The mat is soft enough for any exercises, at first it has a funny chemical smell that goes away with use. It doesn’t come with a holder , is well packed. The design is quite cool compared with many suppliers out there.

Great Product Good Size
Stay in a lot of hotels for work, needed something to use while away and found this little gem Rolls up well and no need for straps to stay rolled up! Markings on it are useful for keeping your body centred and placement of hands and feet! Was worried about its depth but is perfect! If you want a yoga mat this is a pretty good option for you!!!
Good quality, non slip yoga mat.
Love the colour and the quality of the mat. The pattern in the mat helps to align one’s position. The mat doesn’t come with a carrier bag or a strap to take it to the gym.

The mat is of a good quality, the markings on it for placement of hands and feet were good, I also have a plain mat but decided to try this one. The only negative thing I would say, is that it has no strap. So it’s just rolled up once finished.
Excellent mat for yoga.
Really comfortable with good support for yoga. I have just joined a yoga class and previously used the mats provided which were thinner and not as comfortable. Not slippery or sticky and already marked out for stance positions.
Great for beginners
I am a beginner and thought the marking really helped in class tonight, as I could mark where my feet/ hands should be. Felt very secure with only a slight consideration around grip towards the end, not sure if wrists were packing up or hands were slipping a little. Overall very happy with product.
Feels lovely
I use this mat for Pilates and it’s great. Has great grip on the floor and feel lovely to stand on. Good grip for working on poses in bare feet,
I got the purple one and love it.
There are symmetrical markings on it which are great help when positioning hands, feet, bottom correctly on the mat. I think it very good value as the quality is very good.

It’s okay as far as mats go… not as thick as some of the others I’ve had, but it does the job. On hard floors, it doesn’t provide much cushion but it does the job.
Lovely designed mat, nice thickness for yoga
I love my mat and the design. It helps alot for yoga positions with the markers. The surface is smooth and soft and thickness is just right. No loss of balance. But the surface is slippery. I now wear gripper socks and fingerless gripper gloves to help me to not slip. But all in all i love the mat. Would of been nice if it came with a elastic strap or band to carry.
Really pleased - great value for money
Really impressed with the quality of this mat, especially for the price. Colours and design are brill and the padding is just right. Very soft feel and excellent grip on our laminate flooring, never budges. I get slight slippage with my hands at the extremes (down dog for example) but nothing out of the ordinary – I’m prepared to save myself a small fortune and work a bit harder in a very small number of poses! I don’t generally leave reviews but I’m really pleased with this mat – well worth the money!
Not the softest, but it's a good size
Maybe I’m just a bit boney, but I don’t find this mat super comfortable. I think it is possibly too soft for how thin it is, which means I can feel the hard floor beneath it when doing certain exercises.
It is a great length though, I am 193cm tall and this works for all the exercises I do.
It rolls away nicely and doesn’t take up too much space for how big it is when unrolled.
Overall I would recommend it, especially if you’re tall.
