Really good if your hair doesn’t hold normal curls! The clamp does create a kink in your hair which I don’t like but wrapping it around the barrel creates great results!

A very good product mostly suitable for shoulder length hair. Does what it says, easy to use and gets hot very quickly. Pleased with this product, and would recommend it. Very good value as well

I’ve been using straighteners for ages but since I grew my hair longer, I wanted something to give me a curl. These are absolutely fantastic! Nice, tight hold on the hair, heats up quickly and my curls last for days! Am considering a larger set now for looser curls. Would highly recommend!

Like- heats quickly, good size for travelling, good for short/chin length hair.
Dislike- crinkles hair end of the hair when closed. Heat needs to be a bit more for better curl.

These are quite a lot less expensive than my previous curling wand yet they work very well. I like the narrow barrel and the fact that it heats up quickly. The box should have contained a plastic brush to slip onto the barrel, but this was missing. Other than that, this was a very good buy and I’d have given it five stars.

Recently had my long hair cut into a lob and wanted the smaller curlers. They give great curls for my hair, are compact and fit nicely into small bags. Only complaint I have is the clamp. It leaves a very visible line in your hair so have been wrapping my hair around it instead and not using the clamp. Nice curlers, but should’ve bought a curling wand instead.

Did a few sample curls on daughter’s thick hair and was really impressed with the results – didn’t even need to put in any product to keep the curl in! In fact after this photo I did the rest of her hair and she complained that it was too curly
Like the design of the metal stand and the tong cover – stops you from burning your fingers and the work top! Only gripe is not having a timer and having to guess when they’ve heated up properly (although I’d say it took about 3 mins to get hot enough and 10 secs to curl a length of hair).

I have had problems keeping a curl in my hair, i’ve tried various ways with no use and curls drop out within a hour. I thought I would try these and at such a cheap price I didn’t feel I would waste too much money not thinking they would be any good.

Now I must admit a have fine hair, so I did use a thickening spray when drying my hair, then I used VO5 heat protecting spray, and they the curling tongues. I have just above the shoulder hair length.

My hair immediately curled lovely. I didn’t comb it through till I thought they were all cold, then combed it with my fingers. The effect was absolutely brilliant. I had curls all over and my hair looked so thick. I did this about 11am and kept checking all through the day thinking it would be dropped out soon, but I went to bed with curly hair and there was even some bits curly in the morning.

I am so impressed. It didn’t even take long to do.

The only thing that I got annoyed with was every time I had done with curl I had to put them down to get the next bit of hair, and so you have hair in one hand, pick the tongues up with the other hand, but you have got to bend the stand back too. It was ok it was just a case of manage.
