This is great. It feels a little awkward to use but that’s probably because it’s my first time using one. It’s hard to get the camera angle right. The light is great and camera is clear. The colour is just like the picture. The packaging was really good

Was skeptical but its great, unfortunately my ears appear to be super clean and my wife’s ear canal is too small to use this with lol but as a product it works great and as expected!

Very easy to use, picture very clear. Very impressed with the quality and the colour is beautiful. Connected to WiFi very easily, no messing around. Comes with great accessories and the instructions were easy to follow

very easy to use, just received the pack and had a look into my ears. not much in there, really thought I’d be gold mining.the quality of the picture is superb, great resolution. hopefully it becomes easier to navigate the tool in use as you turn its not necessarily the direction I really wanted or needed to go in.. very pleased with my purchase.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersReally good purchase but the extensions to get the actual ear wax out are flimsy and have all broken so will now have to buy a whole new product as they’re not sold separately.

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersHad a piece of impacted wax in my ear for several weeks/months, that was defying my best efforts with cotton buds, oil soaks and syringes.

This device was easy enough to set up (though you have to manually reconnect to its network every time). Picture quality is good enough for what you’re doing.

You have to be extremely careful when actually using it, and it can be quite uncomfortable to actually navigate the camera and the little scooper into your ear, so definitely don’t recommend using it on someone else, it should only be done by someone to themselves.

First use got me a lovely view of my ear drum and the bit of wax stuck to it. Took a fair amount of prodding with the scoop but eventually dislodged it – the device gets quite warm when using which possibly helped melt/soften the wax?

The view remains fixed even if you rotate the device which can be annoying but also probably stops you jabbing the wrong area.

I’m sure there are fancier ones out there, but this was the cheapest one I saw and it did exactly what I wanted.

Really good for ear wax removal and really helpful that the image rotates as the device does so down is always down – it creates the effect of the spoon moving while everything else stays still. Also the light brightness can be changed (or turned off) by clicking the power button while it is on. The battery does not last long though so usually need to recharge in between each ear.

4.0 out of 5 stars Works well for ear wax

Quick delivery. Product looks very smart. Nice and light. C charging cable so just goes straight on to the phone charger to charge. The battery life is good, if you have the light on the highest level the battery can go down quickly but still enough time to get thar ear wax out.
Simple to use. You put the scoop on the end on and off you go. The picture is quite clear. Great product. Wish I got one sooner.

It’s a handy gadget does what it says easy enough to set up had uninstall it a couple times but it did work the silicone aren’t the most comfortable in the ear and the movement of the camera was annoying to see a clear pic of what u are doing gets a bit of getting used to also how do you use the tools is that separate from the camera bi

Golden Review Award: 8 From Our UsersI have ear canal eczema and the NHS just isn’t interested helping to treat it, unless I get an ear infection. So I thought one of these would allow me to monitor it, look for any build ups etc. Set up was fairly straightforward, once you’ve connected to its WiFi then just click on the button on the app to start, you don’t have to wait for it to show the WiFi is connected (which is what I did!) I found the picture clear enough and fairly easy to move the probe to get the right angle. I didn’t use any of tools as mainly wanted to look around! I suspect it could also be useful in case of needing to take photos to send to the GP. Would probably also have been useful when my husband had Tonsillitis a couple of months ago. A useful gadget to have, I’m pleased with it.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersIt’s like scooping marmite out your ears. Removed about quarter teaspoon and there’s still more.

I wish the scoop was a little closer to the camera because often it would go out of view and it’s quite hard to see what you’re doing.

I also wish the plastic on the scoop was a little less sharp so I could use it for longer. Atm I get about 10 mins before my ears hurt and I have to stop.

I had about 30% battery left on the device after 30 mins.

The light is a nice touch. Remember to make sure it’s at max brightness (use the button to cycle).

My ears are still blocked though so I will have to try again tomorrow.

If your ears get blocked frequently I 100% recommend getting this to help with circulation. Even if it’s too hard to get to the stuff right at the back that’s actually causing the blockage, you can at least clear a path for it to come out naturally.

Also if you remove the dried stuff nearer the entrance, you can let shower water reach the goopier stuff easier so it can potentially clean on its own faster.

I bought this as on a hearing test 1 of my ears was nearly blocked and the other has some sort of fungi infection. So I can keep an eye on how the treatments going as it’s nearly impossible to get in at the surgery. The connecting is easy but only open the app up when you’re connected to your phone, it takes a bit of getting used to which direction to go but the picture is good, you can take photos and for the money it’s good value. The end does get warm but not enough to burn, watch out for that large black thing quite a way in it’s your ear drum

So, I ordered this because I’ve had muffled hearing on my left side for a while. I’ve had pain and discharge too and have had several loud pops. Ear drops did nothing and I am currently on my 3rd lot of antibiotics which are helping but not with the hearing.

So I thought maybe my ear canal is swollen, or maybe the infection has caused a build up of gunk against my ear drum.

I started with my good ear. Picture was amazing! Very clear. Switched to my bad ear…… OH LORDY…… I’m so glad I bought this!!!!

I won’t load photos as they are pretty graffic. Turns out I have a ruptured ear drum!! You can really see everything so clearly with this camera, and the little scoop attachment is brilliant at getting rid of any gunk.

Setting it up to connect my phone was super easy, as was using the app. And I didn’t struggle too much with moving the device the correct way to get to where it needed to be.

    Really worth the money!!

The instructions to connect it to the app are a bit odd, but they are simple enough. The camera quality without the attachments is really good, although it does cut out for a second here and there. With the attachments on it is harder to see ahead, so be really careful. It would be very easy to accidentally poke your ear drum with the attachments on. Perfect for having a look to determine whether it’s a wax problem or something else. The back of the soft scoop is actually a bit sharp, and it comes with metal tools which don’t look like they should ever go near an ear, hence 4 stars instead of 5.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersThe product works very well but looking at some of the 1 star reviews it seems people have misunderstood how it works. This camera needs a high speed data link to the phone for it to work. This is accomplished by the camera being a WiFi Hub that the phone effectively logs onto. When you do this on your phone, you will get the message “No internet connection”, “No internet access” etc. This is perfectly normal because there is no internet connection, you are connecting to the camera directly using WiFi as a bridge. There is no need for the internet for the camera data to be transferred to the phone. Some phones may object to the loss of internet and drop the camera WiFi connection and go back to your previously working WiFi hub. You might need to acknowledge the warning message and force it to stay on the Camera connection. If you really want the internet at the same time then your phone has a data connection anyway for the short time you are using the camera.
This product setup is different to a security IP camera that has effectively logged onto your home / house network so it is visible by all devices on the same network or available for a remote login. This camera device also prevents you from casting the phone screen to a TV screen, as both the TV and phone must be on the same network to do this. Casting simply isn’t possible as the Camera is providing the WiFi hub connection, just so it can transfer the camera data to your phone. It is a relatively low cost device and works extremely well. The battery life is about 15 to 20 minutes but sufficient to do the job and is acceptable. It has a small internal battery to power the WiFi hub and the LED lights. If you follow the installation instructions and accept the phone warning message saying “no internet connection” you will be very happy with this product.

The quality for such a small camera is surprisingly good. As long as you get the light/focus right you can see really well.

Not only have we used it for removing tonsil stones and ear wax, it’s been fascinating to see pores and skin, and a bonus is for my kid, who can see plants and objects up close for learning.

One thing I’ll say which knocks one star off, is that with the silicone attachments it does hurt in your ear. The point where the sleeve goes over the camera has a ridge, and it hurts the ear and prevents it from getting right in to the final bits. It still does most of the job but some places are just too awkward to get to.

Overall great value and it has waaaaay more uses than just looking at gross ear stuff, but it’s not 100%.

This is a great product – it saved my partner from ongoing piercing pain in her ears, following covid. We couldn’t get an appointment with the doctor to get her ears syringed, nor would any high street ‘hearing centers’ be able to fit her in before 10 days time. I came across this product on Amazon and the reviews looked great. As soon as it arrived, I set it up and we saw what was causing the pain: the camera showed thick, dark wax that had congealed in both ears, as a weird symptom of the virus. We were able to use the implents to begin removing the top layers of the blockage, and, hey presto, the pain immediately eased and her hearing is returning!! Truly amazing to be able to do this ourselves. We won’t go deeper to get the remainder of the blockage out – we’ve booked an appointment for next week with a specialist to do the remainder, as going too deep could damage the sensitive ears. The main thing is, using this fabulois tool helped relieve intense pain that has been building up for days, that aeemed impervious to painkillers! Great product, and we recommend it.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersThis is a brilliant little thing. I’m somewhat wary of sticking things too far in my ear but they say cotton buds can make wax worse so got this more out of curiosity than anything. Fascinating to see inside your ear and would imagine it is useful to clean out lumps and bumps (I found out there wasn’t much in mine) One lady mentions using it for other stuff like looking at tiny insects can imagine it will be amazing for that – I may try peering down the plughole next haha. It comes with a fair few different attachments for its intended purpose, I would be cautionary about sticking them in your ear too far but imagine a lot of us looking at this product go against advice and stuff cotton buds in them anyway, so as long as you’re careful … Picture quality is not bad at all for such a cheap price, just dont expect hd and a steady hand will help. Great for its intended use but its a brilliant little toy to poke around in other stuff too. Just ensure when you try to use first time/connect to the app you switch the pen itself on beforehand and if nothing happens press the button again (the LEDs should be on) then press that little ‘house’ Internet button again on screen and the picture should pop up.

Golden Review Award: 58 From Our UsersI’d had a crackling sound in my left ear for quite some time, and no matter what I did I couldn’t seem to shake it. I tried all of the usual, antihistamines, a neti pot, etc., but nothing would clear it permanently. I searched Amazon for “ear cleaner” products, and this little beauty came up in the results. I figured, at worst, it would at least be interesting to see what’s going on inside my ears, even if it didn’t fix the issue. It’s bit fiddly to set up at first – you have to actually turn the device on, and then connect your phone’s Wi-Fi to the signal coming from the endoscope – but once you’re connected it works great. It took me a minute or two to best work out how to control the camera, but fairly quickly I was able to see that there was a small piece of wax inside my ear – it had a tiny hair stuck into it, which would just brush on my ear drum, causing the crackling. Just like that, it was gone. It’s not something that I’d ever really thought I needed around the house, but this thing is practically worth it’s weight in gold.
