Since using this mouthwash, I have not had to have as many fillings and also fewer infections. I like the mild taste of this product unlike most other mainstream ones.
Not sure if I’m supposed to use the cap to measure 15ml per rinse or not but I just use the inner tube in the cap as a guide for mouthwash amount. Couldn’t find anything that would measure 15ml. Great flavour tho and nice freshness. Gotta make sure to gargle a little bit of the mouthwash too because sometimes the smell isn’t from the mouth but from deep within LOL. Dunno why it still stings tho if it’s free from alcohol? Hurts like a truck and it really burns but ah what can I do if I want fresh breath?
