Fit the hand
Very nice little weights – bought as hold downs not as exercise weights – but I guess I will get some exercise moving them around on patterns and fabric O.5Kg sounds small but feels quite heavy and the neoprene coating is non slip.
These are fantastic weights. I was unsure which to buy as a starter set and read that 5kg was recommended for women starting with weights.
If your a little weakling like me I would suggest 2kg I can lift the 5kg pair but I think it would be straining myself and potentially cause injury. As they are too heavy I doubt I will use them for a while great as doorstops in the meantime
Arrived on time. I had cancelled my original order as delivery times changed.
I use this product for home workouts while unable to use local leisure centre. The weights are aesthetically pleasing, nice to hold, and we’re well priced. I wouldn’t recommend them to beginners as they’re quite heavy, but useful for holding when squatting or lunging. Very pleased with them.
Quality produc
I like this quality product. Easy to hold and feels nice as well. Came wrapped in bubble wrap in a cardboard box the poor postman had to carry. Nice to look at them so don’t need a case. The colour is mature and nice to look at. I am happy to recommend this quality product. It’s a reliable brand and material.
Easy to grip
These were bought for my Mum who recently had surgery to her right thumb joint for arthritis. The physio currently supporting her had Mum doing exercises with very similar dumbbells and she found these comfortable and easy to use. If you order these and live with people please warn them! Bought these for myself, parcel was picked up at the door by my mother who was not expecting the weight of the box and almost dropped it on her foot haha!!
Good quality weights for home exercise, easy to hold and weight very evenly distributed.
Excellent weights
After looking for ages for a decent set that don’t cost the earth I settled on these and can only say I am 100% happy. They have a nice soft outer layer and are very comfortable. Great buy!
