I love these scales, they are nice and small, have a nice feel to them. Has a rechargeable wire so no need to replace any batteries.

I’ve had Salter digital scales before which lasted for many years, until someone (not me!) threw them out. I try to find environmentally friendly products, so was pleased to find Salter make this set of scales using bamboo, and that they’re re-chargeable, so no more replacement batteries. I’ve used them for solids and liquids, very easy to use and only a light touch required to switch them on and change units of measurement.

I first went for a cheap kitchen scale and description was wrong so i returned it and learnt my lesson from trying to get a no-frills cheapo kitchen scale and with this salter one instead. I am trying to use as little plastic as possible so this was a really good choice for me and the charging usb port will come in handy so I’m happy. It was fairly pricey but I’m not sorry I bought it and love the bamboo construction which looks nice in my kitchen.

Stylish and practical scales which can be charged via usb cable. Range of measurements, easy to read screen and no longer reliant on batteries. Very pleased with this purchase and exactly what i was looking for.
Good that it came already charged. Looks good. The buttons at the side were a little awkward at first.
