Happy but need to speak with someone
Hi,
Love the product no issues at all; except today.
Plugged it in as normal and then it started burning, it’s tripped my house fuse box and I unplugged this immediately. This could have been so much worse.
I am within my 1 year warranty support, I just can’t find any contact details for it at all.
Please help.

good for value
eally good for value and very fast charging and the plug can be used just as well with other cables like for air pods for example they seem very good quality and the cables are quite long so really convenient !
Extremely good!
The only downside of these is the fact the pins don’t recess as the Apple product. However in all other respects it performs the same and at a fraction of the cost! Two for one as well! Well made no over beating issues. 5 Stars.

Just got this charger recently but it works really well similar to the actual apple charger one. What I really like is that the charger is quite long so I can use it while being quite far from my extension cable.
Amazing value
Much, much cheaper than the Apple versions and you are basically getting something that does the same job. getting 2 in the pack is very handy. I keep one downstairs in the kitchen and one upstairs. These charged my 1% power iPhone 12 to 40% in around 20 minutes and to 50% capacity in 30 minutes which is brilliant.
They are well built and the cable is quite sturdy. They are also Apple MFI Certified.
Should have bought them sooner rather than struggling with the underpowered chargers I did have.

Just the same as the 20 one with folding pins that I bought from Apple Shop, except fixed pins and much cheaper at two for 16, and the lightning leads are longer than the Apple ones.
Have used both types for a couple of months and both recharge at the same speed as far as I can tell.
The Apple one is slightly deeper because of the space for the pins to fold into so there is no space saved if you travel a lot. Both certificated to the same standards and feel just as strongly made

Ideal for fast charging
I bought these to fast charge my different Apple products, and a power bank. They were particularly useful when travelling, and there were no issues when used with travel adapters.

hours to even get over 60%. with this i can charge my phone for 20-30 mins and already be at that. helped me so much and would definitely recommend
Excellent produc
Fast charging. This product was perfect for my daughter. She spends half her life on the phone so it’s constantly running out of charge. It charges her phone super quick and the cable is excellent has enough length to stretch to her bed for hearing her alarm in the morning as her plug is on the far off wall away from her bed.

Great value for money arrived promptly
I needed two chargers for a holiday and they arrived quickly in time. The quality is great and have have no issues so far. The length of the cable is good. I think these are good value for money compared to other options.
Great wire length and decent charge
I have 2 office bases and I’m constantly forgetting my charger. These are great as I can keep one at each office and keep the original at home. I have only had them a week, but so far, so good. The extra cord length compared to a standard Apple charger is also an added bonus. You can’t go wrong for the price – 15.99 for 2 compared to the 60+ for two apple adaptors and cables! 🙂
Quick charge
Charges very quickly, I haven’t timed it exactly but it will jump up around 40% in about 15min. Good length cable. However I took it on a weekend break & you have to carry the plug around with you as most places/transport are USB or plug.
Bulky connecto
The plastic around the lightning connector is slightly bigger than other connectors I’ve used. It can be a struggle to plug in when using a phone case but works well once connected.
Very good charger for a quick solutio
I purchased this item because it seemed like good value for money as it comes with 2 wires and plugs. I believe the price reflects the durability and power of the chargers. Ive only used it for a day of 2 but so far I have no complaints. it’s not the same as an official apple charger but does the job just the same. charges my phone in a timely matter.

I can’t recommend these enough. They are amazing, super-fast charging and the cables look to be long lasting. Having a household of children with iPhone’s, iPad’s the number of chargers and cables I have bought in the past is mad. The kids can’t believe how fast they charge their items. I bought these for me and my wife. The children have now taken them and I’m left with their other old rubbish ones with faulty cables etc. I might add one is a branded charger but not a patch on these products. I need to order these again. When 2 youngsters are telling you how good they are it tells you something and my youngest daughter has already posted on social media to her friends. I have just plugged my phone in using the one my daughter took off me it’s gone from 20% to 100% in about an hour if not less. My daughter’s give charging cables a hard time and many have broken within a day using pads and phones in bed etc. I have just inspected the cables on both and no wear at all. My daughter said this morning dad its great I don’t have to have my iPad all the time as they charge my pad so fast. Great product will be ordering again.
