I bought these to use camping. They were quite bright but best if so is the carabiner clip at the end. It allowed me to hang them from areas that were normally quite dark like porch and bedrooms. They were brilliant. Added lots of light in the evening to our camping trip.
Great stuff, works perfectly for the long time. Used it for 2 longer campings and I can’t say any bad about these lights. Ideal for camping with children . Easy to use.
I have put batteries in all of them to try them out before we go camping. 4 of them works perfectly as they should. Very bright also which is brilliant, but 1 of them as soon as I put the batteries in it started to smoke and gave a horrible smell. It was alarming. I tried to take a picture of it but it doesn’t show the smoke unfortunately. A bit worried, hoping the rest won’t catch on fire.
Used these for the first time when camping. It has 3 settings, dim, bright and flashing mode. Mostly used it on the dim and bright modes. Only flaw is that it can be a bit difficult finding the on/ off button in the dark, apart from that would highly recommend.
I bought these lights to use in my young sons tent at night time. He likes a well lit den in the dark and these are super bright and easy to clip on – ideal, I also lent one to a friend who attaches it to the dog lead to walk the dog at night as they give out good light. Very happy.
I bought these in preparation for winter powercuts although they have already proved useful as general torches. They are surprisingly bright for such a small torch and easily light up a room. They are very lightweight being made of flimsy plastic and wouldn’t stand up to heavy use, but as a pack of standby emergency lights they are ideal.
I like these lights. A bit fiddly to put the batteries in – top tip, make sure the silver band that runs down the battery cage engages with the groove on the casing. Once done, they are bright and there is actually a less-bright setting. Ideal for our camping trip.
One light wouldn’t turn off but four working lights for that price is perfectly good.
