First of all, I dont know what these items do and have no interest in learning
It was for my partner and he says it has everything he needed. He uses it at work daily so it must be useful. Delivery was quick! He gives it a thumbs up so I have to say, great purchase!!!

Have only used once so far, rear calipers on Skoda Suberb 3T, worked flawlessly. As others have commented, the individual parts are not as secure as desired in the blow molded box which loses a star but otherwise no issues so far.

Came quickly, been used a lot in the workshop over about a year now, never slipped or broken not had a single problem can’t fault for the price at all

Bought as a present for my freind when he finally got a car that doesn’t have rear drums, perfect for occasional use, may even stand up to full time use in a workshop.

I wasn’t expecting too much for the price but was pleasantly surprised how good the kit was. It has already paid for itself after I replaced the rear disc pads on an Audi A1.

All round excellent however if the T bar came with one end threaded so to be able to remove the T, and then replace it, it would of been easier than having to punch an end off so the flat plate could be used.

This is a great little kit with all of the bits and pieces you need when woking on the brakes on most cars.
The kit is good quality and, with ost tools, will easily cope as long as it is not abused.

It’s a grand bit of kit for your home garage.
I seen the other photos of the bent handles
and if you can do that your calipers/pistons should have been replaced a long time ago….
It will work perfect and anything that isn’t seized beyond repair and for vehicles that have been previously properly maintained.
I’ve used it on 3 different cars no issues.

Did the job well. Previous wind back tools I’ve had the handle has snapped or bent massively. Caliper was solid and had to put another spanner on the end of the handle of this for some leverage and only had slight bending of the handle. I was putting a hell of a lot of force into it. Chuffed with the set for the price

Worked for me on Peugeot 308cc

One downside is that I could not just turn it – I had also to push it, which is a bit tricky when the assembly is hanging in the air (I didn’t want to disconnect the brake fluid tubes).

Easy to use, fits everything i expect – there is a big list of applications. Purchased to do the brake pads on a beetle, was a little hesitant due to comments on quality but not the case, worked perfectly and as designed. No issues with quality and id say well worth the money, job completed easily in record time so I’m happy. Well worth the precise of a couple of coffees at a well known coffee house 🙂

Was a bit worried that this would break the first time I used it given some of the reviews. However it is fine, just bear in mind that it is designed to be turned by hand and if you start using spanners or grips on it I would expect it to bend. I would also suggest that if you need to use that much force on it then there is probably something wrong with the brakes.

I used this on my Alfa Romeo MiTo rear calipers, one of which was seized. It fit perfectly, and whilst it did bend/deform a lot when putting a hell of a lot of torque through it to wind back the seized caliper (I used two ring spanners to increase torque) I wouldn’t have expected it to perform perfectly under those conditions, as it’s not really designed for that! If the caliper is closed particularly tight, this might not fit, but for normal jobs it should work perfectly fine, especially at this price!

4.0 out of 5 stars A tad weak, but works and fits perfectly!

This is a very handy tool as I have three different vehicles and do my own maintenance. It is easy to use and quite robust, very pleased with it so fa

    Arrived on time.
I haven’t used them but, unlike me as I don’t like lending out tools, I did let a good mate use them first as he was doing his brakes the day after they arrived.
He said that they were easy to use, seemed sturdy and made the job so easy and simply that, he is thinking of getting a set.
