Grips really well. Bit hard to cut though. Removing is also a bit hard buy then again you wouldn’t want it to just fall off

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersAlways used this product, super strong and stant the test of time, I mount 2kg reflectors to various surfaces ( painted brick, steel colomns, ect) using 4 inch strips and some of them are still up after 4 years. Usually buy elsewhere but it was half the price on Amazon. Recommend buying some brake/clutch cleaner to clean the area first.

Used to hold a dell dock mounted on a wall, a router, power strip and other variety of items.
    Holds perfectly fine.

Used this product to keep a rug at our back door in place. (On top of another carpet) Easy to use at an excellent price.

it is able to hold lots of wheight and is more than enought to stick things like power strips to the bottom of a desk or a tool box to a wall and is iverall very easy to use and high quality

Heavy duty is a good description adhesive Bond is excellent (clean surfaces) and load bearing more than adequate to secure items to wall, cabinet etc

I totally under-estimated the bonding strength of this tape. It is amazingly strong and in my particular case requires far less tape than I thought.
I used a piece 2″ x 1″ to secure a SSD to an internal panel within my computer case. It held it great, but boy oh boy did it take some removing when I changed cases.

This actually came boxed and on a roll which was a surprise as other buyers seem to have received a folded strip. The adhesive is excellent and the velcro grip solid it certainly lives up to its name.

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersHave used this on internal wall of house exterior wall that was just too hard to drill through. I used it to hang a 130 x 40cm mirror weighing approx 10kg and a whiteboard.
Would recommend leaving the adhesive to set for the recommended 24 hrs before hanging weighty items. 72 hours later and the mirror is still there. It defies belief!
The strips will be very difficult to remove without damaging wall plaster so measure up correctly before hand as there is no turning back!
Have read some negative reviews about the adhesive not being up to scratch but I genuinely think this must have been an issue with the suppliers storage conditions. I would very highly recommend this product.

It’s amazingly strong, so make sure that when you put it where you want it otherwise you may struggle to take it off without damaging the surface. So far, had done what I needed, but I have not tried to hang anything that weighs a lot like they say it can hold up to 7 kgs… I doubt it but may try one day.

I tried using 3M veclro to hold up a power brick under the desk but over time it just started to lose adhession. Im not sure if it was because of the heat that caused it. So I bought this to try and so far it has been holding strong.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersThis did work exactly as it said it would. Having wasted time and money on an inferior brand, I decided to try this because the blurb said it would hold 7kg. My initial thought was, the last one I tried wouldn’t hold anywhere near half of that, so if this could do that I’d be happy. I didn’t have 7kgs to hold with it, maybe 3kg or thereabouts. It worked. It was awkward because of the long distance of blackout screening I was trying to hold up – vertically. Flailing around over a distance whilst standing on a ladder was never going to be easy. I expected the screen to be on the floor within the hour (as the previous attempts all had) No. 40 hours later it is still exactly where I put it! There’s been no movement at all. I’m very impressed and will be recommending this to anyone who wants to make something stay in place!

I am using this for my power strip for the computer desk so far so good. Only problem is it’s not all flat on the part it sticks the velcro to the in my case the wood part of my desk. when you roll it it tends to bend the sticky stuff so while it is very sticky (great) it’s not flat, maybe use something to flatten out the tape to get it a bit stronger. sounds like gibberish but you might understand if you get some. I’ve mixed views about the amount you get. Just enough tape for 4 or 5 power strips of 5 sockets long. Yes you don’t get much but if your only using it on a couple of items it’s not to bad I got it with the + Extension Lead tape. I’d say it’s a little over priced but it is what it is.

Golden Review Award: 12 From Our UsersI have previously bought heavy duty self adhesive velcro that sadly doesn’t stay put, that is to say the strength of the velcro fastening far exceeded the strength of the adhesive, so in trying to open the velcro it just came off what it was stuck to, however these are quite different.

    These stay put.

I used this in to vecro a usb power bank to a wall ( I have a cat water fountain that comes with a ridiculously short 40cm cable so needed a source of power near the cat feeding station).

I replace the power bank once a day, so have one spiket strip on the wall and one soft side on each of two power banks so that one can charge whilst the other is in use
The velcro to velcro grip is strong, and the adhesive stick to the power bank and the wall is stronger, so it is staying put, which is great.

Just for fun, we tried some on a really heavy masonry drill, sticking one so de to the drill and the spikey side to the metal tool hanging section in the shed ( we put the second ft side on the things to be hung up so that you are not holding the spikey bit when you want to use the tool)
We did have to get the drill centred on the velcro strip on the wall, and it did hold the weight, which is really surprising.
Then…we tried to remove the velcro from the drill, as we already have a handy hanging grip set up for it , and that was difficult.
In the end, having tried acetone and trying to ply it off with a Stanley knife, we used a heat gun to melt the adhesive, and plied it off but it was well and truly stuck, so learn from us, only stick the velcro if you are sure you really want it there.
