Now had mine for a while and it’s very sturdy. Holds phone really well and if I ever need a new one I will definitely purchase another and I would also recommend it to anyone.

eally secure, easy to position and no issues with it. when i first took it out i thought i’d be too small to hold my iphone 11 but it was absolutely fine. would definitely recommend.

I’ve never actually gotten to use this, I leant it to my mum whilst I was waiting to do my test and I never got it back.
She’s says it’s great and holds her phone without any problems and allows her to use the maps to get places.

I’ve now had this in my car for about a month and it’s now showing signs of wear and tear

They did try to help by giving me advice on how to tighten the holder up which was helpful but the holder still wasn’t working as it should so it now in the glove box
I didn’t ask for a refund as I did like the product at first and was happy with it

Holds phone well and easy to release
Not so great for vertical air vents, took a bit of faffing and hubby’s firmer approach lol Phone cases with the ring/phone stand on the back are less secure, but that’s the same for most holders. Overall happy with purchase and price.
Great product + sturdy
Pretty simple to install into the car vents, and holds my phone well even over bumpy rides. I use it to hold my Iphone to display directions and music. It is at a perfect height and I can see it easily when following the directions on my phone safety whilst driving. I have no worries over it’s strength of supporting my phone due to the sides and bottom that hold it in place. It’s easy to remove and place your phone into the holder too! would definitely recommend 🙂
It does the job
I would have given 5 stars all round but if your phone is a monster like mine then it will wobble substantially, its great that it fits my vents, but it just doesnt sit quite right and will fall from side to side when driving. It hasnt actually come off and the phone is very secure, its just not very sturdy when attached to the vents. I just dont like the suction ones and this seemed like the next best thing. So, it works but it is a little wobbly and will hold monster phones but that probably doesnt help with how much it moves.
Good service
First three days I used this it was perfect. Soon after when you press the button to release the phone it doesn’t work. Takes two minutes to open up to allow the phone to be placed into it. It feels like it’s jammed but it’s not. The seller was very good at communication and helping to resolve this issue. Thankyou so much for the refund.
Nearly perfec
Does the job and no real issues. I like the quick release button and the slot for a charger to be plugged in whilst in use. Only gripe would be the sturdiness, sometimes hard to get it to stay in the desired position.
More secure than the holder I purchased before. It works very well and was also less expensive.
This item is well constructed and merits the asking price. It clips onto the fins of the air vent, and does not stick out too far, which reduces the tendency to wobble with the movement of the car. I can recommend this design.

I’ve used this a good number of times now, and it has held my phone (S20 with a case) throughout. The use of the release button on the back is easy to use.
The only drawback is I can’t seem to angle due to the weight of my phone. I can still see the screen clearly though.
Very impressed with this phone holder. It arrived quickly and was boxed. Only slight downside was that there were no fitting or assembly instructions inside, BUT it is quite straight forward. Unlike other reviews that suggest you need a lot of force or even a hammer to push the ball joint into the back….you don’t! Remove the nut from the back of the holder; insert the ball joint through the nut BEFORE you re-screw the nut; push the ball joint into its socket; then tighten the screw (see video). If you have the nut on first then you do require force to get the ball joint in and could break the plastic. The clip/clamp on the back of the ball joint is what ‘bites’ the horizontal slats on your air vent and it is tightened by flipping the switch on top. Once in a position that is good for the driver the whole unit can be tilted backwards/forwards or even rotated (the benefit of the ball joint over other static holders). To clamp the phone in place you squeeze the two sides together to fit your phone. To release it there is a small button on the back at the bottom of the holder that you press and it automatically opens. I really like the fact that this phone holder has a lipped shelf at the bottom to help ensure the phone does not drop when you are fitting it. Already tried and tested it over speed bumps and country roads and it held the phone firmly in place. So happy I ordered a second for a family member.
Works - but it was excetionally hard to push the ball-joint in!
Workas as intended pluging in to the air-vent in the center of the dashboard. Quality is OK, with the weight of the phone it has a little flex – but ultimately it works as intended.
When it arrives, you will need to insert the ball-joint in to the back of the phone holder itself. This was exceptionally hard to do as the fit was really tight. After 3 individuals tried without sucess, I finally did this with the item on the floor and then using a hammer to knock it in to position. This took reasonable force – but luckily the holder did not break.
Everything else is OK, but it does look cheap – but overall does the job as epxected and for the money is good value. Just if you have a nice car – you may want something that looks slightly more premium.
Very good works grea
Very good item. Works great , I chose this over a magnetic one. Only one issue is that the phone wobbles a tiny bit . But either I’ve stopped noticing this or it doesn’t wobble anymore as I don’t even think about it now.
The reason I didn’t choose the magnetic one was I didn’t want a sticker magnet on my phone and wasn’t sure about the chances of it slipping . Happy with the one I chose.
The cradle comes well packed and though made predominantly of plastic seems fairly robust, so far.
I bought two of these for two cars, both the cradles are still working well. As with all vent mounted cradles the effectiveness of the fit will depend as much upon the design of the air vent itself.
The cradle has rubber coated jaws and a cam/lever arrangement to clamp the jaws with two settings.
The phone cradle itself uses a ratchet spring clamp to hold the phone with a button on the back of the cradle to release the clamp. This arrangement works well provided you know the button is there; the button has a textured surface to help locate it. I have a fairly large LG phone with a 5.7″ screen and the cradle easily copes with both its size and weight.
There is ball and socket coupling to allow the cradle to be rotated through 360 degree, and this is useful if you prefer to use your phone apps in landscape position.
Overall very pleased.
