Nothing poxy about this
Want your fingers stuck to whatever you’re holding? This is the stuff for the job!
The plastic on my fridge shelf broke and as I’m a tight git I used this instead of buying a new one. It lasted quite a while to be fair and would use it agai
Bought this in 2020 to repair the fridge door handle as the original handle replacement was not available.
Stuck the handle back together and it has lasted till now.
Was about to order some more and remembered I had this one in my toolbox.
Amazingly the mixture was still pliable and it has stuck the door handle again after cleaning.
It sat in the shed for 3 years and still worked – brilliant resin – just wish I had more uses.
does a good job but i wish it was just to seperate tubes.
I found it hard to open and get the product to squeeze out the applicator I couldn’t get it to mix properly for a start. while the product is very good and does a good job when i mixed my 2 tubes of aroldite it was much easier to use and measure out on a bit of card. maybe go back to the tubes instead of this contraption. Good epoxy glue
Excellent and easy to use strong adhesive that can fix just about anything.
Used it to fix a broken coffee table and while first go was not strong enough, second effort worked perfect.
Easy to use and clean.
A excellent 2pack strong glue
This 2 pack glue is very good. Excellent for making RC models & repairing most items. Quick to go off after mixing together..I like the cap that fits back on after usage a good idea. Also I like the dual plunger so equal mixes are given.
Very hand to keep in tool box etc.
Used to fix glass window
My husband accidentally cracked the corner of a huge window pane as he was paining the surround, and this was an easy fix. You can see it and it looks like watery plastic but clear, but it is sturdy and we don’t need to worry about it now or replace the whole window pane. Great product!
Very effective and easy to use
I have used this to fix two pairs of glasses frames. The packing makes it easy to dispense just the right amount and do so without getting it on your hands. It sets quickly and makes a very solid bond.
Great product.
Holds plastics together amazingly. Tried super glue and some other glues for my project, but this one was by far the best one. Great packaging, easly to close and store.
Takes A Bi
Used this to attach PVC pipes together for a cosplay projects. The glue takes some time to start working so you need to figure out beforehand how you are going to hold it together. Sitting for 20 minutes straight holding everything in place wasn’t fun. Once glue cures, the hold is unbeatable.
Best adhesive I've used
I’ve been looking and trying different adhesives mainly for plastics and metals including allumimium.
Well I’m blown away by this. It works, it works better than anything else I’ve tried, short of welding!
It supports considerable weight and withstands sharp impacts. Twisting forces, it stays stuck. I just cannot fault it. Its thick enough to fill small gaps and easy to sand.
It’s my goto heavy duty and awkward bonding jobs adhesive and no plans to look elsewhere. It’s simply brilliant.
Oh and the dispenser is very useful and so easy to use.
Reccomend.
Stuck
Had some loose tiles on a fire place, used this instead of cement. Worked a treat, stuck fast in no time and no mess. Plenty left over. Just mix what you need and store the rest.
£5 to fix a £300 dining se
I bought this to re-insert threaded inserts that had backed their way out of the leg of my dining table. It was easy to use and the perfect fix for my problem, within 24 hrs I had the leg back on the dining table and bolted in tightly. A cheap solution to a potentially expensive problem.
A small part of my glasses fell off the other day. The part was a small piece of metal that goes on the end of the plastic glasses’ arm. I tried putting it back in place with super glue, but this ended up cracking the metal piece and leaving a chunk permanently stuck inside the plastic. I was about to give up and cave to buy a new frame, but I reconsidered and started to look for alternatives. I found this glue advertised to work well with metal and plastic, so I ordered one. After mixing it well, putting the piece back in place and waiting 24 hours, I can safely say it won’t be falling off any time soon. I am very pleased with this product, much better to grab this for 5 quid that to pay 60 for a new glasses frame. Can definitely recommend this for glueing metal to plastic and vice versa. 5 stars from me.
Strong and easy
Golf club head came away from shaft. Used this epoxy to fix it. Seems super strong and no movement or play. Used club many times and holding fast so happy with result.
Best glue iv ever brough
I almost gave up on this fireplace when I found it was a cast iron Jigsaw. But this glue has worked so well . I used it on the stone and cast iron . I did give it a bit longer than 5 minutes supported maby a few hours or 30 minutes depending on how much I thought it needed it . It’s all fixed now and just need paint stripping and sanding painting and I believe you won’t see the damage
Gorilla Glue Epoxy delivered outstanding results
This product lives up to the reputation of the Gorilla Glue brand, Whether you’re a DIY enthusiast, a professional craftsman, or simply looking to fix things around the house, Gorilla Glue Epoxy is a reliable choice.
the strength of this epoxy is unparalleled. It forms an incredibly strong bond that can withstand heavy loads and resist various stresses. It currently stuck my car wing back on. Once cured, the bond was solid, durable, and exceeded my expectations in terms of strength.
What I appreciate most about this epoxy is its versatility. It works exceptionally well
It comes with its own mixer and application stick.
It is a good strong epoxy resin that goes hard in five minutes.
This is great for some applications but for others I have found the mixture is sometimes too hard by the time I get to the last of it. This means mixing a new batch and some is always wasted.
I have seen other epoxy resins that work on the same principle but they mix in a special mixing nozzle. I think if you could supply one or two mixing nozzles with the glue with the option to buy more it would make it’s use cleaner and easier.
Used to glue a shaft adapter to a golf driver shaft and was a bit skeptical at first from reading other reviews of failures doing so. So far so good though and took 30+ balls with an average club head speed of 105mph no problem with no signs of failure.
Mixed the epoxy for 30-40 seconds as recommended and applied liberally on the shaft end and inside the adapter. Aligned into place and let the glue do its thing over 24hrs+ before hitting any balls. Hopefully it will stand the test of time and durability but so far I am impressed as I didn’t have to go and recover the driver head off the golf range saving me some embarrassment.
Sticks well and clear instructions
Used this so far to mend a fridge shelf where the plastic tab had broken, also an ancient slide viewer which had some tiny broken plastic bits.
It’s a little hard to dispense small quantities, when using for a small repair, however the mixture appears to be lenient in terms of getting the proportions correct. Both my jobs so far have been small and the mixture worked well. Be sure to leave the item for at least 12 hours as recommended, before attempting to test the joint. As long as any loose expoxy around the join is hard and a finger nail doesn’t make a mark on it then it’s set.
I will edit this review if/when it fails – if it is unedited that means it is still in place.
I knocked my rear-view mirror off one day and out of desperation I tried tried 3 different DIY-style glues I had at home, including one of those putty ones that you mix together. I did not have a Cyanoacrylate superglue to try. The part of my mirror that connected to the car had a removable metal plate which had a clear rubbery button over it. The part of my windscreen it was stuck onto was not bare glass, but had almost like small black area painted on where it was stuck to. I took the rubbery bit off as I thought this may have been causing a problem, but none of my glues worked then either. I then bought this epoxy and tried it the next day.
It comes with the two-part epoxy which is very easy to dispense equal volumes of, as well as a little mixing board, and cap to seal it afterwards. The cap is part of the black part that you push in, not the bit that you break off to get the glue out. The packaging itself has a dipped area that can be used to mix the epoxy. I tried to use the smallest amount I thought I would need and I mixed it for about 30 seconds before realising that by using such a small amount it made it really difficult to mix properly and to then scoop on. I just added some more and mixed for another 30 seconds before applying it to the metal button. It had been around 90 seconds since I first started mixing, so I pushed the button onto my windscreen and held it firmly in place for as long as I could, which ended up being around another 4 minutes. I then left it for 24h and attached the rest of the mirror on and it seems to have held up great.
My best advice for anyone trying to do the same thing would be to detach the metal button from the mirror so that there is less weight initially, sand both the metal button and the windscreen to try and increase surface area, get in a comfy position where you can support your arm with your knees when holding the button in place as it is very tiring, or figure out some way of supporting it – I didn’t have any clamps that could reach into the middle of my windscreen, nor any way of propping it up from the inside.
