Good, does what I want it to do, but I don’t think the oil reservoir is working properly if at all. I just oil the chain manually anyway , I’m not bothered. i mainly use this saw for chopping battens in half for my log burner.
Overall I’m pleased with it .

I’ve never been keen on writing reviews until now. I have an allotment, but not the same energy levels. This beauty cut down a 12 foot high budlia with ease on 1 battery. Normally by hand, 2-3 attempts. I was able to do some other work not being worn out.
It has a lot of power for a small saw & having 2 batteries you could do lots of work. Has a spare chain. Instruction manual is clear.

I’m very impressed with the saw. It is particularly good on slightly wider branches, as you can see from the photo with nice smooth cuts. It’s slightly marmalises thin ones causing a chewed up end. I liked the fact that it came with a spare chain and two batteries. The batteries probably last in the region of 20 minutes each. I’ve used it for about an hour and a half overall so I have no long-term results but at the moment, very pleased.

I’ve always used a hand saw and snips to prune my apple tree. It’s a very old, and large Bramley. Used to get frustrated accessing some of the branches. This product has made, a very overdue, pruning so much easier. The unit is light and the the battery charge is good, having two batteries is very useful.
My only concern, which is why I gave an overall 4, is that the lock button can stick open, meaning extra care is needed not to initiate the cutting involuntarily.

The saw has just arrived promptly and in one piece I haven’t used it yet but it seems ok. I was surprised that there were no instructions with it, not even badly translated from the Chinese ones. I would have thought with something so potentially dangerous some basic info about how and when to oil and how to adjust/change the chain would be the minimum.

This was purchased following the return of another make and model that failed after a few weeks.
So far the Sinpy has been great to use. Battery recharge time is fairly long, however that is balanced by a good running time before another recharge is needed. As it comes with two batteries this is not a big problem. It is fairly weighty, hence 3 stars. Also for me, with arthritic hands, that are lacking in strength, holding the trigger is hard and painful work, hence 3 stars for ease of use and weight.
All in all, it is perfect for splitting large logs to a more appropriate size for my log burner, some kick back occasionally but once the blade has made purchase with the wood if flies through, (albeit hurting my hands!)

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersI’m here to confirm that it is a mini chainsaw and that it has a six inch cut, well not quite but close enough. Only had it a few hours and it has cut whatever has been placed in front of it with comparative ease, items included were tree branches about three inches thick and it went through a four inch by four inch fence post with no trouble at all leaving a very clean cut indeed. Both batteries were fully charged on arrival and nothing was missing or damaged. Only had to tighten the chain once and only filled the little oil reservoir once with 30ml of oil, bought separately, I chose to empty any remaining oil from the machine back into the large bottle when finished having read a review that said it can leak into the case, better safe than sorry. It’s way to early to talk about reliability but if it keeps doing its job as well as it currently is then I’ll have no complaints. Oh if you are nervous about chainsaws, and it is wise to be so, then at the very least get yourself a pair of quality chainsaw gloves because the pair that comes with this unit are just a pair of plain old garden work gloves which offer no protection at all. Remember even this little mini chainsaw has a bit of a kick when catching a knot. Safety first people. In conclusion I’m happy with the product at this time.

We had to top 10 laylandai…so easy to use when up a ladder and only using 1 hand …very lightweight but slices through branches like butter …..very clear instructions too ….
      Would highly recommend

Surprised by how good this small chainsaw is. Cuts through branches and assorts of wood well. Easy to use. As others point out best to keep a eye on the wing nut that holds the chain in place as it can vibrate loose. Gloves useless for use with chainsaw so use proper safety ones.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our Usersfirst battery charge took about 15 mins for each battery, filled with chain oil, checked chain tension, off I went, apprehensive,
old dead very dry cherry tree, so hard wood, took about three quarters of an hour, filled oil up again, chain tightened three times. very little heat generated by motor or bar/chain. battery still on three quarters full, job done, amazing

5.0 out of 5 stars bloody marvellous.

Golden Review Award: 7 From Our UsersI took out eight or nine 10′ conifers in a few hours. Saved a fortune compared to employing someone to do the job. Easy to use, I’ve never had one of these before, and now I’m wondering why. A few learning points: the supplied gloves are simple cotton. Useless against a chainsaw. Get yourself a proper pair if you value your hands and fingers. Next, from time to time check the screw holding on the side panel hasn’t vibrated loose. Happened to me and it cost me a fair bit of time fiddling around to put it all back together again, although I would be faster next time, now that I know what’s under the cover and how it works. Lastly, don’t try to cut anything much smaller than 1″ diameter. The unit bounces around and could be dangerous.

This item is superb! After months of attempting to tackle out of control bushes and shrubs with pruning shears and a handset for slightly thicker bits, I was left with some really thick stumps that would have defied my efforts with the saw. This chainsaw is incredibly easy to use and slices through thick stumps and branches like butter. In five minutes, I achieved more than in 5 months! Excellent!

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersAt first I thought that this was a ‘bit of a gimmick’ but I still decided to buy one. The reality is that, for what it is, it does a pretty good job . Battery life is good. Cutting chain does its job and works. Build quality is… well, it’s from China .

I have used it to trim several conifers in my garden and the truth is, it’s done an OK job.

Would I buy another if the need was to arise again… yes, I probably would .

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersThis item is fantastic bought it after I sent other make of mini chain saw back. This item has an oil reservoir and a decent manual unlike the other one I returned which was the same price. If you are wanting a mini chain saw this is the one to buy

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersThis little chain saw works very well, it prefers the bigger pieces cuts through them like butter but hesitates on the smaller pieces which isnt really an issue.
I would have given this 5 stars but the protective glasses that came with it are useless they are milky and distort your vision making it very blurry so not of any use as a safety feature.

Golden Review Award: 7 From Our UsersThis has a powerful little moter and zipped through the branches that I was pruning on my cherry tree. I’ve only used it for about an hour and the battery is still fully charged. A couple of issues to take note of. Keep an eye on the side panel and chain tensioner. These came loose and had to be retightened. Also, you will receive a pair of gloves. Personally, as a former tree surgeon, I urge you to get rid of these or keep them for a different purpose. They are not chainsaw gloves and will not give your hands any protection.

Garden bushes needed cutting and some of the branches were 3″-6″ thick, this goes through them like a hot knife through butter, cracking bit of kit, used for around 3hrs and didn’t even fully use 1 battery , great bit of kit at a great price and super fast delivery. Highly recommended

It’s been great to chop up old tree that fell even at it’s thicker paste. Battery (you get two) die quickly so you can’t get huge amounts done in one go as they take a while to charge so can’t keep rotating. I think I got 15 mins out of one battery on average. Few hours to re-charge.
Saw itself is great though a lot more sturdy than I thought it would be. Makes chopping up a lot easier. Came with glasses gloves and replacement chain so good value.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI love this little chainsaw, I wasn’t expecting it to be as powerful – I have just cut the branches of an old, diseased, apple tree which the saw went through with ease. Before this I had charged both batteries as I wasn’t sure 1 battery would last, not only did it last it is still showing full charge on the LED lights. I added 20ml of oil to it using a medicine measuring cup.
The only niggle I have is that the safety button sticks every now and then which obviously means it will start just by pressing the trigger, but so far have managed to make it safe by repeatedly pressing the safety until it pops back out.
Brilliant bit of kit for the price
