Un citizen che mancava
Cominciamo col dire che questa line adi orologi citizen non necessita di alcuna recensione perch sono storicamente bellissimi, hanno personalit e un meccanismo che funziona bene da decenni.
Questa versione aggiunge a tutto questo una colorazione della cassa che veramente molto bella con un effetto di lucidatura che conferisce profondit e eleganza di forme al tutto.
Il vero risultato finale lo avremo nel tempo, quando potremo valutare meglio se il trattamento PVD regger o se si roviner nel corso dei mesi. Mi riservo quindi di riconsiderare il tutto dopo qualche mese di utilizzo. Grazie dell’attenzione
Problemlose Automatikuh
Top verarbeitet, Das Saphir-Glas ist sehr robust, die Ganggenauigkeit hervorragend. Wie bei jeder Automatikuhr, sollte man aber nicht vergessen, dass eine lange Liegezeit dazu fhrt das die Uhr stehen bleibt (ca. 3 Tage).
Tengo bastantes relojes en mi coleccin –algunos automticos de mayor precio–, pero debo decir que este Ctizen ofrece una relacin calidad/previo extraordinaria: cristal de zafiro, hermoso contraste en caja entre acero cepillado y acero pulido, corona a las 8 (lo que la hace ms cmoda y protegida), bisel ajustado y preciso, hermossimo dial azul profundo irisado, agujas grandes y excelente luminosidad en la oscuridad. Aunque soy ms partidario de usar armis de acero o titanio, debo reconocer que la correa de caucho azul le sienta bien a este diver (me gustara un azul ms oscuro). El calibre, por el momento registra un adelanto de 6 segundos/da (es un reloj automtico, tengmoslo en cuenta), pero esperar para ajustarlo. En definitiva, una mquina verstil, cmoda, hermosa, muy bien de precio y con el emblema de una maravillosa marca –de la que tengo otros 5 modelos– no siempre bien ponderada: Citizen.
Sehr schne Uhr ! Das Metallarmband hab ich durch ein dunkles Lederarmband ersetzt. Zum Tauchen werde ich es wieder tauschen! Ist aber Geschmacksache die Uhr ist sehr schn verarbeitet und endlich auch als Version mit Saphirglas und nicht nur Mineralglas! Meines Erachtens lohnt sich der Aufpreis um ca 80 Euro auf jeden Fall! Das schne Automatikuhrwerk mit Sekundenstopp (wenn die Uhrzeit oder Datum eingestellt wird) ldt sich beim Bewegen von selbst auf und kann auch manuell aufgezogen werden. Natrlich ist es keine Funkuhr aber die Abweichung liegt im Bereich von ca 20 Sekunden, also gut verschmerzbar. In dieser Preisklasse auf jeden Fall ein gutes Preis-Leistungsberhltnis dass sich ber die Jahrzehnte bewhrt hat.

sehr leicht, passt mit all den vorhandenen Bandgliedern auf so ziemlich jedes Handgelenk, die Schliee hat bisher im Vergleich mit einer Stahlschliee nur ein Drittel an Kratzern bisher. Dieses “Super” Titanium ist extrem widerstandsfhig und nicht vergleichbar mit Titanium Grade 2 oder 5 oder gar Edelstahl.
Ganggenauigkeit ist unter 7 sec. am Tag was sehr gut ist.
Geliefert wurde das 8204er Werk mit Sekundenstopp.
Die Krone sitzt genau dort wo es niemanden strt auf 8 Uhr.

ho diversi orologi Citizen questo il fratello pi grande dello 0040 con in pi vetro zaffiro e ghiera a 120 scatti ho cambiato subito il bracciale unica pecca con uno in gomma anche se il movimento non molto preciso comunque affidabile un mulo da lavoro!! da avere assolutamente in collezione

Perfekte Uhr fr Kunden welche das beste aus ihrem Geld rausholen wollen ohne direkt mehrere Tausend Euro zu bezahlen.
Die Uhr ist sehr schn verarbeitet und funktioniert tadellos.
Saphirglas und wasserdichte bis 200m Tiefe sind in diesem Preissegment wirklich hervorragend.
Liegt schn an und wirkt sehr edel.
Die Lnette arbeitet perfekt und weist keinen spiel auf.
The wearing is much better than you would think for a watch like this: for me very comfortable (17 cm wrist). Accuracy is on pair with other mechanical watches at this level. I appreciate the sapphire crystal and a precise bezel. For the money it is an excellent value. Perfect delivery.

REMARQUES GENERALES MODELE NY0140-80E UN BON CHOIX POUR UN PRIX CORRECT
J’ai reu ma montre Citizen Promaster le samedi 6 dcembre 2023, plutt rapidement, depuis un revendeur espagnol. Quelques difficults avec les rglages , la couronne a une position peu habituelle sur la gauche la hauteur des 40 minutes, et donc peu aise manipuler, mais il faut s’attendre cela avec une montre de plonge, la couronne tant scurise. Bien suivre le mode d’emploi consulter ou imprimer sur internet partir du QR code fourni. Attention vos ongles! Le rglage du bracelet bracelet en acier inox boucle dployante doit se faire avec prcaution et les outils adapts ( proscrire le trombone, son diamtre ne convient pas) : chasse goupille indispensable. Il faut surtout ne pas perdre le petit cylindre de 5mm de longueur qui accompagne la goupille. Je suggre de l’enfiler sur une petite pingle de couture pour le replacer au remontage des maillons . Il y a de bons tutos sur Youtube , veiller choisir celui qui convient.
A part a, cette montre automatique est silencieuse, pas vraiment lourde porter, pas trop paisse, trs jolie. J’ai apprci le mouvement continu de la trotteuse et la date bilingue .
Un classico
L’ho acquistato principalmente per il design e poi per il fatto che questa versione ha il vetro zaffiro e un cinturino di qualit leggermente superiore alla media di questo modello. Il fatto che la cassa sia da 43 mm non stato un problema dal momento che ho un polso di dimensioni generose.
E’ piuttosto preciso nonostante il calibro sia un entry-level. Prodotto decisamente consigliato!

Excellent rapport qualit prix pour cette montre terre et mer, trs fiable et endurante. Son style sportif n’empche pas l’lgance. L’automatisme est un atout prcieux (ni pile, ni remontage). la prcision est trs bonne. On peut juste s’interroger sur l’intrt de la position trange du bouton de rglage, mais on s’y fait trs vite. Le verre saphir, trs rsistant, est une option bienvenue.

Ich muss gestehen – die Uhr gefllt mir noch besser, als ich eigentlich gedacht habe. Das Schwarz ist wirklich schwarz und die Ablesbarkeit ist wirklich toll. Die Uhr geht jetzt, nach 10 Tagen, ca. 1 Minute vor – die Gangwerte sind also sehr gut. Dazu ist die Citizen natrlich ein Klassiker, der objektiv gegen sehr viel teurere Uhren bestehen kann – in schwarz dazu noch mit einem besonderen ‘Twist’. Ich habe sie bei einer Amazon-Aktion auch noch sehr(!) gnstig bekommen. Eine klare Empfehlung von mir – sowohl fr den Uhren-Hoarder als auch als alleinige Uhr. Schn auch, dass sie jetzt einen Sekundenstopp (“Hacking”) hat.

This watch feels cheap when setting time and Hacking. When I go to wind it every morning the winding know feels like it is missing clicks and their is not a positive movement when Hacking. My Invicta watches have a smoother winding motion and keeps better time. I have to adjust the time on this automatic watch 3 times a day! Well that's what I get when I try and save a few bucks. No wonder they are cheaper then a authentic Citizen from the United States!!!!!!

Ganz gut.
Die Uhr luft, mit 3 Sekunden plus in 24 Stunden sehr gut. Die Uhr ist gut verarbeitet, dass Armband ist ein wenig klapprig, aber auch ganz gut. Das krzen des Armbandes ist eine Qual, ich weis nicht wieso es sowas heute noch gibt! Die Uhr ist auerdem sehr leicht.
Ansonsten gefllt mir die Uhr ausgesprochen gut. Wrde ich definitiv wieder kaufen.

Muy buen reloj y de buena relacin calidad precio, teniendo en cuenta que cityzen se compara con Seiko,cristal safiro , automtico,correa deportiva excelente y dems toques del conjunto. Solo que no son tan grandes para quienes gustan de relojes grandes. Eso s,bonito y macizos. Solo falta esperar su evolucin y ver si se atrasa o adelanta,debe ser muy preciso.
Ich habe mir vor 2 Jahren bereits die NY0040-09EE zugelegt – ein Klassiker, der mir sehr gut gefllt. Die Uhr hat auch das 8204 Werk und ging mit 8 sec/Tag voraus.
Diese NY0140-80E hat auch das 8204 luft nun fast eine Woche ohne nachstellen um 7sec voraus! Ich finde das ist ein Hammer fr eine Automatikuhr.
Das Design der NY0140 wirkt filigraner, die Zeiger sind super-ablesbar. Die Ausrichtung der Leuchtpunkte auf die Minutenstriche und den Ring sind perfekt.
Fr mich ist der Durchmesser der Uhr gerade noch so OK, die NY0040 hat da einen leichten Vorteil.
Alles in allem: die NY0140 ist mein Favorit, wobei die NY0040 in nicht vielem nachsteht.
Mal sehen, wie sich die Genauigkeit nach ein paar Monaten Tragezeit entwickelt.
Acquistato da pochi gg a poco meno di 240 Euro.. possiedo da una 15na d’anni anche l’NY0040 ma questo certamente pi appagante oltre ad essere meglio rifinito ed assemblato (vetro zaffiro con antiriflesso, ghiera 120 precisa e ferma ed il fermo macchina). Ho montato il bracciale originale dell’NY0040 e va abbastanza bene. I 43 mm al polso sembrano 40 quindi sta bene anche su polsi piccoli perch il fondello, rispetto al precedente, pi piatto e regolare. Luminosit al buio al top ed al sole il blu intenso fantastico! Azzarder, ma secondo me questa versione una spanna sopra il Seiko 007 che oggi costa il triplo.
Great Lightweight Titanium Automatic Watch
Had purchased a stainless steel version of one of these Citizen’s but sent it back due to the very small day date window. This one has some great benefits.
This unit is the same on the size but the titanium is lighter, like a feather. The movement is probably Seiko SKX level and not exactly a rolex class machine, but it’s actually quite accurate for a $400 USD watch. Frankly, if you’re really concerned about exact time, get a quartz. Most the time, people with automatics switch between their timepieces so you’ll have to reset in a few weeks anyways.
If you want a nice movement with a nice feel when you adjust the time, this is not the time piece. But if you want something that can handle the day wear with a screw-down crown, scratch resistent Ti bracelet and case and accurate movement, this one will serve you well. The air tank packaging is also a creative way to promote their product. Well done Citizen!
Die Uhr wurde schnell geliefert und ich habe sie auch sofort ausprobiert. Mit dem Gehuse und Armband aus Titan ist die Uhr kaum zu spren. Nach etwa 7 Tagen hat die Uhr bei mir einen “Nachgang” von 8 Sekunden , damit bin ich mehr als zufrieden. Keine meiner anderen Uhren mit automatischem Aufzug schafft solch eine Przision. Abgesehen davon finde ich die Uhr sehr schn. Ich wrde die Uhr jederzeit wieder kaufen.
Un clásico imprescindible
Me ha gustado mucho ms de lo esperado. A veces con un diver tienes miedo a que el tamao de la caja sea demasiado grande. Pero en este caso el tamao es ideal. En mi caso llevo el reloj en la mueca derecha, y el reloj se adapta perfectamente a esa circunstancia pues lleva la corona a la izquierda.
Me ha sorprendido gratamente el embalaje del reloj. Un estuche que adems del reloj, montado en la correa de plstico, contiene cadena de acero y una herramienta para realizar el intercambio.
En resumen. Es un Promaster con una excelente relacin calidad-precio. Un diver “Pepsi” imprescindible para los amantes de los relojes de buceo, que queda imponente en la mueca.
Inizio subito col dire che questo orologio arriva nella scatola e non nella classica bombola (questo mi ha un po’ infastidito) e quello che ho io una versione per la germania, il datario ha i giorni della settimana in inglese e tedesco… a prezzo di listino l’avrei reso. Volevo un orologio automatico, in titanio e stile subacqueo. Questo ha quasi tutte le caratteristiche che cercavo. La pecca che mi disturba di pi il vetro minerale e non zaffiro, se fosse stato vetro zaffiro sarebbe stato perfetto. Al polso rimane molto leggero considerando che si tratta di un orologio completamente in metallo, la costruzione molto curata e al momento mi sembra piuttosto preciso. Per chi come me porta l’orologio a destra il fatto che la corona sia in basso a sinistra risulta molto comoda. La luminosit degli indici fluorescenti molto buono dopo che ha preso la luce solare e dura abbastanza. Per vedere la data ci vuole una vista molto buona, io non riesco senza occhiali e molta luce, inoltre il fatto che sia su sfondo scuro su un quadrante scuro non aiuta, la versione con quadrante verde sicuramente risulta pi visibile. Il blu del quadrante risulta molto pi scuro dal vivo rispetto alle immagini, solo sotto la luce solare si pu apprezzare la colorazione e l’effetto cangiante. Movimento ghiera molto preciso. Le linee lucide sul bracciale che in foto non mi piacevano dal vivo non sono male anche se io avrei preferito il colore titanio liscio. Attorno ai 300 euro ritengo sia un ottimo orologio.

Questo NY 00141 e l’evoluzione del famoso
NY 00040, il Diver in dotazione alla Marina Militare Italiana.
Per diversi anni, infatti, ad alcuni piccoli reparti di incursori (ComSubIn) della Marina Militare Italiana, vennero forniti dei Citizen NY0040 da utilizzare durante le operazioni.
Questi orologi differivano da quelli commerciali per due modifiche apportante al quadrante:
Logo Citizen ad ore 12 sostituito con logo “Marina Militare”.
Impermeabilit “200 M” ad ore 6 sostituita con impermeabilit “500 M”
N.B. L'”upgrade” dell’impermeabilit a 500mt non figlio di modifiche tecniche.
“L’orologio identico a quelli commerciali, ma i test della marina militare lo hanno semplicemente “certficato” 500M, una caratteristica interessante e che eleva sicuramente il valore tecnico”.
Dopo questa piccola escussione storica, va detto che sulla versione precedente mancano il vetro zaffiro, la carica manuale e il fermo macchina.
Citizen hai eseguito negli ultimi tempi, su diversi modelli, un upgrade montando il movimento Miyota 8204 anzich l’8203, con fermo macchina e ricarica manuale.
La corona a vite ed posizionata alle ore 8:00.
Nonostante la cassa da 44 mm in acciaio satinato e lo spessore da 13 mm, non da assolutamente fastidio.
La corona a 120 scatti precisi senza gioco.
Il datario nella posizione classica a ore 3:00 e si legge discretamente su un quadrante
blu che cambia tonalit e riflesso a secondo l’angolazione delle luce.
Ovviamente un Diver certificato ISO 6425 sino a 20ATM (200 m).
arrivato in una semplice scatolina e non nella classica bombola gialla. Ma sinceramente per noi era irrilevante.
L’unica nota che non ci piaciuta di questo Citizen Promaster NY 00141 -10L il cinturino in caucci molto semplice e spartano con chiusura a fibbia.
A parte la qualit base del bracciale, lo spessore da 20 mm non ci sembra adeguato.
Su un orologio di questo genere, probabilmente sarebbe stato meglio un cinturino da 22 mm.
Ma questa un’altra storia e non lo scopriremo mai.
Questo un modello non presente sul sito ufficiale Citizen italiano. In altre parole non previsto per il mercato del bel paese.
Noi l’abbiamo acquistato a 248 ed sicuramente un prezzo competitivo rispetto a quello proposto su altri canali.
A questo prezzo ti porti a casa un driver certificato, con vetro Zaffiro, fermo macchina e carica manuale.

La Citizen Promaster automatique est une belle montre de plonge de 44mm et 200m d’tanchit, au look sobre et solide. La lisibilit est excellente, lunette tournante unidirectionnelle, couronne visse pour une parfaite tanchit et une bonne paisseur de verre. Tout respire la qualit sauf le bracelet, je m’explique. A premire vue le bracelet est beau et solide, sauf que lorsque vous voulez le rgler en retirant deux ou trois maillons, vous retirez d’abord les petites aiguilles qui tiennent les maillons entre eux. Puis vous remontez le bracelet et patatras, les aiguilles ne tiennent pas. J’ai faillit faire tomber ma montre car deux d’entre elles s’taient chappes. J’ai remont le tout et constat qu’elles ne tiennent pas du tout.
Donc cette montre est belle mais le bracelet est un catastrophe qui pourrait vous couter votre montre. J’ai deux autres montre avec bracelet mtallique et aucun soucis, comme a vous tre prvenu. J’ai rsolu le problme avec un bracelet tissu qui donne un genre plus cool.

The not so good: Arrived in eco-drive type box. Very clumsy packaging. Instruction book included is for eco-drive type, not automatic. No instruction / owners manual at all.
This is a true masterpiece. Made from Citizen’s Super Titanium, Diver Certification up to 20 BAR or 200 m, Very good Super bright Lume (blueish), Super accurate movement (citizen’s own miyota mov 8203), very beautiful blue with black dial….. Scratch resistant anti glare mineral crystal. Definitely one of the best watches fro mthe Promaster family! A must have on any collection!
