Really nice, good quality however one locks into place perfectly. The other slips on first use by 10mm under body weight, weighing in at 88kg. I’ve tried several way to set them up.

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersI use these attached to a pullup mate 2 and they are the best bit of phys kit I’ve bought. Easy to attach, and adjust to whatever length you need. Had these for over a year now and have used them a lot. Still in perfect condition. Glad I went for wood over plastic as they feel comfortable and look good and I prefer the natural feel that wood gives. With a bit of knowledge and imagination it’s easy to train almost all muscle groups with rings and after years of using nothing but weights I would say that rings and body weight movements done correctly produce fantastic results in strength and size.
Great value for money I expect these to last a long time.
The only way I think they could be improved is by having some kind of marking on the straps to help the user get the same length on each one. Maybe some coloured lines repeated at intervals along the length of the strap, match up the lines and bingo, same length achieved on each side. That’s a very small.thing though and not a big issue.

Starting with delivery it couldn’t be faulted

The rings themselves are excellent quality and so pleased with them I’ve already recommended them to the gym I attend as a future purchase option when they replace their cheaper plastic rings

Straps are also perfect and very robust adjustment clips

All in all a fantastic addition to my home gym

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersThis thing right here makes my workout
( during ) feels expeditiously great on the forearms.
Nice rotation motion, the strap and clip quality is perfect and the rings are nicely sanded.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersSolid, sturdy, smooth. Brilliant ring’s! I got them for a mate and after seeing them i’ll be grabbing myself some to replace what iv got. Already have a bunch of gravity gear (parrelletes and such) and their equipment is yet to dissapoint. Highly recommend

Golden Review Award: 10 From Our UsersI have been using these for a while now and wanted to hold off on writing a review till they had a few miles in them. I’m 100kg and 6’9″ so wanted some rings that would hold me. These have been brilliant. Really sturdy and the rings have a really nice soft feel. The straps are great and easy to set up. I use mine pretty much everyday and they are showing no signs of weakness or damage. I think my kids play frame will break before these do! I doubt my wife will be happy if it does but at least I’ll still have my rings, they’ll look after me

Golden Review Award: 7 From Our Userslove using these! they’re easy enough to set up and comfortable to use, i’ve had mine hanging over my pull-up bar, just be careful of you knuckles if you have narrow doorways. i debated between a couple pieces of equipment before settling on rings, and they’re been great for core strength because you have to constantly adjust for balance, and now i can do tricep dips without relying on my poor office chair arms. also super fun to hang around upside down.

the wood is a bit rough in places but not enough to even hurt my hands, but you could easily sand it off. the straps are sturdy with plenty of length and i’ve had no problems with the buckles, which is the main reason i went for this product rather than any cheaper option.

(if you’re a fool like me, make sure you have the strap threaded through the right direction before you start panicking that the buckle is slipping)

    really happy with these 🙂

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersGreat for pull ups. My kids love them too and they use them more than I do! I use them over the top of a veranda I built and they only take a few seconds to put up.

At first I thought they weren’t sturdy but after watching a couple of YouTube clips I realised I was feeding the strap in incorrectly. Since doing it properly they haven’t slipped at all.

Golden Review Award: 13 From Our UsersIf I was starting training now, with the experience I have, I would use Olympic Rings and Calisthenics, combined with the 3 Resistance Bands I bought recently.
Over 30 years, I would have had a stronger, better physique and at less cost in gym time and memberships.
Rings and Bands can be used anywhere and are very portable. I’ve already used trees as well as the local swing park and bannisters. Of course, it’s essential to test any (smooth/ rounded) horizontal support. The straps themselves are strong.
This brand, Gravity Rings, is of good quality and the wooden grips are fine. I don’t think it’s essential to have graded numbers on the straps.
    The training _is_ difficult.
You will soon discover that you are not so strong as you had thought!
That is the difference between isolation exercises and full body, core centred training, which strengthens many stabilising muscles, giving an overall, better balanced physique.
After just a few weeks, I am making (slow!) progress, but each step is an achievement.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersVery easy to install, we use these over the UMI door pull-up bar. I’ve not had any splinters, although some parts do feel a little rougher. You get masses of length to the cord. When using them I do find that one gives ever so slightly, so needs to be adjusted, but it’s not much of an inconvenience.
Bonus- we put them to the side of the bar when not in use, and they make a lovely wooden clonk-clonk sound as we brush past. _()_/

Golden Review Award: 6 From Our UsersVery happy with the quality of these and the price. The rings have a good finish to the wood which helps the grip. Strong nylon straps and clasps. Should get a lifetime out of these. The only negative which I knew about before buying; it’s a shame they don’t have markers on the straps to equal measure the height. But that’s not enough to deduct a star. These come recommended.

5.0 out of 5 stars Definitely Recommended

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersAwesome rings, simple concept done well. I wasn’t sure whether or not to buy a TRX style suspension trainer or rings, so in the end I bought both! The suspension trainer is great, but I like the purest feel you get with the rings. I’ve been using these for a week now after a month on the suspension trainer and they’re even better again. The rings are smooth and a good size to grip. I’ve used my climbing chalk to help with false grip and it’s a big help! The straps are really long and feel thick and strong. I would definitely say it’s worth paying extra for these grippers as cheaper ones will definitely slip under load – these aren’t going anywhere! They’re really wide and the teeth on them are pretty substantial, no slip under my 13st (180lbs).

5.0 out of 5 stars Solid and well made, easy to use... well install at leas

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersI bought these as working out at home with just a pull-up bar and the floor is a bit boring and makes working some muscles a lot harder. I chose these specifically because I know Gravity Fitness is a UK based brand and the reviews were good.

I ordered these on the Thursday afternoon and they arrived on Friday morning – beyond impressed with the speed of delivery. The package itself is quite spartan, there’s nothing in there about how to set them up (it’s pretty straightforward that you can figure it out yourself but it’d be nice) nor anything about any basic exercises or positions (again, not required but would be a nice touch). The product however is solid. I found the size to be good (32mm), the rings are smooth and solid to grip, the straps are solid and you can tell it’s a quality product.

TLDR: Solid product, break neck speed delivery. Would be nice with some instructions but nonetheless, very impressed.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersThe fasteners grip the straps as you would want and don’t move at all

Very easy to put up / adjust / and take down after work out

The rings are smooth and allow a good grip

The only improvement would be numbered markings so can get the same length each side without having to guesstimate each time.

9/10 – add the numbering and rating of 10/10

Golden Review Award: 9 From Our UsersThe wooden rings themselves are fantastic, cannot fault them one bit.

But the straps aren’t much good to be fair. I’ve noticed after 4 months of use (3 xs a week) that one of the straps is no longer holding properly, and during use one of the rings gets progressively lower after each set – which as you can imagine is a massive pain in the ass, having to readjust all the time. At the moment it’s only a small creep lower, but it’s enough that I begin to notice it mid set. And I’m not even doing anything super wild on the rings – just your standard ring pushups, dips, pull ups etc.

Now looking at seeing if I can get replacement straps elsewhere.

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersFirst impressions are very, very good – wanted to give full stars but reluctantly had to dock for fact that straps aren’t ‘marked’ for easy alignment. The metallic black buckle on the straps itself appears to be extremely good quality, unlike the thinner silver ones I’ve seen on cheaper sets. The webbing is also good quality however I’ve only just set them up so don’t know about ‘stretching’ yet. Feel of the wooden rings is very smooth – no need for sanding here. Also, I’ve got them indoors attached to a pull-up bar, so no idea if they’re suitable to leave outside – as they’re wood, doubt they’d like getting wet!

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersThe subs got lost in the mail and because of lockdown they were back ordered for months. But Born Active were fantastic, they kept in touch, were extremely friendly and sent out a replacement pair as soon as they were back in stock. Really appreciate this extremely high level of customer service, don’t think I’ve experienced anything like it for a long time. And the Gravity gymnastic rings are great quality too, very nice and smooth rings, wide straps, long enough to be completely adjustable for a variety of uses.

    All-round fantastic.

Golden Review Award: 7 From Our UsersJust what I wanted for some gentle exercise. I have them about waist height for stretching, pushing and pulling.
As I’m getting on in years I can’t do any gymnast moves, but what is good is that you can grade the movement so that it’s easy or hard as you like. It’s nice just to swing aroung, like I did as a child !
I attached them to the beams in the bedroom with some inch and a quarter length eye-screws; I was worried they wouldn’t be strong enough but after using the rings, they do seem up to the job.
The straps are easily strong enough, the rings are made in one piece and are comfortable for adult hands.
I hang them when I exercise and them put them away when I’m finished. I attach the straps using 2 large carabiner clips

5.0 out of 5 stars A fun way to exercise.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersThe rings are sturdy and have not worn at all after about a month of using the product every day. One of the straps unfortunately did not arrive with the order but I was issued a full refund anyway. I bought another set of straps which do a good enough job anyway, but the strap that came with the rings is clearly more hardwearing than the cheaper set I bought. Overall, no complaints especially since the seller issued a refund for missing strap. The products do exactly what is expected too.

Had to return it because one of the buckles was faulty (strap slipped through it too easily). However, after reaching our to the company, they turned out to be very respnsive and helpful – great customer support.

The rings themselves are exeptional quality – probably the best I had. The straps are also great, but I prefer the thinner ones (25mm). Also, 32mm rings are a bit too big even though I have pretty big palms, I would rather choose 27-30mm thickness rings. If not the faulty buckle, this product would bet 5+ stars from me. Will buy again.

Golden Review Award: 8 From Our UsersOrdered this product and I’m extremely happy with it. It arrived earlier than expected, which was great, and am very impressed after having used it.

Straps are very long and can be hung from very high anchor points if need be, and also come with these small things attached that can tie up excess parts of the strap to stop them getting in the way when using the rings. The rings are solid, have a nice wooden finish and the straps and metal clip are of the highest quality, very sturdy and feel completely safe and secure using them (I weigh about 83kg). Personally, when using indoors I hang them from a doorway pull up bar and it feels very solid and secure.

Very very happy with this purchase, absolutely great quality and value – would highly recommend!

Golden Review Award: 9 From Our UsersI am so amazed by every single element of this purchase.

    Delivery – PERFECT

Strength of the straps – PERFECT (really tough so when you’re attaching it to trees it doesn’t rip)

Wooden rings – honestly, like something that wouldn’t look out of place with some of the most expensive workout equipment out there. Has a really classy, timeless look and feels incredible in the hands. (I recommend removing your wedding ring if applicable as it can scuff the rings a little…*check with partner first)

Price – I hate to say it, but if I had spent double on this I would still be super happy. I’m really impressed and instantly bought another pair for my brother, who is also in awe of how awesome these are.

Really recommend – and Gravity Fitness, give me a job or something as I’m already selling the living daylights out of your stuff to everyone I know!haha!
