Marvellously silly. The kids take great joy in telling us our leg is the same size as a dalmatian (or whatever the tape says).

Bought as a fun little Christmas gift for my 12 year old. He enjoyed reading the facts and asking others to guess how big/small things are. Fairly solid construction, works well. Limited play appeal as once you’ve read the facts it is just a tape measure!
Bought as a silly stocking filler but my son spent most of Christmas running around measuring everything. You can’t use it as a real tape measure but very interesting nonetheless.
like the novelty of the facts etc, but arrived with the front plastic broken, not sure if while in transit or shipped like it, but a shame as it was a present. arrived quickly and looks great otherwise

My son is big into measuring things and loves using proper measuring tape. I got this as a little joke gift but everyone enjoys reading the little facts and it’s a flexible measuring tape – fun and practical.
It’s been played with pretty hard but still retracts well.
This is an accurate measure with a lovely silliness-like something small being also so many ants long!
Somehow Amazon (as with many other items (has the wrong end of the stick-when it says double sided tape,not like parcel tape. Measurements one side,fun facts the other.
Grandson loved this. Definitely preferable to Grandads metal one. He wasn’t particularly interested in the facts on it. He has already managed to break the metal ring off the end though.
I am currently training as a teacher, and I bought this as a fun addition for my classroom (pre-corona…). I love it, it is simplistic, but for a general overview is a lovely timeline tool. Only issue I have is it gets stuck if you pull it all the way, and I worry it won’t return in. If this didn’t happen each time it would be a 5* review.
Great toy for my 2 year old that wants to use my measurer for everything, would note that if you fully extend it dies occasionally get stuck, easily fixed by lifting the button slightly to get it all back in place. He also enjoys knowing how big things are as shown on the tape measure.
