I’ve left the review for this product for a month or two to ensure they stood up to repeated use… Initially, upon opening the package they seem a bit ‘cheap’ and potentially flimsy – however I have been pleasantly surprised that the audio/stereo/surround effects are as good as any product I’ve used. The volume can go up to quite loud but safe in the knowledge it won’t damage your kid’s ears by being too loud. Not once has anyone in-game said they cannot hear me well and the auto mic setting works well (which may be software driven by the xBox?). They have on occasion given me earache, physical as a pose to internal, where they’ve clearly been pulling on my physical ear for hours on end creating an ache – once I realised I loosened them off a little more and it hasn’t been a problem since. Overall? these represent great value for money as long as your expectations are in line with the price you paid.

I got these for my 10 year old as his first xbox headset and they are actually really good quality. They seem strong , fit well and the controller on the lead is really useful. He has an xbox one s with a new series controller and all works fine. I just needed to turn the volume up on the actual xbox using the create a party menu.

Absolute bargain for a tenner. Bought for my son as he left his expensive wireless headset at his mum’s. Just needed something for a week but he said they are surprisingly good (he is picky about headsets). For the money these were a steal. Work perfectly with Xbox one. Not the v best quality but for the money you cannot complain. He’ll keep as a decent backup for when his wireless cans eventually fail.

My son’s more expensive headphones broke. These were great value to replace them. They are bulky but do fold on ears to fit more flatly into draws. My son found the controls on cord really handy.
For the amazing price of this headset I purchased for my daughter, I am amazed at the quality of the headset and particularly the speakers, the sound quality is amazing for gaming and listening to music. I would highly recommend this.
Got this as a replacement for my son. Comfortable when tried on, although if wearing for hours at a time not sure how comfortable it would be for extended wear. Good mic quality and sound. Would definitely recommend, does the job just fine and great price point, especially for kids who tend to break their headsets quickly!
