I am so glad I did some research before buying the belt as they are not all the same and this is a good brand and at a great price on Amazon.
Make sure you check the size as it’s not one size fits all.

Was not fit for purpose. Go for 6 inches not 4.
Edit: I was refunded by the seller. I brought the 6 inches and it is perfect so I have changed my score to 5/5. These are great quality belts.
Sadly I’m using it in a far less conventional way to usual. I have a severely disabled dad who is regularly falling on the floor. This belt enables me to pick him up off the floor without risk to my lower back. Nice bit of kit.
This is an excellent belt for weightlifting
I ordered this for support during weightlifting and it does the job very well.
The stitching is good and the clasp is strong, I like the additional padding on the spine.
Unfortunately I had an injury which stopped me lifting for a while, but I managed to ease back into it by wearing this belt to support myself properly.
I recommend this to anyone looking for a decent support belt.
Good price for a decent produc
It gives all the support I need. I doubt I could wear it for long, but then it’s not meant for that. However, the edges dig in a bit too much and leave sore spots. They clear up quickly enough.

I purchased 2 of these belts, one for me and one for my son.
The belt is accurately sized for our waists and fits well. We don’t lift massive weights but the belt supports our waist and gives assurance for deadlifts.

Good starter bel
Recently got into heavy lifting and needed a belt but wasn’t sure what to get, this is a great product for starting out, easy to use and does the trick.

Comfortable bel
I have a waist size of 25″. Bought the small and it works perfectly. Tightened it to the 5th loop in so have plenty of space incase weight increases. The fabric inside does rub off on your clothing/body. I have only used the belt once so maybe this will lessen as it has more wear out of it. But definitely would suggest this as it gives a great level if support. My deadlifts were smoother and the strain I was feeling on my lower back had gone.

Please be carful with the size. I brought a medium; my waist size is only 30, and hard to fit on.
I ordered the size according to their size chart and the belt should have been big enough to buckle up on the last pin, however I buckled it almost in middle.
The gym I go to, have the same ones for the general use by people but I feel kinda horrible to wear something that someone else has sweated in so I get my own one.
So far so good.
