Seac Talent

Freediving and Spearfishing fins

The Seac Talent medium/long fins were designed by Seac to ensure ideal propulsion in all conditions. The angle of 22° between blade and pocket shoe optimizes the thrust with the same effort. The fit is comfortable and does not create friction or nerve pressure on the Achilles tendon, allowing you prolonged use of them.

Fins will give you good propulsion on one kick. Stiff fins, so you need a little experience. Good for scissor or frog. Wide feet friendly. I wear size 11 wide shoe. Strongly recommend for snorkeling where youre diving down alot or Caribbean diving. I got these to use for SCUBA and for snorkeling where I’m diving down deeper. Good all around fins.

Bought these recently as I was gaining more and more of an interest in Spearfishing and Freediving and wanted more streamlined, comfortable and ‘powerful’ fins. These certainly don’t dissapoint. When speeding over the seabed looking for Scallops I can feel the difference between using these fins and a set of cheap Cressi’s I recently owned. They were also a perfect fit for my size 8.5 Feet and whilst using a 3mm sock.

It’s always better going into a dive store and trying fins on there however if that isn’t accesable then these fins will do the job just fine! 🙂

These are really great fins! A bit on the heavy side. If you plan to wear with neoprene socks (2-3mm) go with your normal Shoe size, But if not, go a size smaller! My friend has the same fins 2 sizes smaller than mine and I was able to wear his comfortably without socks.
With more aggressive swimming I got a sore on my foot because the cuff goes up just over my ankle bone . But with relaxed diving and not kicking too mich (you don’t need to with these) I was fine.
