience and delivery.
Yes, it’s more lightweight than some, but I love that. Being plastic, it’s not going to swell or crack from damp. Very hygienic. And the perfect size for my toilet. Soft close too – very good for this price.
Took a chance hoping this would fit and it did. For the price, the quality and fit are very good, it was fairly easy to fit too, feels sturdy and doesn’t move at all when sat on, slow closing lid which is safer for my little one, it does sit a tiny bit small on the toilet bowl, however, I didn’t measure so that is on me, it doesn’t effect the use at all and it still looks very neat.
Highly recommend and would happily buy again.
It's easy to put together and fit.
I needed a new toilet seat. It was easy to put together. It’s comfy to sit on. Very clean and a bright white. Not bad for the price. It was a tiny bit too small though but it will do.
The only reason I’ve given four stars and not five is because it’s a bit small and I don’t know how long it will last. I do think it’s a bargain for it’s price though.
Toilet seat essentials recommend
Well was nearly put of by reviews but ordered, only used for short time but easy to install raised seated which I like unlike thin plastic ones.
I have had many like this before only thing different is plastic fittings, which others have had a degree of metal to secure, so can only see over time how it’s lasts, but have to say seems secure.
Other thing in reviews I was unsure of was, if all was soft close but both lid and seat are soft close, so no more 6 year old slamming lid shut!, so for now I would say for the money I would definitely recommend as can be costly at DIY stores.
I bought 4 toilet seats in the last year. None lasted and some was near 40. Some had fixings and instructions that was absolutely inadequate. Some had poor design that made holes in the actual seats and some had parts that fell off of it causing the seat to slope. I’m so glad for this cheap toilet seat, which works effectively and easy to assemble. I’m tempted to buy a supply of them because due to my bathroom floor being sloped toilet seats don’t have a long shelf life in my house before they begin to slide to the lef

for a cheap toilet seat I would definitely recommend this one, it was so easy to put on, (less than half the time of taking the old one off) the soft close works well and it looks good, all in all good value for money.

Only given it a 4 as not actually used it yet so don’t know how durable it is. The fixings are adjustable so you can make sure it fits the hole positions. It doesn’t appear flimsy. It was easy enough to install. Just what was required.

This toilet seat fitted well and would buy again because it is well made and it moves which is helpful because the last one kept coming undone and I was forever tightening the screws where this slides along and you can move it back without damaging it !!!

Soooooooo I got this for 9.99, a good price, to replace the stock seat that came with my space saver corner WC. After two replacement seats that snapped under my considerable weight that would then snag my thigh skin and pull my hairs out, I found this delicious toilet seat that was easy to fit and promises not to tear my flesh and rip my hair out in an unpleasaurable way. Don’t get me wrong, I like my hair being ripped out but not when I’m wiping feacal matter from my brown matter exit passage as I send used food down town. So far, it is untested, but I have installed it and it almost closes. It didn’t like my protruding rim block though so I’ll now need to wipe around on bad spray days. Will feedback further if necessary, or even unnecessary. I’m sure it’s a life changer though and I look forward to my next movement already.

Will fit almost any Toilet the pegs that go through the holes in the back of your toilet adjust so will fit different widths between the holes. Soft close. Just excellent value for money !

They are white, not off colour. They do the job. They close so softly you could walk to the shop and back and they’d still be doing their thing.
They will not stand being stood on/sat on with the lid down or anything other than being used as a toilet properly (I say this because I have a house full of children and several toilet seats way more expensive than this are RIP and I don’t know how it happens so I’m assuming here). But if you need a cheap replacement, easy to clean and easy to install and you don’t want to hear it being slammed down or risk trapping little fingers, then I recommend
Works well, easy to fit. Would say this was very slow close, could take about a hour for it to close fully. Tends to move a bit too maybe this is the installers fault 🙂
Does its job given the price
It’s thin, easy to install and easy to clean. It’s not the best quality and I would invest more next time. However given the price it’s definitely a decent quality
