After I said that I had some problems with the product, I was contacted by customer service who replaced my product and now it works very well.I didn’t expect this after my return window expired.
I am very satisfied.
Now had mine for a while and it’s very sturdy. Holds phone really well and if I ever need a new one I will definitely purchase another and I would also recommend it to anyone.
eally secure, easy to position and no issues with it. when i first took it out i thought i’d be too small to hold my iphone 11 but it was absolutely fine. would definitely recommend.

I’ve never actually gotten to use this, I leant it to my mum whilst I was waiting to do my test and I never got it back.
She’s says it’s great and holds her phone without any problems and allows her to use the maps to get places.

I’ve now had this in my car for about a month and it’s now showing signs of wear and tear
The phone doesn’t stay put just keeps dropping down

They did try to help by giving me advice on how to tighten the holder up which was helpful but the holder still wasn’t working as it should so it now in the glove box
I didn’t ask for a refund as I did like the product at first and was happy with it
The seller gave me a refund which was great

Not so great for vertical air vents, took a bit of faffing and hubby’s firmer approach lol Phone cases with the ring/phone stand on the back are less secure, but that’s the same for most holders. Overall happy with purchase and price.
Pretty simple to install into the car vents, and holds my phone well even over bumpy rides. I use it to hold my Iphone to display directions and music. It is at a perfect height and I can see it easily when following the directions on my phone safety whilst driving. I have no worries over it’s strength of supporting my phone due to the sides and bottom that hold it in place. It’s easy to remove and place your phone into the holder too! would definitely recommend 🙂
I would have given 5 stars all round but if your phone is a monster like mine then it will wobble substantially, its great that it fits my vents, but it just doesnt sit quite right and will fall from side to side when driving. It hasnt actually come off and the phone is very secure, its just not very sturdy when attached to the vents. I just dont like the suction ones and this seemed like the next best thing. So, it works but it is a little wobbly and will hold monster phones but that probably doesnt help with how much it moves.
Does the job and no real issues. I like the quick release button and the slot for a charger to be plugged in whilst in use. Only gripe would be the sturdiness, sometimes hard to get it to stay in the desired position.
This item is well constructed and merits the asking price. It clips onto the fins of the air vent, and does not stick out too far, which reduces the tendency to wobble with the movement of the car. I can recommend this design.
I’ve used this a good number of times now, and it has held my phone (S20 with a case) throughout. The use of the release button on the back is easy to use.
The only drawback is I can’t seem to angle due to the weight of my phone. I can still see the screen clearly though.
Very good item. Works great , I chose this over a magnetic one. Only one issue is that the phone wobbles a tiny bit . But either I’ve stopped noticing this or it doesn’t wobble anymore as I don’t even think about it now.
The reason I didn’t choose the magnetic one was I didn’t want a sticker magnet on my phone and wasn’t sure about the chances of it slipping . Happy with the one I chose.
I bought two of these for two cars, both the cradles are still working well. As with all vent mounted cradles the effectiveness of the fit will depend as much upon the design of the air vent itself.
The cradle has rubber coated jaws and a cam/lever arrangement to clamp the jaws with two settings.
The phone cradle itself uses a ratchet spring clamp to hold the phone with a button on the back of the cradle to release the clamp. This arrangement works well provided you know the button is there; the button has a textured surface to help locate it. I have a fairly large LG phone with a 5.7″ screen and the cradle easily copes with both its size and weight.
There is ball and socket coupling to allow the cradle to be rotated through 360 degree, and this is useful if you prefer to use your phone apps in landscape position.
Overall very pleased.
