Not sure what’s happened, but kids enjoyed these over summer, and I had put it away in August, once rain kicked I , only yo get it out ok September during our mini heatwave , but they don’t seem to be keeping water as well as they did before. I should have dried them properly before I put them in the shed. Also grew some mold in. So, they can be reused, but dry properly before you stick them in storage over winter.

Easy to use for little kids as well as big kids (adults) great fun to use.
However the rim is harder than balloons but don’t hurt if not thrown hard.

Easy to fill, make a good splash when thrown. Quality seems good. Impressed with the whole balloon. Going to order more. 12 good for two to throw but if any more people, you definitely could do with more

My toddler is obsessed with water balloons and I actually see these advertised on a social media site for a significantly higher price. Glad I checked on here first. They are fantastic. Such a great idea. They fill very easy and even my 2 year old can throw them and they still pop. Little tip well re filling don’t try and close them yourself. Just pop them under the water and let them close on their own because then they seem to fully fill better. Wanted a more environmentally friendly water balloon and got exactly that.

We’ve had some fun with these over the last month and they are great for water fights in the garden. Just fill up a bucket of water and you can easily fill these up in a second. They do come keen so probably not for very little kids. But a lot of fun and reusable.

Excellent for kids. Traditional water balloons are such a hassle – they are time consuming and the fun is quickly over. These are eco friendly and work brilliantly. Our kids and their friends had a great time on a hot day. All we had to do was fill up a bucket of water for them and then left them to it. You just put the ball underwater and close it. They don’t hurt when thrown at each other.

I deducted a star because I think it’s expensive for how few balls you get though. I wouldn’t recommend buying the 6-pack only.

These balloons are great. Seem very robust, even with my grandchildren. They’ve had loads of fun using them over and over again and they are easy to fill up themselves with a bucket of water. Would recommend them

Great reusable fun for kids and adults. Used these at the weekend when it was hot and everyone had fun and they are easy to fill just have a bucket of water drop in and let the magnets seal closed. Younger children may find them hard to throw to get to people wet, as you have to hit things with a bit of force for them to get people wet with. But great reusable alternative to the traditional water balloons

Great fun water balloons that close using magnets. Easy to fill, great fun to throw, and made with soft latex-free silicone. We love these and they are great fun to play with. You open them up slightly to fill them at the top with a tap or lay them in a bowl of water and open them to fill. Once full, the magnets softly pop back together to close the water balloon. They are then ready to throw 🙂
These are great for the garden, the paddling pool, the swimming pool, or even the park. They are a perfect beach companion and come with a little mesh bag for transporting and storing. They fold flat for storage and take up little room. These are now in our case ready for our beach holiday 🙂

There are 8 water balloons, 2 of each colour: red, green, blue & yellow.
To fill them submerge them in a dish of water. Making sure that they are shaped like two halves of a ball. Once under the water, let go and the magnets will close the ball trapping the water inside. Lift them out, and to my amazement, they don’t leak! Then all you have to do is throw them and the magnets will separate on impact. They do not separate when carrying them as I have demonstrated in the video.
    I’m impressed.
The balloons are well designed and work really well. The magnets are secured within the silicone and therefore not an immediate choking hazard. Obviously, these toys are being thrown with force so wear and tear will eventually occur and young children should be supervised and so on. The balloons are considerate to the environment as they are not single use plastic.
The balloons come with a storage net bag. They do need to be stored dry. I have a metal dish drainer and found it easy to use the magnets to hold the balls open so they could dry.
Hours of fun can be had with these water balloons.
The price is 18.69 currently. I feel they are worth the asking price as they’re reusable and work well.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great reusable fun and watertight!

These balloons have magnetic edges, are easy to fill without making a mess as they easily snap back into place.

When thrown, they open, splash and snap back together again, ready to be filled up with water to start again.

I like the different colours and we had an enjoyable time playing with the balloons which are a great idea.

I do love that these are reusable so they don’t leave a mess all around the garden and can be taken to beaches and other locations without worry of leaving any mess behind.

Very simple to use just open and dunk in water and they pretty much close by themselves. Once filled throw and repeat. They don’t hurt when they impact as they do come apart very quickly and you get soaked very quickly with these.

You get 4 in a pack and for the price it seems a bit much. You do have to get more to make it fun. But other than that great addition for a good hot day.

These water bombs are a hit even though they do hurt on impact and can be filled in one half.

We like that they are reusable so environmentally friendly compared to balloons.

    Recommend for older children.

If you enjoy water fights, these are a must have!

Basically you drop them open into a bucket and close them up whilst underwater meaning they are really quick to fill up. Once they are full you close them together which uses magnets to create a strong enough seal to hold the water inside the ball but not strong enough so that it opens up and explodes the water out whenever it comes into contact with a solid surface or person.

The fact they are reuseable means you don’t end up with tons of rubber around the garden from water fights and you save money on rebuying balloons for this purpose too.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersThe water balloons seems o be very fun toys for young kids.
It is ideal for the summer and they are easy to fill up but not very convenient for people who are having a competition because there aren’t many of them which means that you can’t carry a bag with at least ten of them inside and throw them separately without having to have to keep retrieving the water ball after you throw it, like the ones that are advertised on television which can only be used once.
Instead, you will need a bucket of water to fill them up in the middle and put your balloon through then scoop the water out with the balloon and then after it is thrown, you will have to get to the place where it landed on and then repeat the process which can be quite tiring after some time and some people will find it easier to play with the single use water balloons.
They don’t really hurt if they hit you but you will feel a knock and a splash of water when it hits you.
The mesh-bag is also real for carrying them and it allows them to dry and dip through the holes.
It could be useful during the summer and the next summers .

These are fantastic , really good idea , prity strong seal on them aswell. Kids will love these come summer, no messing about tieing knots in balloons, fill a bucket with water , kids can play til hearts content . 100% reccommend great colours aswell.

We have a few of these now and they good fun and I just love the fact that these balloons are reusable and they feel much safer for children of all ages. My grandchildren are able to play with these when they come over for their weekly visits. The water balloons are very easy to use and to understand for children and they cause minimal mess which is great for the adults.

For what they are they are a bit on the pricey side, but knowing that these feel much safer for my young grandkids gives me a bit more peace of mind.

These water bombs are a good concept, you fill up each half of the bomb, close it quickly and then throw it. I tried this indoors in the sink and couldn’t get it to split open so I think you would need to throw it with some force to get it to break apart. Admittedly, if doing this outdoors there would be more force and distance behind it but it might be a Consideration for younger children who may not have as much power to throw them.
At 21.99 at time of review for 8 they do seem a little expensive.

4.0 out of 5 stars Good co cents, needs power to get them to break

These reusable water balloons come in a pack of 8. They have a variety of different colour and amare extremely easy to use.

I can’t express how exciting my family is to use these Inthe summer holiday. They are so easy to use that even our youngest kids can refill them without help.

They work best if there is a bucket of water they can be placed inside of. They are made of a soft material so they don’t hurt when hit. They are super fun!

Well these are fun. So much more environmentally conscious than disposable water balloons. They work well, fill with water around the end of the tap then they magnetically shut then the fun starts. My boys think they are fab.

I’ve now obtained some more of these SOPPYCID Reusable Water Bombs. Initially, I got only 4, not knowing exactly what they would be like & whether my grand-daughter would enjoy them, but then I realised that only 4 of them was a woefully inadequate quantity for a good, continuous game. We have yet to actually play with them, as the weather is not yet remotely warm enough to go to the seaside, or even to get out a paddling pool (which she is, in any case, rather too big for now). It would be too messy to try them in the bath & I doubt that a public swimming pool would be happy for us to throw them there.

These water bombs, with their easy magnetic opening, refill & closure look like they will be good fun but should be harmless enough when thrown at a person’s body. Even filled with water, they will still be light enough & should burst open readily enough on contact.

They certainly look robust enough for play in a large area of water, where they will drop in the water if they miss their target, or even if they land on the sand of a sea shore. However, I think they might easily get torn if they land on jagged rocks or the likes.

A price of 31.98 combined price of both the 4-pack, then 8-pack, sets I got is, however a dauntingly high price for a barely reasonable supply of these little water bombs for 2 of us playing, clever though they may be in their conception. What is even more frightening, however, is in the way in they quote the cost in the advertising description in the Amazon listing. These water bombs, purchasable in packs of 4, 6, 8,12 & 16, are quoted in terms of cost per Kilogram, that cost generally reducing slightly as the quantity purchased increases. However, I think that somewhere along the line, the seller’s calculations have gone wrong, as buying 4 water bombs costs 9.99, quoted as 114.83/Kg; 6 @ 17.99, 149.92/Kg; 16 @ 35.99, 117.88/Kg. 149.92 per Kg for these little water bombs sounds to me horrific! But the choice of the manner in which to quote the cost, in price/Kg, is, IMHO, bizarre. There is, anyway, at least one error in the figures given for cost/Kg… I would imagine that it must be in the price/Kg when you buy only 4, which should presumably be a great deal more than the quoted 114,83/Kg, perhaps even more than the frightening 149,92/Kg!

So, whilst these SOPPYCID Reusable Water Bombs might provide for a good, fun game for all ages, think carefully before you buy how many you need to sustain the supply of ammunition for a good bun/no, water bomb fight between the number of participants you are anticipating taking part.

These latex balls are 8 balls of fun being able to add water and to let the kids have some fun playing water tag and then to reuse is ideal as the latex balloons one would usually use arent reusable meaning making trash when we dont have to in this day and age. I havent tested them the 1000 times they’re guaranteed for but apparently if they last that many times then they are well worth the money charged and good value along with being eco friendly. The only downpoint for me is 8 is not enough if you have 2 kids = 4 each, 4 kids = 2 each and the game will last for 1-2 minutes! I can only guess that will not last long when they have to continually fill the balls its like play, stop, play, stop, play stop for good as they will give up after a few times getting bored yet if this was a set of 20, 30 or 40 ball set it would be better making this a much better longer lasting game. I do think it’s very clever how they fill and seal as they open up fully and once filled enough they automatically close.
I can see me getting more so that come summer this will be a firm favourite with the kids regardless.

5.0 out of 5 stars Wish they came in family size!

These are actually soft when they hit you, looking at the pictures alone i thought these were plastic balls that would actually hurt when hit with one, they don’t actually hurt when they explode with water.
I have knocked a star off as i think these are very over priced but there are benefits to these as they are re useable so this is more a long term investment and eco friendly.
I love the way the balls are self closing it’s addictive to watch, once placed in a bowl of water the balls fill up then close themselves due to the magnets inside the balls.

Excellent reusable water bombs. My kids love these. I was a little worried at first thinking they looked hard and you wouldn’t want to catch one in the face, but they’re actually quite soft. The magnetised seal works brilliantly and doesn’t let out any water. They can be a little tricky to get really full though. The pressure of the water doesn’t expand the sides enough if you’re just doing it under the tap, but it gets full enough. I found the best technique was when I was playing with my daughter in the bath. I used a rocking type motion to force the water in and then let go so it seals. I then got a perfectly full ball with no air in!

You can get a few bounce offs though. It’s best if the seal hits the intended target and then it splits open like a clam, but to be honest you can get bounce offs from traditional water balloons.

I don’t miss the mess (expended latex, not water) that you always have to clean up afterwards and making my fingers sore tying knots in them, so these are a big win as far as I’m concerned!

I was intrigued by the description for these as being reusable and now I understand the mechanics. There are two hemispheres which join in the middle by a ring of small magnets, the result is surprisingly effective and holds water tight. These will be excellent for the summer months. While excellent design they do seem a tad pricey at over 2 each so I take a star off for value

Let’s face it who didn’t love a good water bomb when they were kids, playing outside, always asking our parents to fill them up, trying to store them all in a bucket without the ones under them popping from the pressure of water sat on top of them. This is a great alternative that can be used over and over again!

Ordered these for my niece and nephew as they also love having water fights in the summer and thought these would be ideal! Made from a super soft silicone, with magnetic claps to close, they’re more environmentally friendly as well not leaving loads of empty water balloons all over the floor!

These arrived as a pack of 4 in bright colours with a handy mesh storage bag which you can easily hold 12/16 empty bombs inside. Simple submerge in a bowl of water and they auto fill and close together without them leaking and they hold the right amount of water. Gone are the days of asking your parents to attach a balloon to the tap and tie them every 2 seconds!

Honestly can’t rate these highly enough and would 100% recommend!

5.0 out of 5 stars Bright & colourful and easy to fill, non leak!

Better for the environment these reusable water bombs stop latex being left around your garden, and reduces the chance of children or animals getting hurt by it. Simply open, then hold under water as you close them. Allowing the magnetic catch to seal the water inside.

Hi, these are pricey, but they are fun and easy to use or play with, got them for my grandkids for the summer rather than the usual water balloon mess , with picking up the plastic left overs, but my son loves them too just playing around as plastic balls of air, they are easy to fill and just snap together with magnets inside, so a good bit of fun to have with them , just pricey

4.0 out of 5 stars Very pricey water balls

I got these reusable water balloons to use in the garden with the kids when we have pool parties in the summer. I’ve had similar packs in the past, which have been great fun to play with.
There are 6 different coloured balls, arrive squashed flat and are made from a thin silicone material. They unfold open, fill them with water to give them shape and then they shut with a soft magnet seal holding the water inside securely
Squeeze them to squirt water or chuck them and they open on impact releasing the water.
I tested them in the bath. They’ll be easy to fill in a paddling pool.
They are lightweight, colourful and simple to use, reusable and include a mesh bag to store them in.
Look forward to using them properly outside over the summer.
I’ll update my review if I encounter any quality issues when actually being used in ‘water fight’ mode!

It really does only take a second or two to refill these. We have trialled loads of these and they are always good fun. The magnetic seal pops open easily to dunk in a bucket to fill and then seals firmly to hold in all the water. Even very young children can independently fill these. So much better than spending ages filling the water balloon bombs that either burst to soon or not at all. The seal on these is just the right strength to pop open on impact but hold in the water until thrown. Obviously, up close and thrown hard they will sting a bit but for normal play they are huge fun. We’ll certainly be getting more of these. Bring on the warm weather!

    I received the product well-packaged.

It contains 4 magnetic reusable water balloons with a net pouch.

These are silicone balloons with a magnetic opening.

The product is well-made and thoughtfully designed.

These refillable balloons are very easy to use. The water does not need to be pumped from the faucet; just fill the bucket, open the magnetic water balloons, and put them in the water. It will fill with water within seconds and self-seal.

These will make for a great outdoor water fight during the summer. You can use it many times.

Overall, these are economical and great value for money.

5.0 out of 5 stars Well made and thoughtfully designed!
