This was perfect in our house. We have low ceilings. Used it in a big hall and understandably wwas much less effective. I’d say home use only rather than for a party in a hall

Liked the colours and variety of options for the display. The darker the room the better it looked. Really excellent quality. But the suction cup holding it down was not strong enough for it’s weight so selotaping it down on a tablemat was a great solution and I would still buy it despite that problem. Definitely recommend it.
The disco ball is great value for money and made a great birthday present for my twin nieces who are 1. Kids love a disco ball and this is the perfect size and easy to move around the house. Great to have a remote to be able to change the settings also.

These really are very good. Lots of options on the remote control, but if you just leave it on its default it will happily cycle through all its options and turn any medium-size living room into Studio 54. It can be run from a USB adapter inside, or a USB power pack if you want to take it outside (although it’s not waterproof). Makes a faint humming noise when running, but not obtrusively so.
This is definitely a brilliant buy. Lights up the whole room. Nice bright colours.
Some reviews mentioned that it does not flash to the music.
The instructions say it has different modes. So if you’re playing something with a quick beat it can be switched to disco mode etc. Worth every penny.
I purchased these for my 50th garden party tried them out in the kitchen the day I got them they are surprisingly bright and colourful and it moves to the beat of the music if you press the remote. Love them
We use this disco ball regularly at home and my son absolutely loves it! It’s just as good as a big disco ball. Only downside is unfortunately it needs to be plugged in. Would be great if it also had battery power option or chargeable. Other than that its a great item
I like the size of this duck ball & can the light powerful enough fill my small living room. Only thing is a bit fiddly to screw the adjustment screw but nothing major. Overall good
Iv had strobe lights, disco lights, strip lights, 50 dj lights, 200 dj lights you get my drift and this cheap, dainty 8 disco light is the best iv ever had it doesn’t make a sound as it spins, the lights are subtle and not too dazzling (something I’d been looking for it the prior lights as my boys have sensory needs) you get the option to speed up the lights or slow them down ! Which is a big factor for us I could go on but I won’t this item does exactly what it says on the tin, it illuminates our living room (which is pretty big) with out leaving us all with a banging head 100% recommend
