My rugs been stuck down with this for over a year and it hasn’t budged. Little bit hard to lay it the first time but great once it’s done. Used a lot more than I thought of it.

his product is INCREDIBLE. Have a very old carpet and just needed something to stop it riding up. WOW – so easy to use and the results are INCREDIBLE. Can not recommend this ENOUGH.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersHighly recommend this tape , i Actually Thought I was purchasing the Thicker Plastic type double sided tape but tried this and not at all disappointed, I don’t normally add photos but just wanted to show how you can layer the tape to make it thicker for difficult places like my vehicle, it’s stuck my Water or coffee cup holder in situ really well and this light which actually came with double sided tape but was not suitable for the plastic in my vehicle but thisExtra Strong tape has stuck really well , hope this review will help others who may be looking for something similar, ps, 2 rolls in each pack , win , wi

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersI bought this double-sided sticky tape because of a problematic 3M adhesive on the back of a WS2812B light strip. This stuff was so strong that when the led strip was stuck to it, it was very difficult to re-position the strip when it was put up slightly off-kilter.

I cleaned the surface with some isopropyl first and let it dry for a few hours. Once the tape was applied, I re-stuck the strip and was pleasantly surprised with how strong this stuff is.

Delivery within timescale; well packaged; good quality. This double sided tape is definitely extra strong which is what I needed. I have used it to replace original tape/secure small carpet pieces on my wooden stairs for safety/mobility reasons. As previously mentioned in other reviews, the adhesion is so strong it will stick to scissors and itself! Its best to use a Stanley knife when cutting. I would maybe think twice about trying to remove unless you have thick pile carpet.

4.0 out of 5 stars Definitely Extra Strong!

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersHolds carpet down fantastically (very strong), could also be be used to stick other items for storage into kitchen cupboards etc & kitchen roll holders with less reliable stick ability. It was easier to use than I thought it would be given some of the reviews. Does the job well. Happily purchase again in future.

I bought this after many failed attempts to mount my LED strips on my bed’s headboard which had polyester-type black cloth. 3M and other tapes didn’t work there. But this tape has good strength and now these LED strips are attached firmly. Highly recommended.

I use it to hold down a large rug on parkay flooring. Boy, does it stick.! I haven’t needed to remove it yet but if it is as good at taking off as it is to stick there should not be any problem. Extremely pleased.

Have previously used gorilla and mammoth. This tape I think beats both. Used alot during work for trunking, sticking things to windows ect. Used to stick led lights to the van, had to really pull over a year late

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersUsed for sticking down carpet tiles in the kitchen, careful though, once down, they are not easy to prise back up, which, tbh, is the whole idea, would use this tape again for any similar tasks.

Bought this to keep the rug from slipping on the vinyl floor of my caravan. Found I only needed a small amount of tape and my rug is going nowhere! I was worried it may leave a mark but when I removed the tape to clean, it left no residue. Very impressed. Word of warning though, use scissors you are not bothered about as it can clog them up (this is stated in the instructions)

This works well but is not the easiest to stick down it leaves a residue which is hard to remove but does come up I would recommend for hard floors if you want your mats to stay down but definitely not to stick on carpet it is good value for money but will also stick to its self as your trying to put it dow

So far no issues had down for about a week and it’s strong! Keeps the rug down – I only used at each end and I pulled on it so make sure rug was flat and it didn’t move!

Bought for fixing stair carpet runner to each steps riser, and this tape grips carpet extremely well. Laid the tape out on a board to the correct length and used a fresh blade in a ‘Stanley’ knife to cut. Don’t try scissors as the tape will stick to it.

I have used this on the mat in the porch (tiles) and the mat on the front step (concrete) and it works. I am really happy with this. The mat on the door step is still stuck down even after the heavy rain we had recently and I only used 2 short strips.

Golden Review Award: 10 From Our UsersBe prepared to do war ! This stuff is great at sticking stuff – hair, skin, fingers , scissors, knives etc etc Not convinced about using it to stick carpet unless there is absolutely zero dust on the surface. I didn’t want to use it on carpet, I prefer nanotape , but beware! It is impossible to cut. They tell you to use a knife or tear it. A new Stanley blade struggles, and I defy anyone to tear it without losing the end of the separating paper. I spent ages trying to restart it when I did Result? lumps of mutilated tape that look like snot. Fortunately they don’t make the end result too lumpy to be left in situ. Nightmare!
