I have had this Mini PC running for 2 weeks and it has fully lived up to all my expectations. When I 1st started the PC it dud boot into a German OS but when I reached out to their WhatsApp support line they resolved my issues extremely quickly and provided all the support I needed. (THANK YOU). I would highly recommend this product.

It’s fast enough for general tasks and older games. Not for serious triple A title game playing though. For that you need the mini pc that costs arround 1000 pounds. Still a good buy this one

Fantastically powerful mini PC, Windows experience is good and ok for light gaming. It ticks the boxes.

I did however return but only as the network chipset is not supported in ESXi 8. Very much an edge case and certainly not a defect of the product – if all you need is Windows or Linux (not tested) then this will do the job.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersI have now had this mini PC for 3 months and I can honestly say it’s one of the best PC’s I have ever bought. I have had a couple of great PC’s in the past but at a much greater price and not as compact as this one. The one thing I have never had with all my previous PC’s is the support AceMagician gives. I have had to contact them 2 or 3 times in the past ( nothing wrong with the PC) via WhatsApp and email and the response has almost been immediate. That in itself is fantastic and one of the main reasons I would buy my next PC from them.
    Thanks guys

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI bought this to use as a media server to stream 4K videos to my visual devices. The computer was well packaged in a strong carton with a foam liner and the inner box was extremely good quality. Inside the box, all cables were included and I was up and running in no time at all – very easy to use with the pre-installed Windows 11. The performance is extremely good for the price, great for gaming or work applications. The spec is very high (Intel i7, 16gb RAM and 512gb SSD) at this price. Definitely a big step up from my aging desktop PC and very good value for money

There was little disappointment with VGA port which didn’t work at all. HDMI port worked well when it’s connected to screen.
Contacted seller and they gave option to return it or partial refund as a good will gesture. Took the refund and kept the product. It run smoothly with out any complaints
    Recommended seller.

I found this mini-PC competent for multiple uses. Scalable thanks to its various ports and reserved interfaces, easy to open and DIY. Built-in support for hard drive gives extra speed and storage. I use it not only for office work, but also for entertainment, guitar practicing, media editing and sound processing. User-friendly and does not have any problem with processing complicated projects. I got a lot of equipment on my studio table and this tiny pc helps with saving spaces prominently. Quire satisfied with both its build hence the competent performance. It makes my life easier. Recommend for either entertaining or professional purposes.

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersI bought this as a replacement for my HP desktop that had started to grind to a halt after five years. The mini PC is an amazing machine – very small, quiet, and incredibly fast, it has quite literally transformed my home office. The only suggestion I have for the manufacturer is to put the audio jack at the back of the unit for aesthetic reasons, but this is personal preference. I hope that this little machine will continue to serve me well for years.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersThe PC is tiny and fast. It supports 4k, but unfortunately only up to 30hz and not 60hz – so the image when using in 4k resolution looks laggy, making the computer experience feel sluggish and slow even when it’s not.

Well its a mini PC and is punching above it weight, I have got this as the front room Media centre(I’m hoping to use it for Starfield from Bethesda, coming in September 6th 2023) It’s only available on Xbox, PC (I was using Stadia for Destiny) I thought better get a mini PC instead of a games console. So I can’t say about games yet; but it drives the 4K LG oled tv really well so far.
Packing good, it gives you a bracket to mount it on a VESA plate. It takes a little time to update Windows 11,(but kinda fun to see the difference when fully loaded! I have also gotten the Intel driver updates).
I’m currently installing the Amazon Store App(so I can get my Blink Camera app running, it works well on my other windows 11 devices.
    So far so good 🙂

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI was really pleased with this from the moment it arrived. The computer was well packaged in a sting outer carton with a foam liner and the inner box was extremely good quality. Inside the box, all cables were included and I was up and running in no time at all – very easy to use with the pre-installed Windows 11. The performance is extremely good for the price, great for gaming or work applications.

The small form factor is a big bonus and you can even hang it on your monitor if it has VESA mounts, using the bracket provided.

There is very little that is not likable in this ACEMAGICIAN Mini PC. You have a true mighty

When I was given the opportunity of putting one through its paces I was over the moon.

First off, the setting up: its simple. There is a very good handbook written in real English and there is also a very comprehensive video online… The if you need more it is all there. The worst hold up I had was trying to find a spare video cable.

Now at this stage I could run lots of technical detail which is better done by the Amazon review all I can say is that this is a excellent well made computer that will lend itself to business, .gamers and general household use.

    I recommend this device .

    Wha

It took me a while to set this up as I didn’t realise at first I would need a screen as though that came with it (the description did say it was a portable computer).
I was really surprised at the small size of the box and it is a powerful computer however personally I do not see it as a portable computer as although this bit may be portable – you still need a screen, keyboard, mouse and all the wires to be able to use it and that does not make it portable. It was not a very good advertising strategy. The hardware aside it does run windows and so that is familiar to most and the speed and strength and power of this in a such a small package is outstanding – how things have changed! J would definitely recommend for work or school however only if you are staying in one place ie having it on your desk at home

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersThis PC is crazy small! Considering it has an I7 processor and 16Gb of Ram fitted with a half a terabyte of SSD drive, this is simply tiny! I connected it to my 22″ monitor (via one of the 2 HDMI sockets) and plugged in a wireless keyboard and mouse (via one of the 4 USB3 sockets) connected it to my speakers (via the 3.5mm socket) and using an RJ45 plugged it into my router. I pressed power on and in a matter of 5 minutes it had gone through the setting up W11 process and I was going!
Booting up from cold takes about ten seconds!
What a difference it makes to any PC having a minimum of 16Gb of Ram? This thing just flies along.
I am a business user and so don’t use it for games (and I guess that this probably isn’t optimised for games) but this really delivers the goods on MS Office and Adobe Photoshop. Internet access is rapid and reliable using the standard Microsoft Edge. I have had it on for four hours now, just doing business stuff and the box is still cool to the hand, which tells me that the ventilation is adequate and efficient.
I hadn’t come across the brand name before, but I can’t say anything questionable about it, because this is a truly great desktop PC.
Criticism? Well, the only audio output is on the front panel, which if you are mainly using a headset is ideal, but if you have it plugged into some speakers it would be more appropriate for it to be at the rear. This unit is so small though I doubt there would have been room to have one at the front and the rear, so I will let that pass!.
Fundamentally, this is a very efficient product that is surprisingly compact and yet is missing nothing. I really like this and it saves me so much space, yet has everything i need. What a great breakthrough and one that will last and last! Good value!

This is a very small but powerful computer. Don’t let the size make you think this is not a capable device as I have spent the last couple of days giving it some real life tests.
I have been using it with professional cad design software and fea simulation software. You may not know what these are but they require high end computing generally and it has handled it very well I was amazed.
I have also been using it to run 3d printing software and it runs very easy and quickly.
One of it other benefits is it almost silent and uses very little power in comparison to a standard size computer.
I real like that the manufacturer has considered that some may want to add additional storage and they provided the required lead to and an additional ssd and it has space to install it inside the case.
The unit comes with its power adapter, hdmi lead and a bracket for mounting on the back of a monitor/tv.
You will need a wired keyboard and mouse for initial set up and a Wi-Fi or network cable. But once set up you can obviously use Bluetooth or whatever your preference.
Set up is easy and is just a matter of connecting the cables and follow the standard windows prompts.
I genuinely was surprised just how good this is and can certainly recommend it.

    Mini pc CK10-C

Firstly there should be no concern regarding transit.
The mini PC is boxed in a box surrounded by layers of foam protection. Plus there is no moving parts as such.

The casing is a mixture of metal and plastics and is neat and small and pretty good looking for a cube.
In the top there is a diamond shape recess. On some models there is biometrics but not this one, but alternatively there is a Pro version ( yes really) of Windows with the ability to use Bitlocker as well as the Windows Hello pin.

I am impressed with the specifications of this device, not the latest but is very capable and great value nonetheless.
An Intel i7 Gen 10 processor (supports Windows 11), 16gb on board ram, and a 512Gb Solid State Drive with an expansion slot for another.
The installed drive has a heat sink attached. You may wish to consider this if installing a second as fan cooling is limited?

There are two HDMI 2.0 ports and USB-C. I am only using one monitor but it’s good to know the power is there to drive up to three.
One short HDMI cable is include.
The onboard UHD graphics out performs my current 4K monitor which cannot display HDR graphics.

There is also a VGA for older technology which I appreciate but no display port. I haven’t been able to use the USB-C to HDMI as a stand alone.

There is a small VESA mount and screws to attach the PC to the rear of a monitor
There is a power cord and adapter supply with a dedicated plug. I would have preferred a USB-C port alternatively.

Set up is easy if you have a USB keyboard and mouse. I was brought to a stand still until I borrowed one. Once running the Bluetooth that I am used to can be enabled.
There are four USB-A Ports. BT.4.2 enabled.

There is a gigabit LAN port for a wired internet connection and onboard 5 and 2.4 GHz WI-FI
I chose the wireless option during set up without issue.

The machine recognises my Microsoft account and synced Windows 11 with my other devices. Windows performs as well as my laptop and the machine runs silently.

I have streamed Video from YouTube and Apple TV+
Video and Sound quality is good.
    Runs all MS Office apps.

The PC has a high degree of Portability and compares well to a laptop.
This will make an Ideal business machine if connecting to a display at work as well as for leisure use at home.

Unlimited peripheral attachment thanks to the USB-C connectivity.

Terrible Support! Don’t expect any as they arn’t that great at responding. I am disappointed by the lack of any kind of comprehensive manual or response via email/ social media to questions.

But I am blown away by the awesome power and future proofing this has compared to my much larger desktop PC that cost twice the price.

4.0 out of 5 stars Big spec low price

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersThis is a lovely little PC, perfect for office programs, manipulating large images, playing non-graphic centric games, and streaming music / video.

Packaging was superb, with everything present and nicely (and securely) stowed away. I connected up peripherals and turned it on, and it came up with Win11 intro screens. Two minutes to walk through those screens, and I was up and running, and ready to go online for downloading apps. I didn’t get any generic spam or sales pitches, which was very welcome, so literally 5 minutes from opening the box I was online.

I ran it through “Nova” benchmark routines and it showed well, coming in as 75th perecentile out of 99 available (it scored 1803, which is comparable with laptops costing twice as much, and over1,000 points better than my Geekom mini PC which scores 826).

It was able to run all of the programs I normally rely on, with 250Mb files loaded into each of Affinity designer, affinity photo, and affinity publisher simultaneously alongside three MS Edge sessions and three Firefox sessions, and the file / screen manipulation was as smooth as silk – no stuttering, no juddering.

I just had 3 slight misgivings about the machine.
Firstly, I could not get the USB C to output a video signal at all. The USB C port did everything else, but no video signal.
Secondly, the reason why I was trying to get a video signal out of the USB C port – the VGA port only outputs 1920*1080 signals (apparently the best resolution all you can get out of a VGA port). I was hoping to run 3 4K screens which is my preferred configuration so that I can easily multi-task, but I can’t do that with this machine since it can only run 2 4K screens. Frustrating, but hardly mind-boggling awful!
Thirdly – why is it that many PC makers and hub makers have not yet got the memo about USB3 being phased out and USB c is the new standard? Lots of new keyboards, mice, external disks, and other peripherals come with USB C plugs, but there’s 4 USB3 sockets on here and 1 USB C, which nowadays has to be the wrong way around.

It should be noted that it is not possible to upgrade this to 32Gb ram, since the provided 16gb is fixed to the motherboard. This means that you can’t get away from the single memory channel chokepoint, meaning that performance is not as good as it would be with dual channel. Not heart breaking, just sub-optimal
All in all, though, this is a great mini PC that can do absolutely everything I want of it, and it is very much recommended
