Golden Review Award: 7 From Our UsersIt is quick to put on, comfortable, and the amount of straps makes it easy to find the right fit for you. I am 5′ 4″ and 240 pounds and there was STILL room to adjust out if I needed.

Kiddo was comfortable and warm… Sliding him to the back and putting on the other shoulder strap to secure him took a few tries to do fluidly, but we got it.

Word of caution: my son is going through his Terrible Twos and is a huge, uh… Well, I love him, but I don’t like him a lot right now. I had to return this because he pulled my hair out of my head by the fistfuls, punched me repeatedly in the back of the head, and scratched my shoulders and neck.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersDie Trage kam eben an, Bestellvorgang ging wie blich super schnell und ohne Komplikationen.

Sper satisfecha con seguir porteando as.

    Comodidad y precio estupendo

We recently went on vacation and this was a life savor on the flight and while walking around and exploring. It’s also very comfortable. I love there’s a front pocket which comes in handy for my phones, headphones, keys, money, etc. I also love how cute this design is. My kid also loved it and just wanted to fall asleep every time I put her in it since she was so relaxed. I would highly recommend this.

I just received this baby carrier for our upcoming vacation anddecided to try it out to see how well it holds my baby. I am so impressed by it, I could barely feel the weight of my 23lb 16 month old and he seemed so comfortable in it. I even tried carrying my soon to be 3 yr old and he fit so well. Can’t wait to use it especially at the airport on our upcoming flight. Overall, it’s my favorite baby carrier for toddlers.

We bought this to use instead of a stroller for a trip and used through the airport. My toddler is 36 pounds and fit very easily. She was quite comfortable and enjoyed being carried in it. Since there isn’t any metal on it I didn’t have to take her off to walk through the metal detectors in security.

Have used this a couple of times now when out walking, little fella (3 years old and 22kg) seems comfortable enough and easy enough on my back too. Only done about 4 miles at a time so far but so far so good

Golden Review Award: 7 From Our UsersI didn’t expect to be as impressed with this as I am. We bought a framed carrier as our little one started outgrowing her original Ergobaby sling and just didn’t want to be in it. But that weighed a tonne, and when she fell asleep her head just flopped (as comfortable as the pillow looked there was no support). Walks continued to be restricted because I couldn’t carry the weight of that and toddler, and it wasn’t something you want to carry on the off chance they need carrying. Not to mention getting her in and out of the framed straps took an age. So I sold the framed carrier and have since piggy backed until my back couldn’t carry any further. I bought this expecting her to not go in it and I thought I’d return after trialling it. At first she did feel restricted, but a couple of goes and now she loves it like she did as a baby. She has just turned 3 and weighs about 12 kg, 96cm tall. This sling is light, and portable, so I can put it on on the off chance she wants carrying. Then if she does, she jumps on my back and I our the carrier over her. Going up hill her weight is in my legs, and a bit my lower back, but it’s so much easier. I’ve carried her in it for an hour so far without issue, which by piggyback I couldn’t have done. She’s even fallen asleep in it and it supports her head to do this. I’m 5’6 and my husband 6′ med build. And we both find it needs minimal adjustment to switch between us. Highly recommended, don’t buy a framed carrier. Only gripe is it has a handy pocket, but that seems to sit under her bum, so it’s not accessible and probably isn’t comfy if it had things in it.

Golden Review Award: 15 From Our UsersI’m a big woman and was happy to see this item which would have allowed me to carry my son on my back. But upon putting it on, the chest strap (holding the shoulder straps in place) was too high up my chest. I figured it’d sort itself out once I put my son on and arranged all the straps and clips. Well, it was VERY hard putting my son in. He had an amazing time while I hefted him around my back trying to put him in, and he was incredibly patient, but I eventually had to sit on the bed and have him stand behind me until I could actually put him in the holder properly. There is a video on the seller’s page on how to put a child in, but the crucial part of how to actually hold the child to place them safely in the seat was skipped over. That was not helpful at all. And then for whatever reason, the back part didn’t really go up his back to hold him because the bottom part sagged too much? Again, I figured I can just adjust things and it’ll settle. Nope. The chest strap didn’t get any comfortable and the bottom was just saggy. I didn’t feel comfortable walking around without holding his bumm so I just decided to return it. It could have just been that it wasn’t made with my body type in mind (big stomach and big boobs). I definitely liked that it had a high weight capacity (heavy toddler) and the fabric felt light.

I brought this elsewhere (same price though). I tried different ones and even though getting the straps clipped on when using it on the front can take a little jiggling I love it. Me and my little one and so pleased!

I have issues with my back abs I’ve been able to walk with little to no pain at all! I did purchase lower back support as well just as precaution.

Overall I love this and it’s changed mine and my little ones outings for the better.

Golden Review Award: 6 From Our UsersDelighted I ordered it! My son loved our wrap sling and ergo baby when he was smaller but has outgrown them. He is 3 and a half and approx 20kg so was a little worried that I might not be able to carry him but no problem at all. We decided it was time to get fit so we wanted to get out walking and while he can manage a good distance his little legs need a rest so this is perfect. I don’t like bringing a buggy if we’re hiking around and he is delighted to get a rest on mama’s back. It is very comfortable, well padded and feels very durable (I am 5’5″ and size 20). Also, fits my husband very comfortably which he was not expecting. Would absolutely recommend it, and have done so!

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersI bought this toddler carrier mai my for when we are travelling. My little one wants to be hold in my arms which is impossible since I generally carry 2 luggages.
Now I can finally put her on my back and she won’t complain.
It’s easier to carry the child on shoulders than front just because of their weight, but I guess with babies will be better the front.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersLa he comprado para un nio que mide 105 cm y pesa 19 kilos. Cabe muy bien en la mochila, la espalda la tiene completamente dentro de la mochila (le llega un poco ms arriba de la mitad del omoplato). Una vez ajustada, es muy cmoda. La nica pega es que poda incluir una bolsa para guardarla.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersClimbed up Sigiryia rock, Sri Lanka carrying my 2 1/2 year old (about 14kg) in this. Great sling well made, wife used it loads too on our trek. Good front and back loading, little fella looked really comfy. No complaints, easy to use, comfortable and definitely not as hot and bothersome as some other well known brands. Used on our 3 rd Child, best sling we’ve used.

Golden Review Award: 27 From Our UsersI have a hatred of prams, especially as my youngest likes to unstrap and throw himself into traffic at any given opportunity. I’m using this for a large 3 year old and can generally carry him for around an hour comfortably; bonus that I now have some great bulging back muscles. Negative, he’s close to my ears and I have to suffer his tuneless rendition of Fireman Sam on repeat everytime I take him out.

Golden Review Award: 8 From Our UsersI love Beco and so bought this for the warmer months. I love this one, it’s just like my other Beco only lighter. It’s the most comfortable sling I’ve tried, and I’ve tried Connecta, Wraps, Madame GooGoo (another good one), Bjorn, and Tula. I’m a small person who has big babies, and Beco is the easiest to get on and off, and the most comfortable wearing for long periods. I’m still wearing my 18 month old daughter. Definitely recommend.

Golden Review Award: 12 From Our UsersWe’ve been using sling/carriers since birth, mostly as alternative outdoor ‘transport’ as opposed to committed baby-wearing.

We’ve tried the Baby Bjorn One (very stiff, OK for when baby was small, not very comfortable for baby or parent), Mai Tei (OK, could be a bit fiddly, not a massive amount of support but is secure), and then last year we got the Boba Air (very compact, secure and easy to use, but not padded so somewhat uncomfortable, but OK), we even got a wrap sling a few months ago but because we didn’t introduce it and get infant used to it at an earlier stage, it’s not really worked out well for us.

Then today, I got my Beco Toddler Carrier…
Not only did Sleeperoo get the sling to me quickly, the sling itself is a wonder.

Lovely padded shoulder straps, the hood and extra pocket popper on and off, you can wear the back straps conventionally (like a rucksack) or crossed over at the back (my personal choice) and the waist belt is so ergonomically designed it’s just a dream for carrying 2stone of small person – my preference is front carrying.
Our toddler is 2 yrs but is 90% centile for height and weight and fits in this perfectly, it supports legs to take the strain off of child’s hips as slings should and it’s everything I wish I had at an earlier stage of our parenting. (But this is the first I’ve heard of Beco.)

Most important – find what is best for you, always try before you buy if you can, use a sling library to get an idea what will work for your stature as well as your child. Alternatively, there are lots of review videos online, which gives a better idea of how the sling will fit as opposed to static pictures.

This was a very lucky find after previous trial and error.
