Just like your typical wet wipes, but dry. Average size at 20 x 15 cm each, with 100 wipes in each pack.
Versatile and can be used for different purposes. They’re great alternatives to cotton pads for makeup removal. No more sticky cotton wool residue, and one is enough to wipe off a full face of makeup.
Highly absorbent and can be used for facial cleansing or wiping surfaces. Stronger than cotton tissue and durable. Their textured surfaces also make them ideal for subtle skin exfoliation. Unscented and leave no irritation for sensitive skin. Item description says they can be washed and reused, but I’ve only used them as single usage.
Overall, strong versatile wipes that I would recommend.
These are around the size of your typical facial cleansing wipe – but dry! So good to use with your micellar water or cleanser, bigger than a cotton wool pad, so provide good coverage. A bit scratchy until you get them wet.
They are single use, disposable.
Very strong though, much stronger than a paper towel. They do the job, once you wet them.
I have recently got really problematic skin but since using these to dry off my face after washing it morning and evening I would say it has gotten quite a bit better. These sheets are very soft and do absorb all the water. Although I do have to use 2-3 sheets at a time since they are quite small. They do also have a bit of a weird smell but not that much that I don’t feel like I can use them.
A bit of a misleading photo for this product since the product looks a lot larger than it is but other than that I have no complaints, especially since the size is mentioned in the title.
With traditional cotton wool pads to remove makeup I often find some of the fibre shedding onto y skin and one is never enough. This small towels are a great size and cleanly and hygienically stored.
The fibre is soft to the touch but also strongly weaved so it keeps together very well.
At 5.50 when bought in a 4 pack size these are surely more expensive than normal round cotton pads but I also understand the higher production cos
This is the first time I have tried dry wipes .
These cotton tissue wipes can be used both wet and dry and are is made of high-quality cotton, that is completely plastic-free and biodegradable and are soft and highly absorbent.
I really like the fact they are unscented particularly as my skin does not like scented smells on my face.
I was quite surprised as to how thick these are and can be used multiple ways such as face towels, tissues, napkins but also wiping up any spills as they absorb particularly well.
I really like these Poetic Silk cotton tissues.
They say ‘cosmetic special cotton tissue’ on the pack but there are so many uses for them, ranging from kitchen to bathroom and everywhere in between. They can be used: as a regular tissue, to remove make-up, to apply and remove facial cleanser, to mop up spills and even to polish delicate ornaments.
Measuring 15cm by 20cm, they’re not very big but they are VERY strong; I tried and failed to rip one.
You get 100 tissues in each pack and the pack of four is priced at 19.79 (at the time of review), so I think they’re pretty good value for money at under 5 per pack.
Versatile, strong and surprisingly useful, I really like these tissues and would consider ordering them again.
As another reviewer has commented, I was also expecting these to be wet rather than dry wipes. You receive 100 disposable dry wipes in each of the four boxes. The wipes are smaller than I imagined so bear this in mind when buying, but they seem a good thickness and are relatively soft and absorbent. As these were not what I was expecting then I am not certain what I will use them for, but I am certain they will have a multitude of uses. I notice many other reviewers have suggested make up removal and I can see that they would work well for this purpose, but as I don’t wear a lot of make up very often then I cannot see this being the primary use I put them to. Overall, the quality of the product is good. Priced at 20.89 at the time of this Amazon Vine review, this makes each box about 5.22 which is a little pricey for a disposable and non-reusable product.
You receive four packets of cotton fibre cleansing cloths, each pack containing 100 clothes, so you get plenty of product for your money! These cloths are natural, unscented, dry cloths, so are excellent for a variety of uses, but removing make-up jumps to mind as its primary purpose.
At 22 it works out at 5.50 per packet so it’s good value. The only reason I’m not a star off is, I think the description is slightly misleading and the images lead you to believe these are a lot bigger than they are? Look at the lead image on the item description-see the size of that hand in comparison to the size of the tissue (although to be fair in the other images, it seems more proportionate). I deliberately put a mug of tea in one of my photos, so you can get an accurate sense of the size of these things.
Still, very good value and worthy of consideration.
Pack contained 4 packs of disposable face towels. They are soft and comfortable if used on wet skin and can be used for cleaning make up. I do feel that it’s a bit rough when used dry. Not what I prefer.
It’s a shame the advertised photos are so misleading. You really do need to read the product description on this one, don’t believe the size depicted within the photos.
As a facial towel I like the strength of the product. There’s no tears to the towels, they do the job well. They are dry wipes, which I like as that increases their scope for use.
I was a little disappointed to see that these were dry wipes but that’s my mistake for not reading the listing properly.
This aside, they are decent enough wipes with a decent amount per pack.
Being dry wipes you will need some micellar water to get the most out of these as they are bone dry and quite rough on their own.
They’re fine once you get some moisture on them though. I’d like to see a wet wipe version of these if possible. Would be much more convenient. 4*
I love that these don’t have any additives on them so I can use them with any product I desire. I thought that they were smaller than expected but still work well at removing makeup. I have also tried using them in the kitchen for cleaning my worktops and they work great there too.
4 stars for simple fact that they are not the size in the pictures. But they are very soft and absorbent. One pack is huge and I’m sure will last a while. Bit of a shame to just dispose of them as they are cotton so will try and wash them and use as rags or something. Big plus is that they don’t tear and are individual so no straggly bits.
