For someone who is often away hiking this purchase was the best ever made. Sure, you still need to lower the trousers first quite a bit but you are not as exposed and don’t have to look out for a suitable place as much and you can keep all the gear on.
So I purchased this after reading another review, about how much better this was than a Sheewee
Well I can also confirm it is ! After trying the Sheewee many, many times unsuccessfully I googled other female urinals and purchased this. I used it and it works !
This was bought so that when needing the loo there is not the constant tent zipp sound when nature calls. Wonderful piece of kit arrived on time practice so it was used the right way round. No mess No fuss.
If your going camping, glamping or out door concert would recommend this or similar. WORKED WELL.
Was bought to use in our camper or out fishing, works perfectly with no spillages, spout is a bit loose and will definitely fall into the bottle or container if you use one but apart from that comes with a lovely little carry bag to keep it clean.
Have used this twice now while camping with an empty bottle.. Fairly straightforward and saves having to trek to the toilet on a campsite in the middle of the night!
Perfect to use at a festival I’m attending. This soft silicone “she wee” has an added spout to extend the flow of urinating and would definitely recommend practicing at home before its use is needed. The pouch that comes with it is also waterproof and the whole item is fairly compac
Wife complaint last year while camping that she needed one of these because she was fed up with porta loos.
Queue Christmas stocking filler! She does actually love it though and even managed to get the technique right first time.
Easy to clean and now she’ll be more comfortable camping.
Being bigger it’s harder to be discreet but I use it for minging public toilets and overnight with a bottle when camping so that doesn’t bother me.
The extension is very useful for bottles
This was bigger than we expected but looks very robust and designed well
You can either put a bottle into the end and how they have shaped the end it should fit any bottle opening
Or
you can pop the extender tube on and aim it wherever needed
It cups over you easily and you won’t have to worry about any spillages or mishaps as it is a decent size to cover the whole area
Very easy to clean (once home you can pop it in hot water but at a festival a wet wipe would do a good enough job and it comes with a handy bag too
I will update this review is any opinions change after she uses it at the festival
This particular urinal is very well made and the part that goes over your lady bits is much easier to use and that’s because the opening although rigid it does not collapse in on itself which the first one I had did!
You also get a longer attachment that slides into the base of the urinal if you want the exit tube to be a little longer.
You also get a little pull string fabric pouch which is a nice touch and discrete. Which is more than I can say about my prior one which included a see through plastic bag for storage!!!!
Practice in the bath or shower so you get used to using it. I’ve got mine in the car for any emergencies on a long journey but obviously useful for camping, concerts, dirty public toilets and the like
