I purchased these binoculars for my wife as she is very keen to take up bird watching. They represent excellent value for money in terms of build quality and sharp range/focus. The additional bonus is the service from the supplier who cant do enough to ensure that you are happy with their product. 10/10

These are my first pair of binoculars, so I’m not an expert by any means but I’m very pleased with my binoculars.

I wanted them to look at birds in my garden and for that they have been great. They are easy to focus but I recommend watching the video on the product page so that you can get it right. Once you learn the right way it’s easy and you get a perfect picture every time.

I had an issue where the phone attachment arrived snapped. This was frustrating but I contacted the seller and they sent me a new one straight away.

Overall these are a great pair of bincoulars at a good price, so I recommend them.

Binoculars are so easy to focus for the 1st time, light weight and quality is first-class. Vision is crystal clear with no blurring at all . First class price as well !!

I put in quite a bit of research into finding a pair of binoculars to meet our needs
    bird watching
    plane spotting
    sighting arrows on archery targets.

I ruled out the “super cheap” and the “super expensive” so I ended up looking in the 30 range.

Based on the reviews and excellent product details on the Amazon listing I opted for the usogood UKAT66

These are a decent set of binoculars – although in a “budget range” I think they would hold up well against higher priced binoculars.

They are slightly larger than I thought but they feel well balanced and the rubberised coating makes them comfortable and non-slip in the hands plus the eye pieces are adjustable for glasses and non glasses users.

The most important thing is the image they give is crystal clear and the magnification is excellent.

The addition of dust covers / protective caps for lenses at both ends adds further value to these already well priced binoculars – the included tripod and phone camera attachment are a welcome inclusion but I found them fiddly to use and I have not managed to get a phone camera image as yet – although to their credit usogood have sent me a Youtube link showing how to set these up correctly.

Given their low cost, I am very pleased with these binoculars and can highly recommend them

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI had bought a pair of these last year and have been using them for our walks in the countryside….they are great binoculars for the price! Nice clear view and with the 12X magnification great for birds and animals. I started to have a problem with them earlier this week and contacted Usogood customer service. They asked me to describe the fault (the focussing ring was loose and one of the optics wasn’t moving) . I was helped by April who identified the problem and sent out a replacement pair within 24 hours! She was friendly and very professional and is obviously a credit to the Team! Thanks again,April and well done to the Usogood marketplace!

I’m a complete novice when it comes to binoculars so bought these to experiment with. But to be honest they are very good indeed. Easy to adjust and use and crystal clear.
I had been told that the highest magnification you can hold still is 8 but I can just about keep these 12x steady.
They come with a little tripod and a camera holder which is brilliant for the price, but then again they are made in China.

Bought these so we could look at the birds in the garden. Had a go with them and they are really good, can see the birds really clearly and will be taking them in our next holiday in hopes of spotting dolphins or whales.

They are really easy to use and adjust. Love that I can use it without my glasses. Can’t wait to try the phone adapter next to see how that turns out.

These were slightly bigger than I expected but the extra weight and size help to keep them stable during use.
I’ve got a holidays coming up to Egypt and will be climbing Mt Sinai, so hopefully I will put these to good use.
I’ve tested them at home and could easily read a number plate from the other end of the street, you have to fiddle with the ficus to get the sharpness but that’s minor.
They come with a load of attachments and a small tripod. It seemed like it was going to be tricky to put together, but once I’d studied the instructions and had a go, it was actually pretty straightforward.
I think that for the price, these are actually very good binoculars.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersThese are a decent set of budget binoculars. For the price you cant go wrong.I live on the 12th floor of a tower block and there’s always something to see out of one of the windows.I have a view that can see quite far into the distance so a pair of binoculars are great for a better view.I can’t fault the binoculars they are pretty decent, however I feel the phone attachment lets this set down. The small tripod is pretty basic but works just fine. All the little attachments (see my pics) are fiddly to put together and attach imo.Attaching my phone was a bit of a nightmare and took me about an hour as I’d never done that before. There is an online youtube video if you look in the manual there’s a small little square barcode thing you scan to watch it.The video goes at a hundred miles an hour so you will need to keep pausing it.I couldn’t get it all set up straight to take a picture as you can see by my miserable efforts lol.And that was me trying to hold my phone straight on the tripod. The biggest problem I encountered and it could well just be me as a newbie is that the weight of the phone destabilises the whole lot and it will fall over.I haven’t found a way to make it all nice and stable and straight to take a picture.I had thought of wrapping it all up with gorilla tape but then I’d have my phone, binoculars and tripod all stuck down pretty tight so making a call with all that stuck together is a bit impractical lol.So to sum it up the binoculars are 5* but the phone attachments let the set down a little but if your patient or know what your doing it’s not going to be a problem. It comes in a nice storage carry bag too. There was another set of straps inside the bag to attach to the binoculars so you can wear them around your neck which I found when I was putting it all away.My advice would be to get a clear zip lock bag to put all the different attachments in and maybe invest in a hardshell case or a small bag to keep everything in as it will be inevitable that you could lose some of the parts as they do not all fit in the bag it comes with.Would make a good gift for someone.

I purchased these recently for a forthcoming holiday, and tested them out at the London Athletics meet last weekend, where I was able to clearly see everything in the stadium, even though I was sat up in the ‘nosebleed’ seats!

Given their low cost, I was incredibly pleased with these binoculars – they are lightweight, easy to adjust, and produce a crystal clear image. I haven’t used the tripod yet, but I can say that I was really impressed by the other accessories – the case is robust and compact, and I was pleased that they came with dust covers / protective caps for lenses at both ends of the bins. A strap and cleaning cloth were also provided.

    Would really recommend these!

Got these at a very reasonable price and wasn’t expecting anything great . I was pleasantly surprised to find they were better than a far more expensive pair that I have. The Rubberised outer coating gives a good grip and a quality feel. I like the way that the lens caps remain attached to the strap as I tend to lose them. The focus ring is smooth and accurate but above all else, and most importantly, I found the image quality to be very good and comparable to far more expensive binoculars. They have a tripod attachment point and come with a small tripod and adaptor. The tripod is not great that’s a minor point. There is also a mobile phone adaptor which I haven’t tried. Overall great value for money especially if you can get a discount.

I have always struggled with using binoculars as I wear glasses, but these binoculars are so easy to focus, comfortable and the clarity is amazing. I am still playing with the additional feature of adding my phone camera to take pictures of what I am viewing and for me as a complete novice in photo-technology is proving relatively straightforward and extremely rewarding, I cannot wait to use them when I go to the Lake District later this month. I am so pleased with them and so is my husband they are so much better than what we had expected and such a great price. Thank you Isogood.com I am very pleased with my purchase and happy to recommend your brand to my friends and colleagues. I will gladly upload photos/videos on your website when I have fully mastered their great potential. ONce again than you Isogood and thank you for your prompt response to upgrading my warranty.

I bought this as an upgrade from a compact set of binoculars I initially own. What I like about it is it comes with a carrying case and some extra bits such as the mobile phone attachments and tripod. These would definitely help me document any bird sightings whenever we go out to bird watch.

Instruction booklet is provided that shows how to setup the lenses, install the tripod and mobile phone attachment and how to place the strap on the binoculars. It also comes with a lens cleaning cloth which I definitely will use.

Magnification is good enough to see details and with the knobs and dials available it will suit anybody who will use it depending on their eyesight. The eyepiece and the lenses both have protective covers that are attached to the carrying strap and the binoculars respectively so you won’t lose them and will protect the lenses from dust or rain.

I would recommend this to anyone who are considered beginners in bird watching as I am.

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersI found them very easy to use. The picture quality is extremely good. Unsure on how to attach my phone to the binoculars, hope I do not need a 3 year old to put me right. I will try to get this done this week. Love the lens covers. Which have an extra piece to them which enable the covers to be taken off but still remain attached to the binoculars. Very useful and easy to flip off in a hurry so that you can be ready in an instant. The same goes for the eye covers they are attached to the neck strap. Both just a simple idea that saves you from picking them up from the ground or even losing them. Also I love the carry case that comes with them. For me I like that you can get the instruction booklet in as well as the binoculars. Just room for a bar of your favourite chocolate. Slightly bigger and lunch/tea would get in. Every one likes a handy bar of their favourite sweeties to nibble on. Especially if you are on a day out and get hunger pangs. Sorry not worked out how to get a drink in yet. All in all they are really good binoculars. They are easy to focus near and far. At the moment I am trying out seeing different things at different distances. My previous binoculars were mainly for near rather than far distance. I hope the soft feel of the binoculars is of better quality than my last pair, which became sticky and horrible to touch. I will wait and see, though it does feel a lot better quality than my previous pair. They both (binoculars and case) have good quality straps but I am not keen on the split holder. It makes it a little awkward to fasten the strap on the right hand side as it will not stay in place. It ends up just through the the bottom holder on that side. I also can’t seem to get the eye piece covers in the right place to fit the neck strap to the binoculars. That is my only gripe and I can’t recommend them highly enough. Photos show that split side holder with and without the strap.

5.0 out of 5 stars Very good picture quality.

Golden Review Award: 56 From Our UsersDecent product for the price. Works fine and does the job. Wouldn’t buy for professional use though. Good performance but you can get better quality within the budget range.
Overall it’s fine I only needed to have a look at the countryside from my window. Easy to use, good weight (555 grams with strap and lenses cover), coated lenses, bak4 roof prism, focus and dioptre wheels both works fine. I have to use the eye relief (15.5mm) every time even if I don’t wear glasses, otherwise the image doesn’t come out as clear. Lenses and magnification are good, vivid colours during the day time and large field of view, but it doesn’t pick up as much light as I thought it would at dusk, despite the 50mm lenses. Good focus wheel. Neck strap very comfortable to wear. Overall a good product for occasional use. I was curious to try a 12x 50mm and not let down at all by performance, but I would still recommend a 10x 42mm or a 8x 50mm for beginners/general use/birdwatching. The higher magnification naturally reduce the field of view causing details at long distances to became blurry. As a general rule images details at 12x can became very blurry so if you go for a magnification higher than 10x and u don’t have a steady hand or a tripod, be aware of these issues. Furthermore, if you are planning long observations the high magnification can give you a bit of headache.
So about the performance/price ratio I think it is overall a brilliant product for occasional use, but it comes with a few downsides, hence the 4 stars:
-rubber cover: this is the bigger issue. After the first use it feels loose, not glued sealed to the main cones, there are few mm of empty space between the cones and rubber cover, not sealed properly, feels like the cones are just wrapped with the rubber cover (not even glued on the main body) which is slightly larger than the cones so it feel’s loose when u grab the binoculars. And this also led ma to think that these binoculars are not waterproof at all, I wouldn’t even try splashing few drops on it (product is described as “waterproof only under light rain, not heavy rain and not to be submerged in water).
-screw that covers the hole for the tripod support: it’s just a little detail, but it’s cheap plastic, won’t last very long.
-lenses cover: rubber not great but still does the job. The front covers especially (the 50mm feels very loose don’t grip correctly).
-Design: i have seen much better even in the budget range, but personal taste I suppose.
-accessories: I’m not interested in using the phone adapter or the mini tripod (accessories included that makes the product looks and be perceived as cheaper in my opinion rather than enhance its value) but for those who are it will be good to know that: 1) the L shape adapter and tripod ( both very lightweight, plastic) used together with the phone adapter act like a sort of spring causing millions of micro vibrations that makes very difficult to take a steady picture. Literally, if someone walks in the room and the binoculars on tripod are on the window frame or a table it will never stop vibrating until the person stop walking in the room. This is how sensitive it gets. I managed to reduce this issue by putting a spongy rubber piece between the top of the tripod and the binocular’s to absorb vibrations and use a 10 sec timer for the picture (yes, if u touch the screen to take a pick it starts vibrating badly so you have to wait without breathing or it starts vibrate again). 2) the phone clip/adapter only fits older models so any new bigger phone won’t fit (I used a Samsung S5 mini to try and it just fits). Also the adapter is only extendable from one side not both sides so , considering the camera in the middle, the phone won’t be fully in line with binoculars causing every picture to be slightly rotated if your phone is slightly bigger.
-Finally, can I just say, I was curious to try a 12x model without spending too much and I based my decision also on the over 3K (mainly positive) reviews, to find out after I received this items that the product maker (please note: not the seller, which has been brilliant and super fast) use this widely diffused marketing strategy of offering an extra free reward/gift if you leave a positive review….And considering the importance of genuine honest reviews nowadays I consider this to be a very bad marketing practice (but hey! It works I guess! Just be aware when you read reviews cause everyone wants an extra free gift at the end…).

So overall the product works extremely well for the price so highly recommended but only if you are buying it for a casual/not professional use. In this case it will be rewarding and a great purchase. Great for stargazing in the garden at night (note for beginners: stargazing only, don’t expect to see high resolution details of the moon let’s say, need a telescope for that, but you will still get outstanding views) and great to look at the countryside outside your window. Consider if a 12x magnification is what you really want before purchasing, alternatively go for a 10x 42mm if you are planning birdwatching (steadier image, especially if used without a tripod) or a 8x 50mm as an all rounder also good for landscapes and larger field of view. Despite the good lenses, the loose rubber cover of this product is a big let down, feels cheap, not waterproof, despite probably being a better product than what it actually feels, as the issue seems more related to the parts assembling process and rubber quality itself rather than the actual quality of the binoculars.
