I relly like the remote control system I have gift to my sons friend. He loved it because he is a football player so I was looking for gift related to football. 2nd thing I’ve loved it’s has a brightness light shows a football..
Fab nightlight for kids who love football, it’s easy to use, plug it into a USB port and use the remote control to set the mode or colour that you want.
I do think it should be a little cheaper as it only comes with the one acrylic shape.
But it’s very affective when switched on.
This is our grandson’s favourite at nearly two years of age !
The ‘football’ is in reality a flat sheet of plastic that sits in the base, controlled by a remote that turns it on/off as a white light, or selects from a wide range of colours, then selects whether to cycle through those colours or have a steady glow.
We have it working off 3 batteries (not supplied), alternatively you can run it off a USB adaptor
It is great fun, and we often find he has dropped off to sleep with the remote in his hand !

This is quite a nice lamp, works well as a nightlight as it’s not too bright.
The colours are good, and the 3D effect is quite cool.
Would make a great addition to a kid’s room as a bedside night light.

The remote is a handy feature to switch through the various modes, perfect for a lazy little youngster.

When purchasing these 3D illusion lights, we have found that there are mild, slight variants in design, boxing, or whatnot. There are certain things about these 3D light illusions that, if I were a living alone, I would’ve had to give up, would’ve probably got frustrated and put to one side, or quite possibly, even sent the product back, whereas other times we’ve ordered, there have been very little differences, yet these make significant changes to the consumer experience!
Super Energy Efficient; Whilst plugged into our sensors, we registered the power consumption to be an average of 0.5 watt, which is just 0.0005 Kw/h. Based of new energy prices, October 2022 being 33.476p per kWh, this means that in an entire day you only spend 0.40p (just under half a penny per day).
When you have multiple stands, you can create some really nice rainbow effects shining up the wall and merging, and if you can sync each one to change separately, this can create a really cool effect to wow your guests. This can be a little tricky with one remote changing all within proximity.
When using multiple stands, one remote controls all stands within proximity, however there appears to be some randomness with certain light colour settings and we have seen one or two go rogue and out of sync with the rest, if this is desired.
When a stand glitches, the remote and touch button completely stops working and you need to completely remove the USB cable and insert back into the stand.
Film Backing can be tricky to remove.
This would be a lovely present for any child who loves Football. It is colourful and great value for money.
Inside the box you will find:-
– The Acrylic Football which measures 14 cms x 15 cms.
– The Acrylic base unit, measuring 8 cms circumference. The football slots very easily into the base unit which has a Touch Control. Seven colour touch changing (1-7) and an eighth touch which allows the gradient feature to start.
– The light is dual power – USB connection or 3 x AA batteries (which slot into the base very easily)
– One Remote control measuring 5 cms x 8 cms and 16 colour options. Also the light can be dimmed using the Remote control.
The Football is protected with scratch prevention backing paper which needs to be peeled off before use.
All in all a lovely present at a great price.
I absolutely love these illusion type lights that give that 3D/floating effect! This particular light looks amazing when lit up in the dark and would make a perfect night light as it’s very subtle! Highly recommend for any football lovers!
What a great bedside light for young footy fans. inexpensive comes with a power cable but you’ll need a usb plug. You can change colour to your fave team or have it flashing or fading through all its colours. Great stocking filler or birthday present.
I quite like this, the full spectrum of colours mean you can make it suit any mood and/or person. The light isn’t too bright but ensures the features of the character are well highlighted, good for display or to give a small amount of light to the surroundings, I wouldn’t call it a “night light” but it is better than being pitch black.
Battery or USB is a plus, this wouldn’t appear to allow re-charging of batteries however so bear that in mind. As stated in the description it can be run from almost any powered USB socket such as a PC, laptop, phone charger or even a TV (yes, your TV likely has a USB socket that can be used – most do these days).
The backing on the acrylic plate is a nightmare to get off though, you need someone with fingernails I think!
Very nice light. Has remote control with different colour changes. It works with batteries or usb cable. It really looks like 3d ball in the dark. My autistic chikd really enjoy it before going to sleep and it makes her relax and calm.
Once you have inserted 3 required AA batteries not included, as required, and unpeeled the protective film from the back, it is easy to enjoy the varied colours the ball can be lit up with. This also has a lead to run it from a computer hub.
An attractive nightlight or room decoration. Very smartly presented which makes the lamp a most acceptable gift.
My husband is setting up his man cave-gaming room and this is a great addition to it. It’s got differ Settings: lots of different colours that you can keep still or you can have them randomly changing. It comes with a USB wire but no plug. He connected it straight to the Tv so no need for a plug in our case. Very cool item and happy customer over here
These lamps are absolutely fantastic I have tried a few others eg a spiderman one… To me they are more than lamps the visual display and impact this gives to your room is stunning…. I especially love the strobe mode… Really brightens up a room…

This is a fun little LED lamp with a football-shaped 2D panel that lights up with multiple colours. The lamp can run on USB or on batteries, and can be controlled via remote or by tapping the lamp directly. Honestly, faffing about with the settings and the colours is half the fun – for example picking a colour that represents your favourite club (e.g. blue / red / etc), or choosing one of the multi-colour transition modes. The only issue was with the accuracy of the colours – the remote has a yellow option , but the lamp looks more like a lime green (sorry, Dortmund fans).
This is a perfect addition for anyone football mad!!

if you like football then this is a must for your room, its a decent size looks brilliant usb powered off you pc or games console, or powered by AAA batteries. can have it set to flashing through the multiple colours or have it static on your favourite colour, come in its own box also, would make a great little gift for someone
Was expecting a round light… Very easy to put together. Use 3 x AA batteries, then get the perspex football. ENSURE YOU REMOVE THE PAPER BACKING from it. Slide it into the stand. Easy as that. My son loves it. Comes with a remote control so he is able to turn on or off and change the colours all from his bed. As he is football daft is he is delighted with this. Base is plastic but strong and sturdy.

I’ve seen a few of these ‘3D’ illusion lights and this one is a nice design of a football.
It looks good from a distance. When you get closer you can see quite clearly that it’s a plastic 2D football, but that’s all part of the illusion.
It has a remote control that enables you to scroll through the various modes, such as varying colour choices.
The light isn’t very bright at all, but if you want a small bedside light for when a child is sleeping for example, this could be very good.
