Nice tasting gummies
I was nervous about trying these as quite a few reviews commented on the taste not being nice but I was pleasantly surprised. They’re very sweet and really nice! They do have a slight ‘tang’ but definitely not strong. Don’t know if they’re doing anything health wise but ACV is meant to be good for us so I feel better for taking them anyway.
I was a bit skeptical at first like every weight loss tablet that seems to fail. But these genuinely do curb your appetite and I lost 3 kg in the first week.I will see how this goes in 2-3 months, but so far so good. Good value for money.
Effective
I have tried a few variations of Konjac root and am delighted to find one that works for me. I have only been taking these a few days and already feel the difference. I have only taken 2 in the morning which seems to be enough for the day. The capsules are large but very easy to swallow. If you want to lose weight give these a go, they just might work for you.

My husband started taking them 3 days ago, so not sure how good it is. He used to take the Horbach (?) brand before which were excellent, but Amazon doesn’t seem to stock them now.
Hopefully this make is as good.
This is tasty! whole host of goodness in one bottle, follow instructions take 2 don’t swallow suck- it, let the flavour flood your mouth, mix with your own saliva you feel the bit of sourness but it’s very pleasant in your mouth, can take it any time of the day and that’s good for my own health and I am on board! Will order another one soon.
High strength taken the 1st one but due to reading reviews and apple cider vinegars benefits i.m sure they will do there job ! Also the are exceptiobally easy to take most are not caps and are hard to showaalow so thats a great bonus
But early to speak about results or health benefits as only Day 2 but they are easy to swallow, no issues on the stomach, feel grand taking them, and no taste. On one tablet a day for now but will gradually go for the recommended dose of 3 per day.
I have tried many weight loss tablets to try and curb my appetite and craving over the years, a lot cost considerably more than these, the good news is (and this is only my personal experience) THEY WORK!! I have not felt hungry since a few days into the start, I have absolutely no cravings for sweet or high calorific foods. Even when I was away and eating out I chose sensible low calorie meals, even going off menu and asking for grilled chicken and green salad. In the past I would have been looking enviously at other peoples food, especially desserts, and feeling as if I was really missing out and then feeling miserable, but I am really enjoying eating the food I am choosing. Before spending 70+ on highly advertised tablets just give these a try and see if they work for you.
I’ve been using ACV for a while and overall they are very good and have loads of health benefits. I’ve recently purchased this brand as my regular brand were unavailable. I usually buy the 1,000mg strength and thought these would be better as they are stating to be 1,860mg but that’s not per capsule, that’s per serving of 3 capsules so each capsule is actually 620mg which I think is a bit misleading (hence the 4 stars) but they arrived very quickly and similar to the other brands I’ve used in the past!

I already have ‘Apple Cider vinegar’ in my system, so it should take no time at all for me to reap the benefits of this product. If I am unable to update, it is because of the settings, rather than me wanting to.
As part of my lifestyle, I also limit high levels of sat fat & sugar. This is ongoing. I still eat chocolate or carbs when I crave it, but to be honest, apple cider vinegar helps with the intense ‘day-long’ cravings. They come and go fairly quickly!
