These caps work great and are very cheap. The shape is good. I swim about 10 times a week so my caps get a lot of usage and last about 5-6 months. If swim a few times a week, expect it to last much much longer.
Although the caps tightness relaxes over time causing it to skip that’s when I replace it.

Purchased to keep water away from my hair. My hair was getting dry, brittle and the ends were splitting along with thinning hair after months of wimming 5 hours per week. I want using anything to protect my hair.
Now I wash my hair, towel dry it, apply an anti chlorine pre-swim lotion and fit the cap prior to entering the pool. I use a chlorine removal shampoo after swimming. The combination works well and my hair condition has noticeably improved.
Whilst the head shape of this cap is a little more like a second world war army helmet so far ive found it more pliable , more comfortable and exerts less pressure on the forehead whilst still providing the usual chlorine protection exposed too in long swims . I don’t like giving a product 5 stars until i’ve tried it for a reasonable period of time ….which is a bit of a shame for this swim cap as i suspect it will not disappoi
I dunno if it is because it was my first use, but i expected my hair to get a bit wet, however it held well, i swam for about half an hour and only the back of my head hair got a bit wet. Great quality for the price, really comfortable and easy to put o
I purchased it as I had a ponytail (shoulder length) and was swimming 3-4 times with a swim lesson a week. My head size is around 56cm (diameter) so hopefully this will help you measure. It doesn’t exactly prevent water from entering your ears or wet your hair but it does a good enough job so that usually my hair is slightly wet at the ends and it does make it difficult to hear when the cap is covering your ear – if you are having lessons as well. Overall it worked out fine and I’m pleased with it.

I was a bit wary about buying this product, as I have really thick long hair and I did not know if it’d be big enough for my hair! But I can safely say I managed to get all my hair in and it was a nice fit.
There is quite a strong silicone smell when you first use, as to be expected, but I’m sure this won’t last long. I’m really pleased with my purchase and the price!
Bought to help with underwater mp3 players and headphones to stick in my ears.
Bought as I’m currently getting back into swimming. There’s not much to talk about apart from it being large (fitting my large ‘cow head’ as my sister refers to it as.) The colour is nice and bright and does help keeping my headphones in on most strokes. I found that after swimming for some time my head got warm but this was after around 1 1/2 hour swimming so it would be ideal if you get colder in the swimming baths. On the whole I’m happy, it is a reasonable, functional product that looks good. what more do you want?
Bog standard swim cap, does what is says on the tin, and prefer it too the arena one I recently lost, slightly bigger and less compression ( I have a big head ). A lot of reviews complain about smell and yes it smells like silicone, but this isn’t really a problem when you’re swimming…
Having read reviews for a number of swim caps, I finally went for the Speedo silicone swim cap, and I have to say that I have not been disappointed. It is a great fit (I have a small head) and the material makes it very easy to put on. It is also very comfortable, even when worn for a length of time. Whilst it doesn’t keep my (short) hair completely dry, it is only a little damp after a swim of an hour or more, and has prevented damage to my hair from chlorine. It also keeps the water out of my ears, which I find uncomfortable (when not wearing a cap). My first purchase was a white cap, and I have since bought the same in black and pink.

Since I have speedo swimsuit and very pleased with the quality of it, I have decided to purchase a swimming cap to match.
I have gone for longer hair choice one as even my hair is mid length and not very thick I find that little bit of extra space just makes a massive difference in comfort and how it feels on .I have been using this particular hat for 3-4 month now and could not be happier with my choice as it looks and feels amazing as well as it still looks like a brand new after all these month of constant using for at least once a week.
I have now ordered one more cap so I have a spare one when needed and the service was just brilliant all over again.
I should definitely mention that quality and the price of the product is simply amazing as they sell at least double the price in actual shops.
Fits well, good quality
As a casual swimmer I was looking for a good quality cap at a decent price.
This product does just what I wanted, it fits well and the thickness of the cap is really good, not too thin so i’m not worried about it ripping or splitting. Very glad I went with a brand I knew rather than some of the cheaper alternatives.
Overall great product and I will not hesitate to order again when I need a new one or maybe just when I decide I want a new colour.
Nice but snug Cap
Nice Cap and it is really good at keeping water away from your ears but not your hair (though no cap does that). Good quality, though the only gripe is that it has a snug fit and gives me headaches every time I use it which is a shame.
Reliable Swimming Caps
These are the only swimming caps I have worn for years. I definitely favour silicone over latex if you don’t want your hair ripped out! They are very easy to put on and the thick silicone I find lasts a good while (depending on how much you use it) because eventually the material wears a bit thin on where you tend to tug the hat on the sides and the stretch loosens a bit. I have just replaced my old hat which I had for about a year. And always good to have a spare in your swimming bag in case the old one rips whilst you’re putting it on!
The hat was delivered to me 2 days earlier than expected, always a bonus.
It’s great for the price (I got mine for 1.40) and is a reputable brand.
It’s a nice tight fit without being painful and it covers your ears as well.
I thought I’d have a hard time getting it on as I have really long hair (I plaited it and pinned the plait to the nape of my neck but I thought it might cause problems) as it was I got it on first time with no pain and only a few stray hairs peeking out.

Fits well, easier to put on than the latex one which I had before (which ripped). Nice thick material so should keep me warm for an outdoor swim I am doing. Doesn’t keep your hair dry, but I realise that is not what it is for!
