Really helped to ease my lower back pain for a while.
Easy to use.
So many uses, that I had to buy more
I bought this for myself as I have Fibromyalgia, it is so handy for just putting over the part that hurts be it leg, shoulder, neck, arm, back etc, I find it really soothing. I sometimes would put it across my thighs during the colder months, partly for the pain there and partly for the added warmth. I sometimes put a blanket over the top for added warmth, and suddenly found one of my cats on my lap. I have since bought two more which I put inside pillowcases for my cats to use, they love them. The timer function means I can set them to switch of automatically. I also use the timer function for myself, if I wake in the night in pain. I put the pad where it is needed , set the lowest heat and set to switch off after one hour, should I be fortunate enough to get back to sleep. I bought one as a Christmas gift for a friend, and wil be buying more next Christmas as I don’t know what I ever did without this item

I’d bought this for my Dad who suffers with located pain and swelling! To say this has had its fair share of use is an understatement! He is using it everyday and it helps greatly! Result!

Sitting in a cold courtroom where we are not allowed heaters – this works great. Warms my bum nicely. Lots of functions – heat, timer etc. Will get me through the winter. Cools down quickly for safe storage.

I had a bad experience with the first one I bought but these small heated pads are great. Great for sitting watching tv and will warm any thing that’s cold.
I have a lot of trouble with my back and the heated helps. It can easily get turned up or down. Very well made.

I bought this hoping to replace a branded one I’ve had for a few years. Although this is super soft it doesn’t get to 60c as its meant to highest is 43c I’ve tested it. Needless to say I’m still using my old one
I bought this item in November and was very happy with it. A few days ago the controller was getting hot and smelled of burning plastic. I emailed the company and they replied within 24 hours saying I should order another at no cost to me and said not to bother returning the first pad. Great customer service and support. Highly recommended.
Brilliant for back/neck ache
I always use on hottest for backache. Never tried timer. Automatic turn off after an hour, have to turn on again. But also comforting knee pad, replacing expensive heating, on a lower setting. Brilliant, I love it. Highly recommended.
Great heating pad, timer function and temperature range ideal from gentle warming to hot enough to ease back pain. The size does mean it must be positioned precisely for pain relief and it is not a substitute for an electric blanket. Timer increases confidence in safety and means you are asleep before it turns off. Great functions and controls, good lead length and overal this is a good product.
An excellent product that really helps with any aches and pains. The controls are very easy to use. The maximum temperature is 60 which is quite warm but not excessive. It is good as it gives a constant heat rather than cooling down like a beanie or a hot water bottle.
The timer function is excellent as well. It will turn off after the set time so you don’t have to worry about it being on for too long.
The pad makes it easy to place on your stomach or neck or shoulders or anywhere for that matter. Its light enough to stay without falling off.
Overall a great product!
Overall it is a nice heating pad,you can choose from 3 temperatures settings however don’t expect this to be hot like a water bottle. I bought it because I worked from home and I was very often cold while sitting for a long period of time in a same position. Now I don’t have this problem. It’s defo cheaper and faster solution than having the heating on all the time.
However… the attached remote feels somethimes hot (don’t think it should) and the cable is not too long.
Temperature control
Heat pad works well, it’s like having a hot waterbottle on your lap, but better because you can set the temperature you feel most comfortable. I wish now I had bought one with a longer timer, this one has max 2hours then cuts off. I would have preferred a longer timer.
As good if not better than branded alternatives
Have used similar heat pads from well known brands before at 3-4 times the price and I actually prefer this one to them, the material is lovely and soft, the blue side being a bit more plush (even if the colour is a bit bright!), the pad’s dimensions are a good size, the extra width means you can wrap it around your sides more with an even distribution of the heat across the entire pad. The controller is easy to use, with a good range of temperatures and the timer actually shows you how long is left. Have used it for lower back pain relief and just sometimes to keep me warm in the evenings without having to put the heating on!
My old dad is in for a warm winter .
My dad has arthritis..scoliosis and the cold really hurts him..this heat mat is really helping..he sits for long periods of time coz he can’t get up coz it’s cold..heating on gives him headaches..this is just perfect for him.
Great for stiff neck
Really good quality, very soft and easy to use as you just plug it in.
It heats up quickly and I used it on my shoulders and neck and found it very soothing.
i was always scared about having an electric blanket but was worried about the safety of it. i love the fact this automatically switches off… its a life saver… literally hahahha
Amazing pain relief
I used this heat pad straight away and I cannot recommend it enough. It’s so easy to use and gives instant relief.
I’ve got osteoarthritis and my neck and shoulder was really bad. The heat pad has really helped. It is versatile to use all over the body. I tried it on my knees and it also worked. Great pain relief and Fantastic value for money.
Instant warmth
The pad heats up quickly, so it’s good for an instant boost of warmth when needed. It has been a great comfort for an arthritic knee. It’s nice that it’s washable. Rolls up neatly when not in use, but a storage bag would have been useful. Some off gassing at first, but this soon went away with use.
