Easy to use and read and can be switched to read psi or Bar. Neat size that will fit glove box and reasonably priced.
Only time will tell if the unit will continue to perform as well long term

I recently purchased the AstroAI Digital Tyre Pressure Gauge, and I must say, it has quickly become an indispensable tool in my car maintenance routine. This compact device boasts a range of impressive features that make it an essential addition to any vehicle owner’s toolkit.

The first thing that caught my attention was the sleek silver design and the ergonomic non-slip grip. It feels comfortable in the hand and is easy to hold, even in less-than-ideal weather conditions. The build quality is impressive, giving off a sense of durability that’s essential for a tool that will likely see frequent use.

The backlit LCD screen is a game-changer, especially when you find yourself needing to check your tyre pressure in low-light conditions. The clear and easily readable display shows all the vital information you need, including the current pressure reading. With a quick glance, I can assess the state of my tyres and take immediate action if needed.

AstroAI’s inclusion of four pressure settings (PSI, kPa, Bar, and kg/cm) ensures compatibility with various vehicle types, from cars to trucks to bicycles. This versatility makes the gauge a true all-in-one solution for any type of tyre pressure check. The straightforward button operation for switching between settings is user-friendly and intuitive.

Accuracy is of the utmost importance when it comes to tyre pressure gauges, and the AstroAI gauge does not disappoint. It consistently delivers accurate readings, giving me the confidence to make necessary adjustments without second-guessing. Plus, its measurement range of up to 150 PSI covers the requirements of most vehicles, making it suitable for a wide range of applications.

In terms of convenience, the AstroAI gauge is a winner. Its compact size means it can be easily stored in the glove compartment, center console, or even a toolbox. The battery life is impressive as well; I’ve been using mine for several months without needing to replace the batteries yet.

In conclusion, the AstroAI Digital Tyre Pressure Gauge is a top-notch tool that every car, truck, and bicycle owner should consider adding to their collection. Its accuracy, versatility, and user-friendly features make it a standout product in its category. With the peace of mind that comes from maintaining proper tyre pressure, thanks to this gauge, I can confidently hit the road knowing that my vehicle is running at its best.

This is ergonomically well-designed. It gives the same reading as the AstroAI Tyre Inflator 12V DC Portable Air Compressor of which I have two. I therefore presume that the readings are accurate. I shall probably buy another to have one in each car.

No problems ordering and delivery was as promised.
Great gadget to check tyre pressure and seems to be pretty accurate. I need a little practice to ensure I don’t let out air, getting a “good seal” is quite tricky but on the whole good value for money and something all drivers should carry now that garage air is rising in cost!

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersVery easy to use, lightweight, light does make a difference even in daylight conditions or when checking bike tyres in the shed. Exactly matched my car inbuilt guage, so even managed to tweak the car tyres with a bike track pump, so no more wasted 50p’s at the supermarket ‘hoping’ we have got a match. Well worth the investment, even came with a Schrader/presta adapter even though it is not advertised. Well done folks, great wee guage and well worth the money, thanks, 🙂

Bought this to check the pressure in my tyres. Works exactly as intended. Have read some reviews about it being inaccurate but it was giving me the same readings as my electric tyre pump so as far as I’m concerned it’s spot on. Would recommend.

This product is simple to use , there are different pressure gauge settings, it’s an easy way to check your tyre pressures , but how accurate is it really, personally just use it as a basic guide, but other than that it’s a handy tool to have

It’s small, light and handy…. easy to use. I have this in my garage as a quick and handy way to check my motorcycle tyre pressures before I go out for a ride.
    Comes with batteries etc.
Only negative is that it is plasticky and I suspect would break easily if/when dropped on garage floor.

During the icy weather the built-in battery of the old gauge failed. As its battery could not be replaced I had to dispose of the gauge. I wanted its replacement to be capable of taking new batteries, so this was a desirable feature for me with the new gauge. The built-in battery of the previous gauge had lasted a very long time; it will be interesting to see how long the replaceable batteries last in the new gauge. It is easy to use and the light might be useful on a dark night. The display screen is easy to read. As I only ever measure my tyre pressures in psi I would prefer not to have the option of being able to select other pressure units but I recognise that having this facility makes the gauge more applicable in other countries where psi is not used. The handle of this gauge is slightly wider than its predecessor, which makes it comfortable to hold. I have never previously had a gauge that measures in units down to 0.1psi. This is interesting but is not essential to me as I had always previously been quite happy with units down to 0.5psi!. I have used the gauge only once so far but it worked just fine and it seems to have been a good buy.

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersTyres are easy to ignore until there is a puncture or an MoT failure arrives, but wrong inflation increases tyre wear shortening their life, causes wear to suspension systems and effects a car’s stability so regular checks are advisable.
Even with tyre pressure monitoring systems built in, telling you tyre pressures on your dashboard or even your phone, manufacturers warn they are only a guide. The TPMS can be fooled by many things, so even if it says all is well, a manual check is a good idea. The reason I bought the gauge was that my TPMS was warning of low pressure. A check with a small 12v compressor showed the pressures were fine which was enough to reset the TPMS. A decent gauge would have made the check quicker and easier, which was as good a reason as any for the purchase.
This gauge is useful in that the head lights up, helping to highlight the valve stem in the dark and it gives digital readings in PSI and Bar, the two most common, as well Kgf/cm and KPA, the reading set by pressing the trigger to the desired scale – the text for the scale is a bit small but is manageable, the text for the reading is fine, with the screen also illuminated.
It is hard to judge accuracy as you need to check it against a known accurate reading but it tallies with my 12v compressor and with the TPMS so at least my pressures are consistently right or wrong.
I did not have full confidence in my ancient hydraulic pressure gauge so in the past I have set up the compressor to check pressures before long journeys and holidays, usually with no action needed. This makes the job much quicker and makes it quick and easy to carry out regular checks at the same time as the usual oil and water checks.
There is a cheaper model available, but this later model uses AAA batteries rather than button cells and AAA are available everywhere if you need them quickly and are cheaper to obtain.
It’s a useful tool to encourage you to keep a closer eye on your tyres.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersDigital Pressure Gauge, generally OK. It’s a little bit “fiddly” to use in order to obtain a reading. A firm connection needs to be maintained to give a reading. The display is easy to read. Not sure about the accuracy of the device.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersWould be okay if you only measure 1 car.
Then accurate measurement is less of a thing.
As soon as you have figured out the corresponding reading with the actual pressure inside tyre, you’re okay!
In my case, I am not sure if this is a keeper.

Love the format, build quality, legibility and the use of AAA batteries. Better than “button-cells”

    Edit 28/3/23
I have decided to keep the pressure gauge.
    Readings are consistent.
The gauge showed me that 1 tyre is consistently losing air.
I would’ve never found out on a normal petrol-station as there it immediately starts to fill up the tyre to required level.
Now I was able to tell the tyre fitter how much it lost over 3x 3 days and he only had to check valve and soap tyre/wheel to find out that wheel was leaking air.

So regardless the inaccurate yet consistent reading, less is less and tells me that tyre loses air.

Takes a little time getting used to reading the tyre pressure correctly. Can be a little difficult to get it to seal properly on motorhome tyres due to the position of the valves inside the wheel trims.

    Build Quality: 3/5
Pros: Works well, Easy to use
Cons: Not water proof, screen is sometimes difficult to see when on an angle.
Conclusion: This pressure Gauge does the job it’s quick and easy to use. Not to sure about battery life. Overall great product.

Need to hold the device absolutely square to the valve or you get an incorrect reading. If it isn’t held in correct position, you can hear air escaping. Not too difficult to get it right. Decent device for the price.

Well built, easy to hold, very good backlit screen with multiple different pressure units, which are easy to read. The blue light on the nozzle is very good extra. Does switch off after 20 seconds, as per instructions. Does state in instructions only works on Schrader valves, which mine are (I’m fairly sure). A well built unit.
It does require a very accurate connection and seal, so can be hit a miss with getting a reading. Sometimes reads a lower pressure that the manual ones (by at least 10psi), also checked with tyre inflator from compressor and also reads 10 PSI higher. Probably down to the not quite perfect connection. With the required near perfect connect, gave 4/5, if was successful every time, would give 5/5.

None of these pressure testers are perfect. There are always going to be times when you lose a bit of air just fitting the darn things, but this is pretty good. It would be nice if it remembered your last choice. say PSI or BAR and started with that next time, because cycling through the oprions can be a pain, but again, it’s not that tricky. I have one in the glove-box and it’s perfect for a quick check round the tyres every so often.
