The part of this bike pump that I needed for the particular valve that I had did not work although the other one did, I think this is just a minor manufacturing fault and maybe a one-off, it arrived well packed and on time and I will definitely buy from these people again, but I had to buy another pump immediately so I could get to work so I had to return this one and got my refund. There is no reason I would not trust these people again I have given it four stars because there was no damage that I could see to the pump so it may have been a tiny issue

 

i love the flat form it has arroundc the pressure points rather than a lip weather shallow or deep lip in center=sinking pressure .this seat relieves that pressure very well
